السلام عليكم

لا أدكـــــــــــر أنــــــــــــي قرأت موضوع حصري إقتصادي دو مصداقية، يتناول بكل شفافية صادرات الجزائر من المحروقات وغيرها، و المداخيل السنوية للجزائر و أين تصرف، و دلك بلغة الأرقام الحقيقية من مصادر مستقلة و نزيهة! حتى جرائدنا الوطنية لا تلقي أهمية تحسب لها لهدا الموضوع المهم و الحساس! لمادا؟ لا أدري؟ ثم ثمة سؤال مهم: هل أنابيب الغاز و البترول والموصولة بأوربا كل عائداتها تدخل الجزائر؟؟ أين دهبت هده المداخيل في العشريات الماضية؟؟ كان بالإمكان أن تصبح الجزائر على الأقل مثل الإمارات؟؟

في المنام ما تتخيلهاش يا أخي العزيز
و السبب ليس في عجزنا أو قلة ثرواتنا، السبب في النزاهة و الوطنية التي يتغنى بها الكثيرون زورا و كذبا، في حين أنهم ينتظرون الريع من علي بابا و اللصوص الأربعون
أما في الإمارات، فرغم كل ما فيهم إلا أنني لا أملك إلا أن أشكر القادة الحريصين على الأنجازات الحقيقية التي ينعشون بها بلدهم و شعبهم

الكل ليس ما تمنحه لهم امريكا من فتاة الفتاة من ودائعهم التي تبني الاقتصاد الامريكي و الغربي بأسره .

شكرا لك أخي منير، أظن أن مشكلة الجزائر لا تتوقف عند الفساد المالى فحسب، لأنه حتى في الدول المتقدمة يوجد بعضا من الفساد المالي وإن كان محدودا، أظن أن المشكلة تتخطى جدار الفساد المالي، إلى الفساد السياسي بمفهومه الواسع، إلى الفساد الأخلاقي وانعدام الضمير المهني بل إلى أبعد من دلك وأخطر ألا وهو فساد في الهوية، وتكاد لا تجد مسؤولا نزيها يسهر ليخدم وطنه وشعبه. الجزائر تنطبق عليها المعادلة التالية:

الجزائر(مساحة شاسعة + مناخ معتدل + ثروات هائلة + موقع إستراتيجي + طاقة شبانية كبيرة) = تخلف على كل المستويات

مساحة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مجتمعة ، 83600 كلم مربع
مساحة الجزائر 2381741 كم2
الجزائر تكبر مساحة على الإمارات بـ 2295141 كلم مربع
أي ان مساحة الجزائر تكبر مساحة الإمارات ب 27.5 مرة

عدد سكان الجزائر 35 مليون نسمة

عدد سكان الإمـــــــــــــارات 8 مليون ، و 160 ألف . تقريبا .

عدد الآسيويين ( اللا عرب ) 60 بالمية من السكان ، عدد العرب الوافدين 20 بالمية ، المواطنين 20 بالمية .
أي أن سكان الامارات هم الاقلية و اقلية بنسبة كبيرة

وهذا ان يدل ان أغلب العقارات هي ملك غير الاماراتين و هذا ما يطرح مشكل العقار و التنافس
فيه بين الأمريكيين وشركات المضاربة الاسياوية و كذا الامارتين

البنية التحتية الجزائرية تفوق البنية التحتية الامارتية بمراحل كبيرة وخاصة
تشييد الطرق و الجسور ، و كذا عدد الجامعات وعدد المدارس بكل أطوارها
و عدد المدن وتوزعها الجغرافي ،
و قلت كان يجب ان تكون الجزائر مثل الامارات معنا هذا اما ان تصغر المساحة
كما الامارات مع الكم الهائل من المداخيل ، او يكون عدد السكان مثل الامارات
و يكون نسبة الاجانب اكبر ب 80 بالمائة و عشرين بالمائة السكان الفعليين

إلا أنني لا أزال حائرا بلغة الأرقام، إن الرقم 35 مليون نسمة ليس بالكبير إدا ماقورن بالمساحة الجغرافية الشاسعة، و الثروات الطبيعية الكبيرة، فاليابان يتربع على مساحة 377,835 كم2 عدد السكان: 127,08 مليون نسمة (إحصائيات 2010) إدا فنحن أحسن حالا بكثير من اليابانيين من حيث المساحة و السكان بمفهوم النمو الديمغرافي، لدلك لا يقاس تقدم الدول بمعطيات المساحة و عدد السكان، ولكن بحسن التسيير و النزاهة و الإخلاص في العمل العوامل التي تنعدم عند أغلب مسؤولينا وبالتالي عند الشعب لإنعدام عامل الثقة بين الرئيس والمرؤوس بالمفهوم الواسع.

أخيرا لا أجد جوابا بلغة الأرقام الإقتصادية عن مداخيل الجزائر الحقيقية ومن مصادر مستقلة، وإن أمكن مداخيل العشريات الماضية و أين صرفت؟ أعلم أن الأمر ليس بالسهل.
