أكد لاعب خط وسط برشلونة تشاافي هيرنانديز أن النادي
الكتالوني يعد بمثابة «مدرسة الحياة» مشيراً إلى أن جميع اللاعبين الذين
تخرجوا من الأكاديمية الفريق يتعلمون فقط كرة القدم وحسب وإنما القيم
الأساسية اللازمة لتحقيق النجاح.

وقال تشافي لوكالة الأنباء الإسبانية : «أشعر أنني من
بين المحظوظين جداً لكي ألعب في برشلونة الذي تتعلم معه الكثير من الأمور
التي تساعدك على الفوز منذ الصغر والتي تجعلك أيضاً تتصرف بشكلٍ جيد ،
البارصا ليس فقط مدرسة لكرة القدم وإنما مدرسة في الحياة».

وفي هذا الصدد سلط المايسترو الضوء على العديد من
القيم والجوانب التي تهتم بها أكاديمية «لاماسيا» وأضاف : «نتعلم الحياة
هنا والتي تعتبر أساسية لكل فرد حيث نريد الفوز واللعب بشكلٍ جيد وأن نفعل
تلك الأشياء بشكلها الصحيح وأن نحترم الجميع وهذه روح البساطة عند
الإنسان..»

وفيما يتعلق بمسألة تعامل اللاعبين مع الجماهير تابع
المهندس : «نحن أناس بسطاء جداً في غرفة تغيير الملابس، الذين يحبون كرة
القدم يجب عليهم احترام الناس وخصوصاً في الملعب ، المدرب غوارديولا يعيش
حياته من أجل برشلونة وهو جدّي جداً وشخص يقظ للغاية ، أنا أحب الحديث معه
تكتيكياً لأنه مجرب و خبير و متواضع و يحب العمل الدؤوب ، بيب أفضل مدرب
شاهدته هنا وآمل أن نبقى معاً لسنوات عديدة».
