نجاد كان يعد صهره لخلافته

كشفت برقية دبلوماسية أميركية صادرة عن القنصلية الأميركية في دبي في جانفي2010 وسربها موقع ويكيليكس، أن الرئيس الإيراني محمود أحمدي نجاد كان يهيئ صهره إسفنديار رحيم مشائي لخلافته بعد انتهاء فترة ولايته عام 2013.

يذكر أن علاقة مشائي بتيار المحافظين القوي في إيران وعلى رأسهم المرشد الأعلى علي خامنئي هي علاقة متوترة، حيث دأب مشائي على التركيز على التاريخ الفارسي خلال عمله بعدة مناصب حكومية، كما يصنف نفسه سياسيا على أنه داعم للإيمان بالقومية الفارسية وليس الأسلوب الفقهي الذي تتبعه المؤسسة الحاكمة، الأمر الذي اعتبره المحافظون تهديدا لنفوذ إيران الذي اكتسبته من خلال مناداتها باتخاذ الإسلام منهجا للحكم.

وكانت تصريحات مشائي عام 2008 بأن "الإيرانيين أصدقاء لكافة شعوب العالم حتى الإسرائيليين" قد أثارت سخط المؤسسة الإيرانية المحافظة عليه، ويعتقد أنها كانت السبب وراء رفض خامنئي لتوليه منصب النائب الأول لرئيس الجمهورية، بعد أن فاز أحمدي نجاد بولاية رئاسية ثانية عام 2009.

أحمدي نجاد –الذي يعتبر مشائي من أقرب المقربين له- نزل عند رغبة المرشد الأعلى ولكنه لم يتخل عن مشائي، حيث عينه مديرا لمكتب الرئاسة، وظل في منصبه حتى إقالته في 9 أفريل الجاري، ولكن مع احتفاظه بمناصبه الحكومية الأخرى.

تقول البرقية الدبلوماسية الأميركية: "إن دفاع أحمدي نجاد المستميت عن مشائي يوضح أهميته بوصفه مستشارا للرئيس الذي يتعرض لعزلة متزايدة. مشائي ظهر كذلك متحدثا باسم إدارة الرئيس نجاد. وأخبر أحمدي نجاد الصحفيين بأنه سيكون سعيدا بالعمل نائبا للرئيس في إدارة مشائي، مما دفع الكثيرين إلى التكهن بأن أحمدي نجاد يسعى إلى أن يحل مشائي محله في عام 2013".

يذكر أن مشائي ألمح للصحفيين إلى أنه قد يترشح للرئاسة وأنه سيتخذ قراره قبل ستة أشهر من الانتخابات، إلا أن صحيفة كيهان المؤيدة لخامنئي توقعت أن مجلس الحرس الثوري الإيراني القوي سيمنع مشائي من الترشح إذا اتخذ هذا القرار حيث إن الحرس الثوري الإيراني يفحص بدقة المرشحين قبل أي انتخابات في إيران.

البرقية الدبلوماسية الأميركية تورد في طياتها، أن الاتصالات بعدد من الشخصيات الإيرانية والعارفين بالشأن الإيراني قد أظهرت أيضا أن ولع أحمدي نجاد بمشائي، قد يعود إلى سبب مذهبي: "يستخدم معارضو أحمدي نجاد علاقته مع مشائي للتندر والحصول على مكاسب سياسية (...) من القصص المتداولة "الخرافة" المتداولة في طهران بأن وفاء أحمدي نجاد لمشائي ينبع من الاعتقاد بأن الأخير هو في الحقيقة على اتصال بالإمام الثاني عشر (المهدي المنتظر الذي يعتقد الشيعة الاثناعشرية أنه سيظهر يوما ما). وطبقا لتلك الإشاعات فإن مشائي يدخل أحيانا في حالة غشيان للاتصال بالإمام الثاني عشر، أو يقوم أحيانا وبشكل عشوائي بالقول "مرحبا" لا لأحد، ثم يفسر (للحاضرين) أن الإمام قد مرّ للتو".

من جهة أخرى، قال رئيس المجلس الإيراني الأميركي هوشنغ أمير أحمدي الذي يعرف مشائي معرفة شخصية لصحيفة الغارديان البريطانية: "الحركة الإصلاحية في إيران لم تنجح لعدة أسباب. أعتقد أن مشائي قد أصبح مؤخرا خيارا آخر، والنظام يستخدم هذه الفرصة لتسخين الانتخابات المقبلة في إيران. طرح مشائي هو أن الإيرانيين هم إيرانيون أولا وبعد ذلك هم مسلمون. إنه يعيد بعث مصدر للعزة القومية للإيرانيين، وهو أمر لم يجر إهماله منذ الثورة الإسلامية عام 1979فحسب، بل منذ قرنين من الزمان".

وتقول الصحيفة إن الإيرانيين شعب يعتز بتاريخه وما زالوا يحتفلون بكثير من المناسبات الفارسية القديمة التي يعود تاريخها إلى عهد الزردشتيين، مثل رأس السنة الفارسية وعيد النوروز.

يقول أمير أحمدي في هذا الخصوص للغارديان: "أعتقد أن أحمدي نجاد نفسه يميل إلى تاريخ إيران وحاول بعث المجد والملك الإيراني التليد. بعد الثورة كان هناك هوس بالإسلام جعل السلطات تتجاهل تاريخ إيران، ومشائي اليوم يحاول ترويج النهج القومي. من الواضح أن آراء مشائي القومية تهديد للملالي. إنهم يخافون احتمال تضاؤل سلطتهم إذا بدأ الناس احترام تاريخهم في فترة ما قبل الإسلام".
