الجزائر تحكمها مؤسسات و ليس شخص ...لكن كيف ذلك ؟!

الغريب العجيب أن الذي يحكم الجزائر فعلا هو ليس شخص واحد (و المتمثل في السيد عبد العزيز بوتفليقة)، فالذي يحكم الجزائر فعلا هي مؤسسات و أجهزة الدولة
لكن هل هذا يعني أننا بتنا في مصاف الدول الديمقراطية الكبرى، و التي تحكمها المؤسسات عوضا عن الأشخاص ؟
إن طريقة تسيير البلد في شؤوننا السياسية أمر يدعو للدهشة، فنظامنا السياسي نظام فريد من نوعه و لا يوجد له مثيل في العالم
صحيح أن الجزائر تحكمها مؤسسات و أجهزة الدولة، لكن مع ذلك لا وجود للديمقراطية و لا وجود للشفافية و لا وجود للرقابة !
و ذلك أن المنطق المتبع عند هؤلاء هو تلك القاعدة التي تقول ( تاكل ناكل ) أو ( قاع نغمسوا )
و هذا معناه أن مؤسسات الدولة بلغ بها من الفساد لدرجة أنها أصبحت عبارة عن خلايا إجرامية ضم عصابات مافيوية تحسن التخطيط بدقة لكيفية توزيع الثروة
و كل عصابة ( حزب ) تعرف ما هو نصيبها، و تعرف ما هو دورها بالضبط، كما أنها تلتزم باحترام باقي العصابات، و لا تتعدى حدودها معها
و السؤال الآن إذا كان الحكم الرئاسي القائم على شخص لا يصلح لنا لأنه نظام دكتاتوري، و في نفس الوقت الحكم المؤسساتي ( البرلماني ) أيضا لا يصلح لنا لأنه نظام عصابات مافيوي فما هو الحل و أي نظام يصلح لنا ؟

لو تقرأ الدستور المعدل الجديد تجد أن المؤسسات مجرد خيال والدولة تسير حسب أهواء الرئيس، هذا مكتوب في الدستور

النظام الأنسب لنا هو النظام البرلماني لكن بشرطين أساسيين:
- ضمان انتخابات نزيهة وشفافة
- تثقيف المجتمع للوصول إلى حد مقبول من الوعي لإختيار الممثلين في البرلمان

وكلا الشرطين بعيدين عن أرض الواقع للأسف

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ............إن كل أنظمة الحكم لا تستطيع تطبيقها على الجزائر لأنك تتعامل مع عصابة خفية هي من تتحكم في كل شيئ ...النظام الرئاسي نظام بائد ايل للزوال لأنه يجمع السلطات في شخص واحد تجده محاط بزمرة من الشياتين المنافقين يتلونون كلما تبدلت السياسات ..فلو مثلا فتح بوتفليقة الحدود غدا من المغرب لطبلوا له ليل نهار على القرار الحكيم و لسفهوا كل من كان يدعوا للفتح من قبل ذلك إلا غاية أن يرى فخامته رأي اخر ...النظام الشبه رئاسي نظام جيد و لكن في الدول التي فيها ديمقراطية حقيقية مبنية على الانتخابات الحرة و مبدا الفصل بين السلطات و لكن هذا لا يوجد عندنا الرئيس بفمه يقول ان البرلمان ميت ثم يحيل له إجراء التعديلات الدستورية الاخيرة أي تناقض ؟؟؟؟
ناتي على النظام البرلماني و هو نظام يحكم فيه البرلمان مائة في المائة و رئيس الوزراء مطالب يتطبيق ما يقرره حرفيا و أعتقد ان بريطانيا رائدة في هذا المجال لما تمتلكه من اعراف و تقاليد و هي اساس النظام البرلماني اصلا ....في المنام ما تشوفها في الجزائر لأنهم حطموا اعرافنا و تقاليدنا و تلفتلهم ما عرفوا يكونوا مسلمين ما عرفوا يكونوا اروبيين و لديك عنوان خليدة تومي و كذلك لنفس السبب لدينا مافيا خفية هي من تحكم في السياسات الكبرى اما الفتات فيحكم فيه الظاهرون لنا على انهم هم الحكام الفعليون ...الكل يعرف ان النظام الإسلامي هو الحق و لذلك يحاربون كل شيئ لديه علاقة بالإسلام حتى في أبسط المفرادت ...

إعادة بناء النظام من جديد أمر ليس بالهيّن، بل هو يتطلب ترسانة من المخلصين و المثقفين و المؤمنين بالقضية، و أهم شيء المحبين لهذا البلد
و بدون غرس هذه الروح، بدل اليأس الذي دب في الكثير منا فسوف لن نحرّك ساكنا
فالبقاء للأقوى، و لكن ليس بالضرورة أن يكون معنى الأقوى هنا هو الأكثر صلابة أو عدّة
فالقوة لا تقاس بالمادة، بل بالروح قبل كل شيء
