بلخادم أحد رموز حزب فرنسا بالحزائر وأويحيى كان ضد بوتفليقة

يرى أحمد لخضر بن سعيد الذي نزل ضيفا للنقاش على صحيفة "الخبر الأسبوعي" نشرته في عددها 532 (من 06 إلى 12/05/2009) أن عبد العزيز بلخام، الأمين العام لجبهة التحرير الوطني، هو أحد رموز 'الحزب الخفي'، أي 'حزب فرنسا' في الجزائر ويكشف: 'كان بلخادم الكاتب الشخصي والسري للعربي بلخير، كلما تكون مؤامرة على الجزائر، كلما يكون ملف يتطلب حضور معربين، توجه الدعوة إلى شخصين هما عبد العزيز بلخادم وعبد القادر بن صالح'·
يضيف الأمين العام السابق للتنسيقية الوطنية لأبناء الشهداء اسم السيد كبير، المسؤول السابق في التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي، إلى هذه المجموعة· ويعتقد أحمد لخضر بن سعيد أن عبد العزيز بلخادم، قد شارك في مؤامرة للإطاحة برابح بيطاط من منصب رئاسة المجلس الشعبي الوطني مطلع التسعينات· ويقول 'من بين نواب رئيس هذا المجلس، كان بلخادم هو الوحيد الذي ليست له أية علاقة بالثورة وبالتاريخ·· ماذا كان يمثل بلخادم داخل هذا المجلس؟ كان يقود الخلية التابعة للعربي بلخير الذي كان مديرا لديوان رئيس الجمهورية الشاذلي بن جديد'·· ويضيف أن العربي بلخير هو الذي أوصل بلخادم إلى نيابة رئاسة المجلس الشعبي الوطني، وهو الذي نظم اجتماعا بعد أحداث أكتوبر 1988 الدامية وطلب من بلخادم الإلحاح من أجل لقاء الرئيس الشاذلي مع حضور رابح بيطاط ونوابه·
'قبل بيطاط الاقتراح وطلب اللقاء من الرئيس الشاذلي، الشاذلي يحترم المناضلين الذين سبقوه في الكفاح، وأعطى الكلمة لرابح بيطاط، تكلم بيطاط عما قام به الشاذلي، قاطعه شاذلي وطلب منه أن يعطي الفرصة لنوابه من أجل التحدث والتعبير عن آرائهم، فنطق بلخادم قائلا أن انتقاء بيطاط لنمط تسيير الرئيس الشاذلي لا يلزمه إلا هو، بعدها استأذن رابح بيطاط وغادر الجلسة· استدعى بيطاط المجلس في دورة طارئة وقدم استقالته·· من عوضه في هذا المنصب؟ عبد العزيز بلخادم!'·
من ناحية أخرى، يتهم أحمد لخضر بن سعيد عبد العزيز بلخادم بقيامه بدور كبير في فتنة إضراب واعتصام مناضلي الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ عام 1991 ويضيف: 'كان بلخادم أحد العناصر المشجعة لذلك الاعتصام، وكان مكلفا بمهمة ألا وهي الإطاحة بحكومة مولود حمروش!'·
والهدف الآخر، حسب رأي المسؤول السابق للتنسيقية الوطنية لأبناء الشهداء، هو التخلص من الفيس بعد مساهمته في تثبيت التيار الوطني في الجزائر ويقول: 'هذه الاستراتيجية خطط لها حزب فرنسا!'.
ومما رواه بن سعيد أيضا انه في لقاء سابق مع أحمد أويحيى، الأمين العام للتجمع الوطني الديمقراطي، ذكر الوزير الأول الحالي لأحمد لخضر بن سعيد، الأمين العام السابق للتنسيقية الوطنية لأبناء الشهداء، إن الجزائر لن ترفع رأسها مع عبد العزيز بوتفليقة كرئيس للجمهورية: 'قال لي هذا الكلام، وهو يشير إلى صورة بوتفليقة معلقة على الجدار!' يقول ضيف النقاش· ويشير أن أويحيى حذّره من انتقاد المسؤولين، ويضيف: 'قال لي إنه ليس من حقي الكلام عن هؤلاء في هذا الوقت لأنهم، بحسب رأيه، قادرون على فعل أي شيء· وقال لي أويحيى إنه لم يكن يتصور أبدا أن يصل بوتفليقة إلى الحكم، وأضاف أنه يمكن انتظار أي شيء منه'· همّ الوحيد أويحيى، حسب بن سعيد، المناصب والمكاسب·
أماعن عبد العزيز بلخادم، فيقول ضيف 'الخبر الاسبوعي'، أن هذا الرجل قام بجمع التوقيعات لأحمد طالب الإبراهيمي، الوزير الأسبق للخارجية، بغية الترشح إلى الرئاسيات عام 1999 رغم أن طالب لم يكن يناضل داخل صفوف جبهة التحرير الوطني·
للتذكير أن بلخادم قرر متابعة بن سعيد قضائيا ولكن بإسم جبهة التحريرالوطني التي يشغل منصب أمينها العام.

في نظري من يحترم نفسه لا يكلف نفسه الدخول في تفاهات السياسة و السياسيين ، و الله اكن من الكره و البغض للسياسيين بغض النظر عن انتماءاتهم السياسية مالا استطيع وصفه ، و خاصة من يدعون انفسهم من التيار الاسلامي ، يتكلمون كلهم عن الديمقراطية و كلهم خالدون في كراسهم الحزبية ، فما بالك عندما يحكمون بلدا بأكمله ، فوالله لن يفرق بينهم و بين كراسيهم الا الموت

بصراحة عندما أطالع بعض الوجوه السياسية أشعر بالقرف
و من أكثر الوجوه التي شاهدتها بشاعة في حياتي هي وجوه أحزاب التحالف الثلاث ( أحمد أويحي، عبد العزيز بلخادم، أبو جرة سلطاني )
و الله أحيانا أشعر بالغثيان لمجرد رؤية وجوههم، و تزداد الحالة سوءا إذا سمعت أصواتهم

بصراحة عندما أطالع بعض الوجوه السياسية أشعر بالقرف
و من أكثر الوجوه التي شاهدتها بشاعة في حياتي هي وجوه أحزاب التحالف الثلاث ( أحمد أويحي، عبد العزيز بلخادم، أبو جرة سلطاني )
و الله أحيانا أشعر بالغثيان لمجرد رؤية وجوههم، و تزداد الحالة سوءا إذا سمعت أصواتهم
و الله كلهم سواسية حتى من هم في المعارضة ، لكن ما أتفائل لأجله هو ان هذه المرة لن تكون هنالك محاولات لفرض احزاب على احزاب ، ففي الانتخابات القادمة و بحزم الشعب الجزائري سيعرف هؤلاء مكانتهم لدى المجتمع الجزائري ، و ان كانت حينئد شيء من الكرامة لديهم لتخلوا عن ثرثتهم و قعدوا في منازلهم
