عائلة البوعزيزي تصفح عن "صافعته"

أصدر القضاء التونسي اليوم قرارا بالإفراج عن الشرطية المتهمة بصفع محمد البوعزيزي الذي تسبب بانتحاره حرقا في اندلاع احتجاجات كانت جذوة ثورة 14 جانفي التي أطاحت بالرئيس زين العابدين بن علي.
وقضت المحكمة الابتدائية بولاية سيدي بوزيد (وسط) بعدم سماع الدعوى في هذه القضية، وأغلقت ملفها نهائيا بعد أن قامت عائلة البوعزيزي اليوم بإسقاط الدعوى القضائية التي رفعتها ضد الشرطية فادية حمدي (35 عاما).
وجرى النطق بالحكم خلال جلسة مغلقة لم تسمح السلطات للصحفيين بحضورها، وحضرتها فقط عائلتا البوعزيزي وحمدي ومحاميهما.
واحتشد عشرات من أهالي سيدي بوزيد أمام المحكمة مرددين "الشعب يريد إخراج فادية حمدي من السجن" بينما عمت مشاعر الفرح المدينة بعد الإفراج عن الشرطية.
وكانت بسمة المناصري محامية الشرطية أعلنت في وقت سابق أن السلطات اعتقلت فادية حمدي منذ نهاية ديسمبر الماضي، وأبقتها دون محاكمة في إجراء وصفته بأنه خرق للقانون التونسي.
ولم يفتح القضاء التونسي ملف الشرطية إلا مطلع الشهر الجاري عندما عين قاضيا جديدا كلفه بالتحقيق في القضية، والاستماع إلى الشرطية والشهود.

وتم فتح ملف القضية بعد دخول الشرطية في إضراب مفتوح عن الطعام بالسجن، ووالديها في اعتصام مفتوح بمنزلهما بمدينة منزل بوزيان التابعة لولاية سيدي بوزيد.
وذكرت محامية فادية حمدي أن كل الشهود بالقضية نفوا أن تكون الشرطية صفعت البوعزيزي، غير شاهد واحد قالت إنه من ذوي السوابق العدلية وسبق له أن حوكم في قضية خيانة أمانة.
واتهمت عائلة الشرطية نقابيين وسياسيين بالترويج للصفعة "الوهمية" بوسائل الإعلام العالمية من أجل إثارة الرأي العام المحلي وإطلاق شرارة الاحتجاج على نظام الرئيس المخلوع.
وقالت فادية حمدي بوقت سابق إن رؤساءها أمروا أعوان الشرطة البلدية بإجلاء أصحاب العربات المجرورة غير الحاملة لتراخيص من أمام مقر ولاية سيدي بوزيد، وأنها طلبت من البوعزيزي الانتقال إلى مكان آخر فرفض، مما دفعها إلى حجز آلة الوزن التي يستعملها لبيع الخضار والفاكهة ودعوة زملائها للتعامل معه بموجب القانون الذي يحظر التجارة العشوائية.
وكانت منوبية والدة محمد البوعزيزي قالت سابقا إن فادية حمدي صفعت ابنها وشتمت أباه المتوفى عندما احتج على مصادرة شرطة البلدية عربة مجرورة كان يبيع عليها الخضار والفاكهة بالسوق دون حمل ترخيص بلدي.
