انتشار للقوات الجزائرية على حدود ليبيا



قال وزير الداخلية الجزائري محمد ولد قابلية إن بلاده دفعت بقوات كبيرة إلى حدودها مع ليبيا حيث تجري مواجهات عنيفة بين المعارضة والنظام الليبي دخلت شهرها الثالث، في وقت ربط فيه مساعد للرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة بين تصاعد هجمات القاعدة في الجزائر ووضع ليبيا المتأزم.

وقال ولد قابلية للإذاعة الرسمية أمس الأربعاء إن الحكومة الجزائرية عززت تواجد الأجهزة الأمنية على حدودها الشرقية، على مسافة ألف كيلومتر لتصل حتى منطقة الساحل الأفريقي.

وألمح إلى احتمال وجود علاقة بين تصاعد هجمات الجماعات المسلحة في الجزائر في الأيام الأخيرة وإمكانية حصول تنظيم القاعدة في المغرب الإسلامي على أسلحة من ليبيا.

وقال إن الأمر يبقى احتمالا، وهناك فعلا فرصة لتسلل الأسلحة عبر الحدود الليبية.

وقتل في الجزائر منذ الخميس الماضي نحو عشرين عسكريا في هجمات، وهو تصاعد لافت لهجمات المسلحين، وأغلبهم من قاعدة المغرب الإسلامي.

انكشاف الحدود
أما وزير الدولة الجزائري عبد العزيز بلخادم الممثل الشخصي للرئيس بوتفليقة فربط مباشرة عودة العمليات المسلحة بوضع ليبيا المتأزم جراء انسحاب الجيش الليبي من الحدود مع الجزائر وانكشاف الحدود أمام عمليات تهريب الأسلحة.

وقال أمس الأربعاء إن عدم استقرار وضع ليبيا "عمّقه تنقل الأسلحة إلى وجهات لا يعلمها أحد"، دون أن يستبعد أن تكون وقعت الأسلحة في يد تنظيم القاعدة.

وتحدثت تقارير إخبارية محلية عن أن هناك حالة فوضى أمنية مفتوحة في ليبيا حيث هوجمت ثكنات ومخازن أسلحة، بما سمح بانتشار أكثر من 20 مليون قطعة سلاح من مختلف الأنواع، سقطت بيد الثوار أو جماعات مقاتلة يغلب عليها الانتماء الإسلامي.

واتهم المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي مرارا سلطات الجزائر بدعم نظام القذافي بالأسلحة والمرتزقة، وهو ما نفته الجزائر بشدة.

وقال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي آلان جوبيه الاثنين إنه تحدث مع نظيره الجزائري مراد مدلسي واستوضحه عن مدى صحة هذه الاتهامات.

وقال متحدثا في باريس "قلت له: إليك الوقائع.. هناك معلومات تقول إن القذافي ربما تلقى بضعة مئات من العربات المسلحة تحمل ذخائر من الجزائر.. وقد طمأنني بأن ذلك ليس صحيحا".
