مبارك المتهم الأول بقتل المتظاهرين

أعلنت لجنة تقصي الحقائق المعنية بأحداث الثورة المصرية أن الرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك هو المتهم الأول بجرائم قتل المتظاهرين الأبرياء أثناء الثورة، وكشفت عن أن عدد شهداء الثورة بلغ 846 وعدد المصابين 6500 على الأقل.
وذكرت أن وزير الداخلية الأسبق حبيب العادلي هو من أصدر أوامره للشرطة وقوات الأمن المركزي بإطلاق الرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين بعد أن حصل على موافقة مبارك على تلك الخطوة، وإطلاق النار المستمر عدة أيام.
وأكدت اللجنة بتقريرها النهائي الذي أعلنته اليوم الثلاثاء أن الدلائل التي جمعتها خلال شهرين من العمل، أكدت أن مبارك لم يقم بمحاسبة من قاموا بإطلاق الرصاص الحي على المتظاهرين بما يؤكد اشتراكه في تحمل المسؤولية في ذلك مع قيادات الشرطة.

وعقد أمين عام اللجنة المستشار عمر مروان مؤتمرا صحفيا أعلن خلاله عن الحقائق الكاملة لأحداث ثورة 25 يناير، وجرائم قتل المتظاهرين وما سمي موقعة الجمل والانفلات الأمني الذي شهدته البلاد بمختلف المحافظات.

وقال مروان إن اللجنة استمعت إلى أقوال حوالي 17 ألفا و58 شاهدا توجهوا إلى اللجنة، وشاركوا عبر الإنترنت، كما استخدمت 852 تسجيل فيديو للأحداث.
وذكر أن أسماء كل من تورط بالأحداث أرسلت إلى النيابة العامة ومستشاري التحقيق ومنهم حبيب العادلي وقيادات وضباط الشرطة الذين أحيلوا للمحاكمات ومسؤوولى الحزب الوطني الديمقراطي ونوابه، مضيفا أن هناك العشرات غيرهم سيجري معهم التحقيق خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة.
وأوضح مروان أن التحقيقات توصلت إلى أن القناصة الذين أطلقوا النار على المتظاهرين هم ضباط قسم مكافحة الإرهاب بمباحث أمن الدولة، كما تمكنت اللجنة من الحصول على السيارتين اللتين دهستا المتظاهرين قبل تفكيكهما ومحو معالمهما.
وقال إنه تم ضبط سيارتين بعد إزالة المحركات والأبواب والزجاج أمام نقطتي شرطة بمنطقة فم الخليج ومنطقة أخرى بمصر القديمة وتم تسليمهما إلى القوات المسلحة، بما يثبت مسؤولية رجال الشرطة عن هاتين السيارتين واستخدامهما، وبالاستعلام عنهما من الجمارك والمرور تبين أن السيارتين لا توجد لهما أية أوراق.
وقال المستشار مروان إنه ثبت للجنة حدوث حالات انسحاب واسعة لقوات الشرطة بالأوامر من قياداتهم، كما كشفت عن ذلك بعض مشاهد الفيديو التي تقدم بها بعض الأشخاص، كما انسحبت الشرطة عشوائيا في بعض المناطق بعد أن انقطعت الاتصالات بينهم وبين قياداتهم بالمواقع المختلفة وإصابتهم بالإجهاد.
وبالنسبة للسيارتين اللتين سرقتا من السفارة الأميركية وتم استخدامهما في قتل المتظاهرين، أكد أمين عام اللجنة أن رجال الشرطة هم من قاموا بسرقة هاتين السيارتين وقادوهما "ولا نستطيع تأكيد أو نفي تواطؤ السفارة الأميركية معهم، فجهات التحقيقات هي المسؤولة عن تحديد ذلك".
وعن اقتحام السجون بمختلف المحافظات، قال مروان إن هناك بعض السجون التي وقع عليها اعتداء من عناصر مسلحة ومدربة، خاصة بما حدث في سجن أبو زعبل والمرج لتهريب مساجين حماس وحزب الله.

وعثرت على فوارغ طلقات رصاص لم تستخدم في مصر من قبل بما يشير إلى قيام عناصر أجنبية بالتخطيط والتنفيذ، وأن سجونا أخرى أدى تعمد رجال الشرطة أو خوفهم إلى هروب المساجين منها، وكان يمكن تفادي ذلك.
ووفقا للتقرير فإن عدد القتلى الذين استشهدوا في المظاهرات هو 846 على الأقل وعدد المصابين 6500 على الأقل، وتبين أن عددا كبيرا من أهالي المتوفين والمصابين لم يعلنوا عن أسماء أبنائهم خوفا من الاعتقال وأن وزارة الصحة أخفت العدد الحقيقي.
وقال أيضا إن مصر هي أول دولة تقوم بقطع الاتصالات عن الشعب وإنه تبين حدوث اجتماع بين جهات أمنية وممثلي شركات المحمول الثلاث، وتم تشكيل لجنة لقطع الاتصالات وتم التنفيذ، وقد تم تحديد المسؤولين عن ذلك وإبلاغ جهات التحقيق.
