ولاية قالمة
قالمة هي الولاية 24 من ولايات الجزائر عاصمتها مدينة قالمة. تقع الولاية بشمال شرق البلاد وسط سلسلة جبلية ضخمة خضراء، وأهم هذه الجبال (جبل ماونة - جبل دباغ - جبل بني صالح - جبل هوارة..).وتبعد الولاية عن العاصمة الجزائرية ب 537كلم وأقرب الولايات إليها هي عنابة الساحلية وقسنطية وسوق اهراس.علاوة على طابعها الصناعي والفلاحي والرعوي والغابي الذي يعطيها موقعا اقتصاديا واستراتيجيا هاما في الجزائر، تملك الولاية مؤهلات سياحية كبيرة تحتاج إلى العناية والتطوير. كما تعتبر قالمة منطقة إستراتيجية بوجودها على ضفاف وادي سيبوس الخصبة، أين تمر المجاري المائية دون انقطاع وخلال كل الفصول. وقد أهدت قالمة للثورة وللوطن أبطال أمثال سويداني بوجمعة، وهواري بومدين.


و تعتبر منطقة قالمة منطقة زراعية ورعوية من الدرجة الأولى، مزدهرة بتاريخ عريق، لكن ولكل أسف قل الاهتمام بهذه المنطقة خلال السنوات الأخيرة حيث حرمت وجردت من بعض المرافق التي كانت تتمتع بها من قبل ونذكر على سبيل المثال (السكك الحديدية - محطة الحافلات - المطار العسكري - المدرسة العسكرية - والمصانع التي كانت مصدر رزق للمنطقة خصوصا وللجزائر على العموم....).وهذا ما يؤكد على السياسات الفاشلة التي مرت على الجزائر في سنوات خلت وسياسة اللامبالاة....وهي أحسن دليل وأحسن رمز للإدارة الجزائرية وسوء التسيير أو البيروقراطية.وبالمقابل فهي الأولى وطنيا في دفع الغرامات والضرائب وهناك أيدي خفية وراء تحطيم هذه الولاية العريقة,لقد سميت قالمة في العهد الروماني باسم *ملاكاmalaca *.



عدة نقوش ليبكية ونصب جنائزية تدل على أنها كانت من أهم مدن المملكة النوميدية لـ ماسينيسا، وأنها كانت مركز تجاري هام للفينيقيين، وقد شهدت منطقة عين النمشة سوتيل عاصمة الملوك النوميديين كما كانت أهم مصدر حبوب لروما. -و لقد يصل عدد سكانها سنة 2010 إلى710000

المسخوطين الدي زرته عدة مرات بالخصوص في
فصل الربيع حيث المناظر الطبيعية الخلابة و مياهه
المعدنية الساخنة و الحارة لدرجة انني قمت بسلق البيض
