روسيا تتوقع تدخل حلف شمال الأطلسي بريا بليبيا


قال مندوب روسيا لدى حلف شمال الأطلسي ديمتري روغوزين إنه لا يستبعد احتمال لجوء الحلف إلى تنفيذ عملية برية في الأراضي الليبية، تحت ستار تمرير قوافل إنسانية.

وأوضح روغوزين في تصريحات صحفية الاثنين أن القصف الجوي هو الذي تسبب في وقوع الكارثة الإنسانية في ليبيا.

وأضاف أنه في حال لجوء الناتو أو مجموعة من الدول الأعضاء في الحلف إلى خوض عملية برية ضد قوات السفاح، فإنها لن تحظى بدعم الرأي العام في أوروبا والولايات المتحدة، علاوة على ذلك فإن تدهور الوضع في ليبيا قد يؤدي إلى خلق أزمة سياسية عميقة في أوروبا.

وأشار إلى أن روسيا تملك أدلة دامغة على انحياز بعض الدول الأوروبية الكبرى إلى جانب المعارضة الليبية المسلحة، وجدد مطالبة بلاده لدول التحالف الغربي بالكف عن خرق قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي، خاصة في شقه المتعلق بفرض حظر على توريد الأسلحة إلى منطقة النزاع.
واعتبر أن فرص تسوية النزاع الليبي بالطرق السلمية لا تزال قائمة, وأعرب عن قناعته بأن فرص إيجاد تسوية سلمية للأزمة الحالية هي بأيدي المواطنين الليبيين.
وتوقع المندوب الروسي تزايد الخلافات بين روسيا والناتو بشأن إنشاء الدرع الصاروخية الأوروبية في حال استمر الحلف والدول الأوروبية في تنشيط العملية العسكرية بليبيا.


ويرى خبراء ومحللون أن القدرة العسكرية لنظام السفاح لم تتأثر بحرمانها من الطيران ما لم يعالج الموقف بقرار أممي، وأشاروا إلى أن نهاية الأزمة الليبية لن تكون إلا بأحد أمرين، إما تسليح الثوار أو التدخل البري.
وقال سفير العراق السابق لدى روسيا عباس خلف إن عدم تدخل الناتو لحسم الموقف العسكري بريا يعد بمنزلة انتحار سياسي، وأضاف أن مصير الحلف في المنطقة يتوقف على حسمه للصراع عسكريا.
ورجح خلف تدخل الحلف بريا لحسم الموقف حفاظا على وجوده ومستقبله. وتوقع صدور قرار من مجلس الأمن في هذا الشأن، وأستبعد أن تلجأ روسيا والصين لاستخدام حق النقض (فيتو) ضد القرار.
وتوقع الخبير والمحلل السياسي ألكسندر بوغومولوف أن ينتهي الأمر بتسليح الثوار عن طريق استصدار قرار جديد أو تفسير القرار 1973 الذي يتيح اتخاذ كل الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية المدنيين لصالح المعارضة الليبية وتزويد الثوار بالسلاح لحماية أنفسهم وتوفير الدعم العسكري لهم.
واستبعد بوغومولوف أن تكرر أميركا والناتو أخطاء تجربتي العراق وأفغانستان بالتورط في التدخل البري، مما يعزز من فرضية تسليح المعارضة.
من جانبه أوضح الدبلوماسي الروسي السابق فياشسلاف ماتوزوف أن وصف موقف الناتو بليبيا بالمأزق مجرد مسرحية يحاول الإعلام الغربي من خلالها إيجاد مبرر لتدخل بري.
وأضاف أن عدم حسم الحلف للصراع عسكريا يعظم الشكوك في أجندات التحالف الغربي، ويبرهن على أن نيتهم دخول ليبيا كانت مبيتة. واستبعد ماتوزوف لجوء الحلف للتدخل البري من دون موافقة مجلس الأمن.
