رفض وزير الشؤون الدينية والأوقاف بوعبد الله غلام الله إصدار فتوى في قضية القروض الربوية التي تقدمها البنوك للشاب، داعيا المقبلين عليها لاختيار ما يناسب قناعاتهم بين تحريم التعامل بالربا وإجازتها، معتبرا أن القضية لازالت مسألة خلاف بين الفقهاء. -تعليق : لا تفتي بين لنا فقط أين هو الإختلاف ؟ باستثناء رأي شيخ الأزهر الراحل طنطاوي غفر الله له-

دعا الراغبين في الاستفادة من مختلف الصيغ التي تعرضها الدولة لمساعدة الشباب على الاستثمار، للعودة إلى الأساتذة والباحثين والفقهاء لاستنباط الأحكام الشرعية فيما تعلق بالفوائد ‬الربوية، ‬معتبرا ‬أن ‬المسألة ‬لازالت ‬محل ‬"‬خلاف ‬بين ‬الفقهاء"‬، ‬مشيرا ‬إلى ‬أن ‬الوزارة ‬لن ‬تصدر ‬فتوى ‬رسمية ‬بهذا ‬الشأن. ‬ -تعليق : و ما دور وزارة الشؤون الدينية إذا لم تبين للمواطن شؤونه الدينية ؟؟-

الوزارة لن تصدر فتوى رسمية تحلل فيها أو تحرم مسألة القروض التي أقرتها الحكومة لفائدة الشباب قصد إنشاء مشاريع مصغرة، رغم اللبس الذي يكتنف المسألة بين النصوص الشرعية من الكتاب والسنة التي تحرم التعامل القطعي بالفوائد الربوية، وبين قرارات الحكومة التي خفضت تلك الفوائد لـ1 بالمائة بالنسبة للمستفيدين، ما جعل بقاء هذه النسبة رغم ضآلتها، عائقا في وجه استفادة الشباب الذين يأبون التعامل بالربا من هذه التسهيلات.-تعليق : الحمد لله الشباب ليسوا نص نص كوزير الشؤون الدينية و همسة إضافية : ألا يعد من الشرك تناطح قرارات الحكومة بنصوص الكتاب و السنة ؟-

وقد زاد من التباس الموقف على الشباب، تضارب فتاوى المجتهدين من الأئمة والأساتذة الجامعيين، بين من يحرم التعامل بالربا ولو بدينار ومن يجيزها للضرورة -تعليق : حتى الخمر جائز عند الضرورة ألم يسمع سعادة الوزير بحكم الضرورة، لكن هل هي ضرورة أو سلطته التي ألزمته للتعامل بالحرام و الشيخ غلام الله غير ملزم بنصحها لا سرا و لا علانية-

دعا بو عبدالله غلام الله الشباب المستفيد من القروض الحسنة من ولاية الجزائر والمقدر عددهم بـ240 شاب "أن يتقوا الله وأن يحسنوا استعمالها فيما يرضي الله"، كما دعاهم إلى "الترويج لصندوق الزكاة وإقناع الممتنعين عنه بوضع ثقتهم في الصندوق وإيداع أموالهم مما سيفتح كل الأبواب للقضاء على البطالة وخلق مناصب شغل جديدة"، علما ان مجموع ما حصله صندوق الزكاة بلغ في حملته التاسعة بولاية الجزائر أكثر من 192 مليار دج، 50 بالمائة منها وجهت لزكاة القوت استفاد منها 18975 مستفيد بمبلغ فردي 5 آلاف دج للمستفيد الواحد، مقابل ‬37.‬5 ‬بالمائة ‬من ‬تلك ‬الأموال ‬وزعت ‬في ‬شكل ‬قروض ‬حسنة ‬على ‬240 ‬مستفيد ‬قيمة ‬القرض ‬الواحد ‬30 ‬مليون ‬سنتيم -تعليق : لماذا لا ترد الوزارة على سؤال الشيخ شمس الدين بوروبي "منذ متى تُقرض الزكاة و على أي مذهب ؟؟" قلت : إن كان اجتهاد فقياسا على ماذا و إن كان تقليد فمن سبقكم إليه-

لماذا لا يرجع لفتوى الراحل الشيخ حماني رحمه الله أو لفتوى نجل الشيخ بلكبير رحمه الله أعرف الناس بالمذهب المالكي ؟؟ ألا يكفي الجدل السابق و الحرب التي فتحتها معظم الزاويا على فتوى محمد علالي بن أحمد الذي تفلسف و أحل فوائد البنوك ؟؟

القضية ليست الفتوى "الحقيقة المسألة لا تحتاج فتوى" لكن، في كون السلطة تحاصر الشعب و "تحرم" عليه عيشته .. لماذا تطمعه بالقروض ثم تنسف أي بركة دنيوية تأتيه من استغلال القرض بفائدة 1 لا تربح منها البنوك شيء و لا تضر المقترض كثيرا ماديا و تتركه غير مطمئن على آخرته و الله حرام عليهم و الله ناس أعرفهم نبشو على فتاوى تجيز لهم ذلك و فعلوها و رغم ذلك غير مطمئنين و كل ما حصل له ابتلاء يقول "الربا خرج فيّ"، يعني و كأنها رمزية تتعاملون بالربا رغما عن أنوفكم و لو بنصف سنتيم و هذا ما أضعه في خانة المكرة و كأنه حقد دفين.

نعم رحم الله الشيخ حماني كان صادعا بالحق لا يخشى حاكما او محكوما

انا السؤال الذي يدور في راسي لماذا لا يطالب المحتجين بمثل هذه المطالب الشرعية لماذا كل المطالب تكون دنيوية
هل تظن انه ان تم الضغط على الدولة في هذه المسالة لن تنتهي
اذا الحل في يد الشعب كما طالب بخفض الزيت والسكر يمكنه ان يطالب بنزع الفوائد الربوية

هذا الرجل الذي وهب نفسه فداء لمبادئ العلمانية و إبعاد الشعب عن كل محاولة لاستنهاض الأمة و استرجاع مبادئ الدين الحنيف
ها هو اليوم يراوغ مرة أخرى بإعلان الحرب على الله و رسوله و يطلق العنان لنزواته و نزوات الطامعين أمثاله في المال الحرام
إنه متوقف في مسألة فقهية ! يا سلام ما هذا الورع و التديّن و التقوى
فضيلة العلاّمة الفهّامة وزير الشؤون الدينية يتوقف في مسألة البنوك الربوية و جواز التعاطي بالربا !
أقول : حسبي الله عليك، بهدلت الجزائر، و وضعتنا في مصاف أجهل الدول الإسلامية بدين الله تعالى، و جرّأت الاستئصاليين و الملاحدة على الشريعة الإسلامية
و الموعد الله، و الحساب شديد، و التاريخ يسجل لك مواقفك
نسأل الله أن يعافينا من عمى القلوب و شهوات النفوس، و أن يقينا من الفتن
كما أننا نبرأ إلى الله من هذه الحرب التي أعلنها غلام الله على الله و رسوله بتعاطي الربا ، و ندعو المسلمين إلى إعلان موقفهم الرافض صراحة لقيام بنوك ربوية
