جبهة القوى الاشتراكية تتهم بوتفليقة بالسعي الى "كسب الوقت"

اتهمت جبهة القوى الاشتراكية المعارضة في الجزائر الرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة بالسعي الى "كسب الوقت" باعلانه اصلاحات سياسية تنص خصوصا على تعديل دستوري.

وقال السكرتير الاول للجبهة كريم طابو الجمعة في تجمع شعبي في سطيف (300 كلم شرق العاصمة) ان "الهدف الاساسي (من) خطاب رئيس الجمهورية هو كسب الوقت والسعي وراء استعادة المصداقية الدولية والرأي العام الدولي".

وقد اعلن الرئيس بوتفليقة في 15 نيسان/ابريل في اول خطاب متلفز منذ بداية الانتفاضات في العالم العربي تعديل الدستور والقانون الانتخابي والقانون حول الاحزاب وقانون الاعلام.

واعرب طابو عن اسفه "لمجاملة وتواطؤ المواقف الفرنسية والاميركية التي تدعي تصديق اصلاحات بدون ضمانة".

واعتبر وزير الخارجية الفرنسي آلان جوبيه بعد خطاب بوتفليقة ان الاصلاحات المعلنة ماضية "في الطريق السليم".

وقال طابو متسائلا "من يتصور ان هذه الحكومة وهذا المجلس الوطني ومجلس الامة يستطيع ان يقود الاصلاحات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية؟".

واضاف "ليس هناك سوى رئيس الدولة والوزراء والنواب ونواب مجلس الامة الذين ما زالوا يظنون ذلك".

وشدد على "المطالب الاجتماعية من عمل وسكن وراتب لائق وتكافؤ الفرص، وهي كلها مطالب سياسية"، موضحا ان "الجزائريين ليسوا أحرارا ولا يتمتعون بالديمقراطية".

وليس لجبهة القوى الاشتركية التي يقودها الزعيم التاريخي حسين آيت احمد، نوابا لانها قاطعت الانتخابات التشريعية سنة 2007 التي شابتها عمليات تزوير حسب المعارضة.

وقال طابو ان "النظام وليد انقلاب عسكري ونجا بفضل انقلابات اخرى، وبفرض حالة الطوارئ وتدابير قانونية امنية لمكافحة الارهاب طال مفعولها في ظل تعديلات دستورية وانتخابات مزورة".

وتساءل "كيف لنا ان نعتقد ان هذا النظام قادر على تحقيق ما عجز عن تحقيقه منذ الاستقلال؟".

واشار طابو الى "تدهور الوضع الامني في البلاد في الآونة الأخيرة" مؤكدا نه "يثير عدة تساؤلات".
