إذا شعـــــــــرت بالغربــــــــة بينهم
و الوحدة في حضورهم وبالوحدة رغـــــــــم وجودهم

إذا اكتشفت أنّ كلماتهم مصطنعة و همساتهم معلّبة و أشواقهم مثلّجة

إذا ناديت و لم يسمع سواك

احيانا يحزن الواحد منا لسبب معين او لعدة اسباب لكن هذه هي سنة الحياة فكل واحد منا له فيها الحلو وله المر المهم ان لا يعيش الانسان تعيسا كئيبا يجب ان يكون هناك امل وصبر

و قد كان رسول الله (صلّى الله عليه و سلّم) يتعود من الهم و الحزن
و لهدا نتخد من رسول الله قدوة و ندعو بما دعا صباحا و مساء
"اللَّهم إنى أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن، والعجز والكسل،
والجبن والبخل، وضلع الدين وغلبة الرجال"
و الهم و الحزن قرينان و كلاهما الم للقلب
