25 قتيلا بـ"الجمعة العظيمة" بسوريا

نقلت وكالة رويترز للأنباء عن نشطاء حقوقيين أن 25 شخصا على الأقل سقطوا قتلى في المظاهرات التي عمت المدن السورية وشارك فيها عشرات الآلاف.
وقالت منظمتان حقوقيتان سوريتان تحصران عدد الضحايا لرويترز إن القتلى سقطوا في ضواح ومدن تحيط بدمشق وفي حمص بوسط البلاد وفي مدينة درعا الجنوبية.

وجاءت هذه المظاهرات بعد يوم من مرسوم ألغى حالة الطوارئ وقعه الرئيس بشار الأسد الذي قالت هيومن رايتس ووتش إن أمامه فرصة لإثبات "نواياه الصادقة في الإصلاح"، في وقت دعا ناشطون ينسقون الاحتجاجات إلى إنهاء احتكار حزب البعث للسلطة وإرساء نظام سياسي ديمقراطي.
وكان بين المدن التي شملتها المظاهرات درعا ودمشق وحمص وبانياس والقامشلي والسلمية والكسوة، حيث رفعت لافتات تطلب إسقاط النظام، في يوم احتجاج أطلق عليه "الجمعة العظيمة".
وقال المحامي عدنان أبو خليل إن عشرة أشخاص على الأقل بينهم أطفال، سقطوا برصاص القناصة أثناء مظاهرة جرت في مدينة إزرع بمحافظة درعا جنوبي البلاد.
وتحدث شهود عن "مجزرة مروعة"، وإصابات في الرأس والصدر بطلقات أطلقها قناصة.
وفي حمص تحدث شاهد عيان عن شخصين على الأقل قتلا بعدما أطلق الأمن النار على متظاهرين، فيما تحدث مصدر صحفي عن جريحين في البياضة شرقي المحافظة.

وفي حي الميدان التاريخي وسط دمشق فُرّق ألفا متظاهر حسب شهود قالوا إن الأمن أطلق على المحتجين الغاز المسيل للدموع من على جسر يشرف على الساحة.

ونصب الأمن نقاط تفتيش البارحة في دمشق كما انتشر عند مداخل العاصمة.

وفي دوما وهي إحدى ضواحي دمشق تحدثت أسوشيتد برس نقلا عن شهود عن نحو أربعين ألف متظاهر.

كما تظاهر نحو عشرة آلاف في السلمية في محافظتي حماة واللاذقية.
وسجلت أيضا مظاهرة كبيرة في مدينة بانياس الساحلة شمالي شرقي سوريا.
أما وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية فتحدثت استنادا إلى شهود عيان عن 15 قتيلا استنادا إلى ناشطين وشهود عيان.

ويصعب التحقق من روايات شهود العيان والناشطين، إذ تعرقل السلطات السورية عمل الصحفيين وتقيد دخول مناطق الاضطرابات.

وتأتي المظاهرات –التي دخلت أسبوعها الخامس بمائتي قتيل على الأقل حسب ناشطين- بعد يوم من توقيع الأسد مرسوما رفع حالة الطوارئ، ومرسومين آخرين ألغى الأول محكمة أمن الدولة العليا، ونظم الثاني حق التظاهر السلمي.

لكن لا يبدو من مظاهرات اليوم أن المراسيم نجحت في تهدئة الشارع الذي انتقل من المطالبة بإصلاحات إلى المطالبة بإسقاط النظام.

وقالت الناشطة سهير الأتاسي –التي اعتقلت الشهر الماضي ثم أطلق سراحها بكفالة- على صفحتها في تويتر إن "حالة الطوارئ أسقطت ولم ترفع".

وإلغاء الطوارئ جزء من إصلاحات أطلقتها السلطات لتهدئة الشارع، شملت أيضا منح أكراد الحسكة الجنسية السورية.

لكن السلطات -التي تتهم مرة جماعات مسلحة و"مندسين" وتنظيمات سلفية بتنظيم الاحتجاجات- زاوجت الإصلاحات بقبضة أمنية تقول الجماعات الحقوقية والمعارضة إنها وراء انتهاكات حقوقية جسيمة.

وقال عضو اللجنة السورية لحقوق الإنسان السورية هيثم المالح إن المظاهرات استمرت لأن السلطة لم تقم بخطوات فعلية تحقق مطالب الجماهير.

واعتبر المالح أن قانون الطوارئ ألغي، لكن استعيض عنه بأسلوب آخر يطلق يد أجهزة الأمن في الاعتقال لفترات تصل ستين يوما، كما أن التعذيب ما زال يمارس.

وفي أول بيان مشترك منذ تفجر الاحتجاجات دعت لجان التنسيق المحلية -التي تمثل المتظاهرين في مختلف محافظات سوريا- الأسد إلى وقف احتكار حزب البعث للسلطة، وقالت إن تحقيق شعارات الحرية والكرامة لن يتسنى إلا بالتغيير الديمقراطي السلمي.


وطالب البيان -الذي نشرته رويترز- بـ"الإفراج عن كل سجناء الضمير وبتفكيك الجهاز الأمني الحالي واستبداله بآخر ذي اختصاصات قانونية محددة ويعمل وفقا للقانون".

وقالت هيومن رايتس ووتش إن للأسد فرصة لإثبات صدق نواياه في تحقيق الإصلاح إن سُمح بالتظاهر اليوم دون قمع، ودعته إلى أن يرفق رفع الطوارئ بإجراءات ملموسة لوقف الانتهاكات اليومية.

كما قالت إن الإصلاحات لن تكون ذات مغزى بينما قوى الأمن فوق القانون، ودعته إلى الحد من امتيازاتها، ودعته إلى إلغاء مراسيم تعفي موظفي المخابرات والأمن من التحقيق، وضمان حصول كل المعتقلين على محامين.

ليست دعوة لتدخل الناتو لكن مقارنة للحالتين فكيف استباحو منطقة المغرب العربي و تراؤوا عن الانظار خلف ستار التهويل الاعلامي لشحذ الجماهير في المشهد البحريني، اليمني و السوروي بمنطقة الشرق الاوسط خوفا من حرب شاملة.
