كتائب القذافي تنسحب من مصراتة

أعلن نظام العقيد معمر القذافي عن انسحابه من مدينة مصراتة بعد نحو شهرين من حصارها ومقاتلة الثوار من أبنائها، في الوقت الذي قصفت فيه طائرات حلف شمال الأطلسي عدة مناطق في ساعة مبكرة من صباح السبت بينها العاصمة طرابلس والزنتان.
وقال نائب وزير الخارجية الليبي الجمعة إن الجيش سينسحب من مصراتة المحاصرة وسيترك أمرها للمواطنين وللقبائل القاطنة حولها، وعزا عدم نجاح عمليات الجيش في المدينة التي تبعد 200 كلم عن العاصمة طرابلس إلى القصف الذي تنفذه قوات التحالف.
وأضاف خالد الكعيم للصحفيين أن الجيش التقى القبائل المحلية التي ستحاول التحدث مع المعارضين أولا، وإذا أخفق الحوار فستقاتل القبائل الثوار في مصراتة. وذكر أن القبائل أبلغت الجيش بأنه إذا لم يستطع القيام بذلك فستقوم القبائل بهذه المهمة.
وقال أيضا إنه يوجد الآن إنذار نهائي للجيش الليبي، وإذا لم يمكنهم حل المشكلة في مصراتة فسيتحرك الناس من المنطقة. وأضاف أن القبائل المحيطة بالمدينة وبقية الأهالي سيتصرفون هناك وليس الجيش الليبي.
وذكر جندي مصاب تابع لكتائب القذافي أسره الثوار في مصراتة السبت أن الجيش تلقى أوامر بالانسحاب من المدينة الجمعة.

وقال المتحدث باسم النظام الليبي موسى إبراهيم الخميس إن ليبيا بدأت في تسليح وتدريب القبائل حول مصراتة.
ويقيم الثوار في مصراتة عشرات نقاط التفتيش ويشددون الرقابة على دخول الآليات إليها بعد اكتشافهم متعاونين مع كتائب القذافي تسللوا بأسلحتهم. الإجراءات الجديدة تشمل منع دخول المدينة بعد ساعة معينة إلا بإعطاء كلمة السر أو بطاقة مرور خاصة.
في السياق ذاته قالت مصادر إن الثوار بالمدينة شنوا معركة لتحرير مستشفي مصراتة المركزي الذي تتمركز فيه كتائب القذافي.

وأضافت أن عدد المصابين بلغوا أمس الجمعة -وفقاً للجنة الطبية- 13 جريحاً إلا أنه لم يسقط قتلى بالمدينة منذ عدة أيام.
وذكرت المصادر أن ثوار المدينة صدوا محاولة الكتائب للتوغل مرة أخرى بشارع طرابلس، كما تمكنوا من تحرير كوبري طرابلس من ناحية المدخل الغربي. وتمكن الثوار أيضا من إجلاء عائلة مغربية من شارع طرابلس الذي تدور فيه معارك شرسة مع الكتائب.
وقد أكد رئيس بعثة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر سايمن بروكس أن الوضع الإنساني يتدهور في مصراتة المحاصرة منذ نحو شهرين. وأضاف أنه يتعذر حاليا الحصول على الماء.

وتقدر مصادر صحفية ودولية عدد ضحايا مصراتة بالمئات، إلى جانب الآلاف من النازحين.
