السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

أحبتى في الله .. كلنا بشر وكلنا نعاني من الدنيا ومافيها ..

فتضيق صدورنا منها ومن أي شي لايعجبنا..

حتى الرســول عليه الصلاة والسلام ضاق صدره مما كان يواجهه في الدعوة لله ..

ولــكن الله عز وجل بفضله وكرمه ورحمته لم يجعل شئ الا وله علاج وذلك في كتابه الكريم..

وصف الله علاج ضيق الصدر لرسوله فى كتابه الكريم عندما قال له.....

وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ يَضِيقُ صَدْرُكَ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ (97) فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَكُن مِّنَ السَّاجِدِينَ (98) وَاعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ الْيَقِينُ (99) سوره الحجر أى عندما يضيق صدرك عليك بثلاثة أشياء

العلاج الأول:

فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ...سبحان الله , والحمد لله , ولا اله إلا الله , والله اكبر.

* قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ' من قال سبحان الله وبحمده 100 مرة حطت خطاياه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر'

* وفى الصحيحين عن أبي هريرة -رضي الله عنه- قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: 'كلمتان حبيبتان إلى الرحمن خفيفتان على اللسان ثقيلتان في الميزان: سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم .' · عن عبد الله بن مسعود رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال : (( لقيت إبراهيم ليلة أسري بي فقال يا محمد أقرأ أمتك مني السلام وأخبرهم أن الجنة طيبة التربة عذبة الماء وأنها قيعان غراسها سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله إلا الله والله أكبر )) رواه الترمذي وحسنه الألباني..

يا كل مبتلى بضيق الصدر أكثِر من التسبيح والتحميد سترى إن شاء الله فرجه وترى سروراً والأمر ليس فقط بترديد اللسان ولكن بمعايشه الذكر حيث أن الذكر له مراتب..

مــراتــب الـــذكــــر:
- ذكر اللسان .

- ذكر القلب .

- ذكر القلب واللسان .

وأعلى مراتب هذا الذكر هو ذكر القلب واللسان.
ولكن إذا ذكرت بلسانك فقط فأنت في مرتبة من مراتب الذكر أيضا فأشغِل لسانك بالحق حتى لا يشغلَك بالباطل.....

العلاج الثانى:

ا لصلاة ) أكثِر من السجود)

فاقرب ما يكون العبد لربه وهو في هذا الذُل من لحظات السجود ...

- كَلَّا لَا تُطِعْهُ وَاسْجُدْ وَاقْتَرِبْ (19) سوره العلق.
وكأن القرب من الله يكون بالسجود فاسجُد لتكون قريبا.

- وعن ربيعة بن كعب قال : كنت أبيت مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم آتيه بوضوئه وحاجته , فقال : سلني , فقلت : أسألك مرافقتك في الجنة , فقال : أو غير ذلك ؟ فقلت : هو ذاك , فقال : أعني على نفسك بكثرة السجود ...... رواه أحمد ومسلم والنسائي وأبو داود .
العلاج الثالث:

وَاعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَكَ الْيَقِينُ (99)
واستمِرَّ في عبادة ربك مدة حياتك حتى يأتيك اليقين, وهو الموت

وامتثَل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر ربه, فلم يزل دائبًا في عبادة الله, حتى أتاه اليقين من ربه..
