إضراب الكرامة غد ا

سيدخل بعد غد الإثنين بإذن الله الإساتذة في إضراب لمدة 3 أيام للمطالبة بـ:

1- الزيادة في الرواتب خاصة فقد صار الأستاذ في ذيل القطاع العمومي بعد الحرس البلدي و الشرطة و موظفي الإدارة وغيرهم

2- تعديل القانون الأساسي لعمال التربية الصادر في 2008

3- استرجاع الخدمات الإجتماعية

فكونوا يدا واحدة لإسترجاع حقوقكم

و الله عيب عليكم كم تريدون انتم اساتذة و تربون اجيال و تعطونهم درس في الطمع و حب المال على حساب الروح الوطنية و لا نسيت لا تعرفون هذا المصطلح كل القطعات الوظيفية جنت و كأنكم اصبحت ترون الجزائر كخروف مذبوح الكل يريد القطعة الاكبر اين القناعة التي تدرسونها للطلاب و بعدين تأتون لتتذمروا بان التلاميذ لايحترمونك احترموا انفسكم لكي يحترمك التلاميذ الذي تتلاعبون بمستقبلهم ةو الله اتركوا لليتمي و الزوالي شيئا معكم و ليس ان تقومو بحمد لله على نعمته لا لكن تحسدون الغير كل واحد و ما كتبه الله له و ما يدي غير لكتبول الله حرام عليكم و الزوالي شايقول قبل المال هل انت متأكد انك ربيت ابنك او بنت على خلقك هل تحسن معاملة جارك مثل ما نص عليه القران يا أستاذ و الله اكبر خيبة للامة اصبحتم انتم يا اساتذة حشى لي مايستهلهاش و الله تستاهلون اقسى من هذا الحكي لكن اقوا ان كاد الاستاذ ان يصبح مليونيرا اليوم علمت انكم تاخون بهذه المقولة و الله الاجدر بالزيادة هم المعوقين و الممرضين في المستشفيات و الله حياتهم المهنية مقارنة بعملهم لا تساوي شيئ من معاناتهم و انتم انظرو الى حالكم اصبحتم كمصاصي الدماء و غيركم من القطاعات المهم اسمحولي و لا تغضبوا مني لاني اقول الحقيقة .ربي يهديكم و انا الطماع خسارة فيه الهداية يعفس على خوه و يطلع قاع تروحوا اجهنامة و فم تفكروا الدراهم لي كنتوا كتكالبين عليهم و شفوا فعالكم و ين وصلت مقارنة بدرهمكم .

مع أن مبررات الإضراب مهما كانت مقنعة فهي ليست سببا دائما ومتجددا للإضرابات فهي تضييع لحقوق التلاميذ(فليس معقولا أن تضيع حق غيرك لتنال حقك).لكن عدم صلاحية النقابات في معالجة المشاكل البيداغوجية ,والبرامج وال...جعل همها الوحيد رفع القدرة الشرائية للمعلم والأستاذ.
لكن التحامل على الأساتذة بشكل عام دون تمييز,وإصدار أحكام مطلقة على النوايا ,والتهم الجزافية ضد الأستاذ- كأن ارتفاع اجرته النسبي هو سبب كل الأزمة التي تعيشها الجزائر-,ظلم واعتداء على الأستاذبة كوظيفة ومكانة،والأستاذ كشخص.
أكأشخاص فالأستاذ إنسان,وكل الناس لهم مالهم وعليهم ما عليهم.
ما يؤلم في الجزائر هو الإنتشار الخطير للدروس الخصوصية خارج القانون,مماترتب عنه التمايز بين القادر من الأولياء على دفع ثمنها والعاجز,وهي بالنسبة لي سوق موازية طفيلية،إلى جانب قضية العتبات ,أي تكوين التلاميذ ناقص كما ونوعا
