مسؤول بالخارجية : حركة ''رشاد'' في لندن متواطئة مع المجلس الانتقالي في نسج الاتهامات

ردت الجزائر على استفسار فرنسي مفاده: هل صحيح أنكم تدعّمون القذافي بمئات العربات تحمل ذخيرة؟ إذ ورد في الإجابة: ''هذا غير صحيح''. وقد جاء السؤال والإجابة ضمن مضمون محادثة هاتفية بين وزيري خارجية البلدين، أمس، جرت في إطار قضية ''المرتزقة'' المزعومة.

قال مسؤول بوزارة الخارجية لـ''الخبر''، إن المذكرة التي أودعها المجلس الانتقالي الليبي المعارض بالجامعة العربية بخصوص تكليف لجنة للتحقيق حول حكاية المرتزقة، ''لا تستحق ردا رسميا، لأن المجلس الانتقالي لا يمثل أي شيء في الجامعة العربية طالما أن عضوية ليبيا معلقة في الجامعة، وبالتالي فالأكاذيب والمزاعم التي يروج لها ليس لها أي تأثير في الجزائر''.
وأفاد نفس المصدر، الذي رفض نشر اسمه، أن الشكوى التي قدمت للجامعة العربية ''تتضمن ادعاءات وأكاذيب مضللة، تم نسج خيوطها بالتواطؤ مع منظمة مشبوهة في جنيف، تدعي الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان وبالتواطؤ أيضا مع معارضين جزائريين من حركة ''رشاد''، الذين يوجدون حاليا في بن غازي''. ويقصد المصدر بـ''المنظمة المشبوهة'' جمعية التضامن لحقوق الإنسان. أما عن عناصر ''رشاد'' المقيمين بلندن، فهو يقصد على الأرجح، محمد العربي زيطوط الذي كان دبلوماسيا في ليبيا. وسبق للخارجية أن ردت على اتهامات المعارضة المسلحة بشأن المرتزقة، لكنها لم تشر أبدا إلى مسؤولية المعارضة الجزائرية النشطة بالخارج، في التهمة.
وأهم ما تتضمنه مذكرة المجلس الانتقالي، حسب ما ذكرته صحيفة أجنبية، أول أمس، أن سلاح الجو وشركة الطيران المدني الجزائريين، ''نقلا معدات عسكرية وأسلحة ومرتزقة لنظام العقيد معمر القذافي''.
وقد كان هذا الموضوع بالتحديد، موضوع اتصال هاتفي بين وزير الخارجية مراد مدلسي ونظيره الفرنسي ألان جوبي أمس، كشفته وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية التي نقلت عن جوبي قوله، أنه أجرى محادثات وصفها بـ''الودية جدا'' مع مدلسي. وقال وزير الدفاع الفرنسي السابق: ''قلت له إن هناك معلومات متداولة مفادها أن القذافي يكون قد استلم عربات مسلحة بالمئات، نقلت ذخيرة من الجزائر''. ولم يتضمن حديث جوبي كلاما عن المرتزقة، رغم أن الاستفسار الموجه لمراد مدلسي مأخوذ حرفيا من اتهامات المعارضة في بنغازي التي تتناول بوضوح بأن الجزائر أوفدت مرتزقة، وعربات تحمل سلاحا. فهل أراد جوبي تفادي إثارة حساسية الجزائر المعروفة عندما يتعلق الأمر بفرنسا؟ على كل، فإن شكل السؤال المطروح على وزير خارجية الجزائر، في حد ذاته، يثير أكثر من علامة استفهام وتعجب في أن واحد.
ويسترسل ألان جوبي في شرح تفاصيل محادثته مع مدلسي، فيقول بخصوص الإجابة التي تلقاها: ''طرحت عليه السؤال وطمأنني بأن ذلك غير صحيح''. ويبدو جليا من صياغة تصريحات جوبي، أن فرنسا أخذت اتهامات المعارضة الليبية على محمل الجد فقررت الاستفسار لدى الجزائر حول القضية. ويعني ذلك أن الاستفسار كان بالوكالة عن المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي، ولا غرابة في ذلك طالما أن باريس كانت أول من يعترف بالمعارضة المسلحة، لكن الغريب أن تترك السلطات الجزائرية ''عجرفة فرنسا'' تمر دون رد فعل.

الجزائر ردت بــ« لا ...غير صحيح هذا » على قدر صغر هذا المجلس الانتقالي ، لماذا فرنسا بالذات تحشر انفها ؟ ، لانها الوصية عليهم أي هي من تكفل هؤلاء اليتامى فلم يبلغوا سن الرشد بعد و لا اعتراف دولي بهم عدا ثلاث دول اضافة لفرنسا كل من ايطاليا و قطر...طمعا في تركة القذافي...

اجابة كهذه لو نظرنا للنصف المملوء من الكأس هي اجابة مؤرقة و باردة .
اجابة ثقة ( لا و كفى)... لو ( نعم )لبررنا النعم بلماذا فعلنا ذلك و كيف تمكنا من فعل ذلك وسط هذا الحصار و ما غايتنا في ذلك ؟

بالمقابل قولنا (لا ) سيجعل الآخر يعجل باخراج اوراقه و دلائله و يرينا بعض مصادر خيوط المؤامرة و هذا ما يتم بين الفينة و الاخرى...

ما يعاب على مدلسي هو طبعه الطري المرن المسالم ، لكنه يمثل الديبلوماسية الجزائرية ككل و اي تصريح يجب ان يكون مرتكزا على تقارير مختلف الاجهزة الرسمية للدولة ...و بصورة محسوبة و بدقة ....

عبد الجليل في حوار مع " فرانس 24 " بعد اجتماعه بالاليزي مع ساركوزي . اكد و المح الى دعم القذافي بالمرتزقة من قبل دول بينها الجزائر و اكد انه طالب الرئيس الفرنسي بالضغط على هاته الدول لوقف ذلك ...و لربما هذا هو سر هذه المكالمة ...

غير انهم و هم يطالبون بالحرية و الشفافية في حربهم الضروس مع القذافي لم يتجرأ على ذكر الدول الداعمة لهم بالسلاح خوفا على ماذا ؟؟ على سمعة هاته الدول ذات الصيت الواسع بالخيانة عند العرب ؟؟ أم ان الامر كذلك مناف للقرار 1973 كونه يزيد من التصعيد و بالتالي المزيد من القتلى من الجانبين ...و ترسيم مفهوم الحرب الاهلية...

حول سؤال كونه كان اقرب المقربين من القذافي ، ما هي الرسالة التي يوجهها له الان ان كان في استماعه هذا الاخير ، اكد ان القتل ينتظره ما لم يتنحى ...

السؤال المطروح : هؤلاء اتهموا الجزائر بشيء ثقيل و ثقيل جدا و الادلة المرئية التي تثبت شهاداتهم و اتهاماتهم المجانية موجودة و موثقة ...

هل بالامكان متابعتهم قانونيا في محاكم دولية بتهمة التشهير بدولة و شعبها في قضية غير مثبة و تدفيعهم ثمن خياناتهم و ولاءاتهم الخاطئة..؟

الكرة في مرمى الجزائر الان ...سلطة و مجتمع مدني ...
فأين أبناء الجزائر من حقوقييها ، محاميها و قضاتها ؟؟؟

اولا ... لا اعرف لما كل هذه القيمة لفرنسا بالرغم من انها ولا شيء بالنسبة للجزائر فلولا اولادها الموجودين بالجزائر لما اعارها الجزائريون الاحرار قيمة ، اما بالنسبة للمجلس الانتقالي و الذي يضم في صفوفه من كانوا من قبل ضمن رجال القدافي و هم مثل الحرباء التي تتلون حسب لون المكان ، فوالله لو نجح القدافي في حربه ضدهم لوجدناهم هم الاوائل من يدافعون عنه و بأنهم غلطوهم ، اما عن قضية المرتزقة الذي كثر الحديث عنهم فنجد ان الكلام الذي قيل عنهم اكبر من عددهم او لربما لايوجدون اصلا و من يوجدون هم من كانوا ضمن قوات القدافي سابقا ، و بطبيعة الحال يلجأ اليهم باعتبارهم جزء من قواته ، قد تقولون انني اميل لقدافي ، فاقول من اشد الكارهين له لكن باتهامات المجانية التي يكنها المجلس الانتقالي ضد الجزائر فأتمنى من كل قلبي النصر للقدافي ، فذلك خير للجزائر ، فمن يأتمرون بأمر فرنسا لا تنتظر منهم خيرا ...
