الناتو يحاول التخلص من القذافي في غارة على مبنى العزيزية


قصفت طائرات للناتو في ساعة مبكرة من صباح اليوم الإثنين 25 أفريل مبنى مجمع الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي الخاص بالاجتماعات الوزارية في العزيزية، وهي المرة الأولى التي يستهدف فيها مبنى سياسي هام خاص بالقيادة الليبية مما جعل الأنظار الدولية تؤكد أن محاولة الناتو تعني استهداف القذافي مباشرة.
المبنى الذي دكّ عن أخره خلف إصابة 45 شخصا منهم 15 في حالة خطيرة، ناهيك عن المفقودين تحت الأنقاض .
انفجارات أخرى قوية سمعت فجر الإثنين بطرابلس هي الأعنف منذ بداية القتال في ليبيا.

فلو كان متفهماا وغادر الكرسي مثلما حدث في مصر و تونس لما حتاج

اليبيون الاستعانة بالاجانب هذا من جهة

من جهة ثانية الاختلاف في وجهات النضر لا يعني انك تشكك في

حبي لوطني فلا تكن محاور فاشل بتهام كل من يعارضك الراي بلخيانة

وغيرها من الكلمات الجارحة التي لا علاقة لها بلواقع

و رحم الله امرءا عرف قدر نفسه

فلتعلم اخي ان الطاغية لم يترك مجال لشعب اليبي سوى الاستنجاد بلعدو القديم لنا و لهم و هذا ليس حباا فيهم و لكن من اجل انقادهم من مجزرة

من أي دين أو ملة وجدت الاستنجاد بالكافر ضد المسلم؟؟ فإذا كنت مسلماً ألم تقرأ قوله تعالى: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم {وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا فَإِنْ بَغَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا عَلَى الأُخْرَى فَقَاتِلُوا الَّتِي تَبْغِي حَتَّى تَفِيءَ إِلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ فَإِنْ فَاءَتْ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا بِالْعَدْلِ وَأَقْسِطُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ } [سورة الحجرات: 9].
وسبب النزول: أخرج البخاري ومسلم وغيرهما عن أنس قال: قيل للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم «لو أتيت عبد الله بن أبيّ، فانطلق إليه وركب حماراً وانطلق المسلمون يمشون وهي أرض سبخة، فما انطلق إليه قال: إليك عني، فوالله لقد آذاني ريح حمارك، فقال رجل من الأنصار: والله لحمار رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أطيب ربحاً منك، فغضب لعبد الله رجال من قومه، فغضب لكل منهما أصحابه، فكان بينهم ضرب بالجريد والأيدي والنعال، فنزلت الآية»، وهذا ما قاله الطبرسي والقرطبي والشوكاني وابن كثير في تفاسيرهم.

يقول عليه الصلاة والسلام : «لا ترجعوا بعدي كفاراً يضربُ بعضكم رقاب بعض» و«سباب المسلم فسوقٌ وقتاله كفر» و«إذا التقى المسلمان بسيفيهما فالقاتل والمقتول في النار».

لقد وردت نصوص شرعية تفيد أن المسلم يجوز له أن يستعمل السلاح دفاعاً عن دمه وماله وعرضه. ووردت نصوص تحرّم عليه أن يستعمل السلاح ضد المسلم حتى لو كان معتدياً. ومن ثمّ فإن الشرع ميز بين حالتين، حالة يكون الدفاع فيها مشروعاً، وهي الحالة التي يصول فيها صائل لغصب المال أو الاعتداء على العرض أو النفس. في هذه الحالة يجوز للمعتدي عليه أن يقاتل الصائل، وأن يقتله إذا لم يمكن ردعه بأقل من القتل.

أما الحالة الثانية فهي حالة الفتنة بين المسلمين، وهي الحالة التي يختلط فيها الأمر على كثير من المسلمين، ويظن كل فريق أنه على حق. هذه الحالة لها أحكام خاصة، أهمها أنه لا يجوز للمعتدى عليه أن يقاتل المعتدي ولو كان على يقين أنه مظلوم وأن المعتدي عليه ظالم، وكل ما يجوز له هو أن يحاول ردع المعتدي بالموعظة بدون سلاح، وأن يلوذ في وجه المعتدي. فعن سعد بن أبي وقاص قال: أشهد أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «إنها ستكون فتنة القاعدُ فيها خيرٌ من القائم والقائم خيرٌ من الماشي والماشي خيرٌ من الساعي» قال أفرأيت إن دخل عليَّ بيتي فبسط إليَّ يده ليقتلني؟ فقال: «كُنْ كابن آدم». وتلا {ولئِن بسطت إليَّ يدك لتقتلني ما أنا بباسط يَديَ إليكَ لأقتلك إنّي أخاف الله ربَّ العالمين}.

وجاء في الحديث الآخر عن أبي ذر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال له: «يا أبا ذر أرأيت إن قتلَ الناسُ بعضهم بعضاً يعني حتى تغرق حجارة الزيت من الدماء، كيف تصنع؟» قال: الله ورسوله أعلم. قال: «اقْعُد في بيتك واغْلِقِ عليك بابَك» قال: فإن لم يردعك شُعاعُ السيفِ فَاَلقِ طَرَفَ ردائك على وجهك كي يبوء بإثمه وإثمك».

وقد أمر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم المسلمين في الفتنة أن يقطعوا أوتار قُسيِّهم، وأن يضربوا حدّ سيفهم بالحجارة، فتعطيل أسلحتهم خير من أن يستعملوها لقتل بعضهم.

فأين نحن من هذا فيما يجري اليوم في ليبيا؟؟

مجزرة وعدهم بها القردافي فمن يجب ان يلام هوا الطاغية الذي استعمل التهديد و الوعيد منذو خطابه الاول


أولاً يا أخي اسمه القذافي، وليس كما ذكرت، فلا يجوز لك أن تسمي رجلاً مسلماً بغير اسمه.
ثانياً استعمل التهديد والوعيد ضد من؟؟ أبناء بلده؟؟ كان يقصد الزمرة العربية التي قامت بالتظاهر منذ أول يوم، وابحث ستجد أن المظاهرات كان أغلبها من المصريين العاملين في بنغازي... ثم دعني أذكر لك شيئاً تغفلون عنه دوماً: أي مظاهرة سلمية هذه التي تبدأ بغزو ثكنات الأمن بالسلاح؟؟

هذا الأمر يقرره الليبيون، لا أنا ولا أنت.

الاختلاف في وجهات النضر لا يعني انك تشكك في حبي لوطني فلا تكن محاور فاشل بتهام كل من يعارضك الراي بلخيانة وغيرها من الكلمات الجارحة التي لا علاقة لها بلواقع و رحم الله امرءا عرف قدر نفسه

لم أتهمك بالخيانة، ولن أفعل ان شاء الله أبداً، فنحن في أمس الحاجة لأن نكون متحدين أكثر من أي وقت مضى حتى ولو كان اختلافنا على بعد 180 درجة، أعذرني في قولي: الحمد لله أنك لم تلحق بالاستعمار الفرنسي للجزائر!! أخطأت في توصيل الفكرة، قصدت بعبارة "تلحق" معنى تعاصر وليس تلتحق، فمعاذ الله أن أتهمك بالخيانة أخي الكريم.
