الجزائر تعتبر اتهامها بدعم نظام القذافي "مناورات لكسب الوقت"

صرح وزير الخارجية الجزائري مراد مدلسي الجمعة ان اتهام الجزائر بارسال مرتزقة الى ليبيا لدعم نظام العقيد معمر القذافي ضد الثوار هي مناورات لكسب الوقت، مؤكدا ان نظيره الفرنسي الان


جوبيه يقاسمه هذا الرأي.

وقال مدلسي في تصريح للاذاعة الجزائرية "سبق لنا تكذيب هذه الاتهامات. وبالاضافة الى ذلك كانت لدينا الفرصة للحديث في هذاالموضوع مع العديد من الشركاء ومنهم وزير الدولة (الفرنسي) آلان جوبيه الذي وصف هذه المعلومات الغريبة بالاشاعات ".

واضاف "في ما يخص هذه المناورات نعتبرها مناورات لربح الوقت تعتمد على اجندات لا علاقة لها بالقضية الليبية بل ترتبط بقضايا اقدم من الازمة الليبية".

وقال مدلسي بخصوص محادثاته مع نظيره الفرنسي ان جوبيه "نفسه وصف بالاشاعات قليلة المصداقية هذه المعلومات الغريبة التي تجعل الجزائر طرفا في النزاع الليبي".

وصرح جوبيه خلال لقاء مع جمعية الصحافة الدبلوماسية الفرنسية "اجريت محادثات ودية مع نظيري" الجزائري. واضاف "قلت له هناك معلومات تفيد ان القذافي تلقى من الجزائر عدة مئات من السيارات العسكرية وعلى متنها ذخائر ".

وتابع "طرحت عليه السؤال واكد لي ان هذا الامر ليس صحيحا".

وقال الثوار الليبيون قبل عشرة ايام انهم اسروا 15 مرتزقة جزائريا في اجدابيا وقتلوا ثلاثة اخرين في معارك ضارية في هذه المدينة شرق البلاد.

واكد المتحدث باسم الثوار ايضا ان "المرتزقة الذين اسروا لم تكن في حوزتهم اوراق ثبوتية" لكنهم "قالوا انهم جزائريون وكانت لهجتهم جزائرية".

واضاف مسؤول الاعلام في المجلس الوطني الانتقالي محمود شمام في تصريح لوكالة فرانس برس الثلاثاء "نواجه آلة عسكرية رهيبة والقذافي يحصل على دعم بما في ذلك عبر دول عربية مثل الجزائر التي حصل عبرها على 500 مركبة رباعية الدفع بحسب مصادر اوروبية صديقة".

ووصف وزير الخارجية الجزائري الوضع في ليبيا بأنه "جد معقد" وقال ان الليبيين "يتقاتلون في ما بينهم واطراف اخرى تساعد على ان تستمر الحرب وتزداد حدتها".

أما بخصوص الحل الذي تراه الجزائر مناسبا للخروج من الازمة رأى مدلسي انه لا خيار سوى الحل السياسي.

وقال "اعتقادنا هو انه بعد وقف اطلاق النار ووضع آلية لاحترامه يبقى الحل الوحيد العقلاني والذي يلقى الاجماع هو الحل السياسي".

وثمن مدلسي جهود وفد الوساطة الافريقية واعتبر انه "حدث تطور بعد تنقل مجموعة الوساطة الافريقية وسجلت اتصالات لأول مرة بين طرفي النزاع في ليبيا"

وتابع " لا يمكننا القول أن هذه الاتصالات الاولية سمحت بحل المشكل بما أننا نعرف موقف الطرف الليبي المتمركز في بنغازي لكننا لا نفقد الامل خاصة اذا ضمت المجموعة الدولية جهودها الى جهود الاتحاد الافريقي لفرض الحل السياسي على الجميع".

وقال الرئيس الموريتاني محمد ولد عبد العزيز المتحدث باسم وفد الوساطة الافريقية، عنما زار الجزائر قبل أسبوعين ان الاتحاد الافريقي مصمم على الوصول الى وقف لاطلاق النار في ليبيا " حفاظا على المصالح العليا للشعب الليبي".
