الإمارات أجلت زيارة عصام شرف بسبب غضبها من اسلوب معاملة الرئيس المصري السابق مبارك


علمت "إيلاف" أن السبب الرئيس وراء تأجيل زيارة عصام شرف رئيس الوزراء المصري إلى الإمارات يعود لطلب إماراتي، بسبب تنامي الأخبار الواردة من "شرم الشيخ" و"طره" بأن التحقيقات أثبتت وجود أموالاً قام الرئيس المصري السابق ونجليه بتحويلها إلى الإمارات خلال الفترة التي سبقت مرحلة التنحي وهو ما أقلق الجانب الإماراتي كثيراً.

وقالت مصادر مقربة "جداً" بمجلس الوزراء أن هناك تكتم شديد على أخبار تلك الأموال التي حولها الرئيس المصري وأولاده بغية عدم تسريبها لوسائل الإعلام حتى لا تتأزم العلاقات مع الإمارات خاصة وأنه يتردد منذ اندلاع الثورة المصرية أخبار غير مؤكدة وشائعات عن هذه التحويلات، كما أن التسريبات التي بدأت في الظهور مع انتهاء الجولة الأولى للتحقيقات مع نجلي الرئيس المصري في سجن "طره" عززت من تلك الأخبار حيث واجهتهم الجهات الرقابية ببعض المستندات وأقوال الشهود التي تفيد تحويل جزء من الأموال إلى الإمارات ودولاً عربية أخرى إلا أنهم أنكروا في البداية قبل أن يقروا بوجود استثمارات لهم ببعض أسهم الشركات الإماراتية والدولة التي تتداول أسهمها في بورصتي دبي وأبو ظبي وهو يتم عبر الجهات الرسمية والقنوات الشرعية وهو ما لم تقتنع به جهات التحقيق.

وتحاول الجهات الرسمية المصرية الحيلولة دون تسرب أخبار التحقيقات مع الرئيس السابق ونجله ورجال الأعمال إلا أنها تجد صعوبة كبيرة في ذلك خاصة وأن معظم هذه التسريبات تسبب لها حرجاً شديداً وتجعلها عاجزة عن إيجاد حلول مناسبة لها كما فعلت مع أزمة توشكى.

من جهة أخرى أشارت مصادر صحفية مصرية أن الإمارات هي الدولة الخليجية الوحيدة التي أبدت امتعاضها بصورة رسمية مع بعض الدبلوماسيين المصريين من أسلوب معاملة الرئيس المصري السابق وأنها غاضبة من تلك المعاملة خاصة وأنها سعت إلى خروج مشرف له إبان الأزمة كما أنها كانت تريد تطبيق نفس السيناريو الذي تم مع الرئيس اليمني (علي عبدالله صالح) مع الرئيس المصري إلا أنها ترى أن المجلس العسكري المصري أحبط كل مساعيها وأنها لمست رغبة مصرية رسمية في عدم خروج الرئيس إضافة إلى رغبته شخصياً في عدم الخروج بهذه الطريقة وثقته الشديدة (في ذلك الوقت) في قدرته على الخروج من تلك الأزمة وتؤكد المصادر أن الرئيس المصري رفض عرضاً سخياً من الإمارات لخروجه هو وأسرته كما أن هذا العرض جوبه بالرفض من المجلس العسكري أيضاً.

وترى الإمارات أيضاً أن التقارب المصري الإيراني يعد بمثابة ورقة ضغط من المصريين عليها وعلى دول الخليج خاصة مع أزمة تلك الدول مع إيران بهدف طلب معونات منهم إلا انها ترفض هذا الأسلوب وتسعى إلى عدم إقراره كمبدأ للتعاون مع الدول.

وفي الوقت ذاته أشار مصدر صحفي بوكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط لـ "إيلاف" أن هناك لوم من قيادات المجلس العسكري لوزارة الخارجية المصرية بكثرة التصريحات حول العلاقات المصرية الإيرانية خاصة وأن المجلس لن يسمح لإيران بالنيل والإنفراد وبسط نفوذها على منطقة الخليج وأن ذلك الأمر مفروغ منه تماماً سواء ساعدت تلك الدول مصر أو لم تساعدها وأن سياسة المجلس تسعى لعلاقات جيدة مع جميع الدول ولكن ليس على حساب أمن واستقرار دول المنطقة التي ترتبط معهم مصر بعلاقات وثيقة إلا أن المصدر أكد أنه بالرغم من التأكيدات التي أرسلت لدول الخليج بهذا الشأن إلا أن الأمارات لم تبدي ارتياحاً للأسلوب الذي يتم به معالجة الملف الإيراني من قبل المصريين.
