اعتذرعن ما بدر مني..

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
اردت من خلال موضوعي هذا ان اقدم اسفي واعتذاري ..
والله لم اقصد الاساءة لاحد فعذرا لمن جرحته او سببت له الم...
أنااااااا أسف أسف أسف على كل شيء
أنااااا أسف على كل شيء بدرمني


هذه الحياة .. نعيشها .. تطل علينا بأيام سعيدة كما تمطرنا بأيام حزينة .. نتعامل معها من خلال مشاعرنا...
فرح، ضيق، حزن، محبة، كره، رضى، غضب ... جميل أن نبقى على اتصال بما يجري داخلنا ...

لكن هل هذا يعطينا العذر أن نتجاهل مشاعر الغير .. أن نجرح مشاعرهم .. نتعدى على حقوقهم .. أو أن ندوس على كرامتهم ..؟

للأسف .. هذا ما يقوم به الكثير منا ،، معتقدين بأننا مركز الحياة وعلى الآخرين أن يتحملوا ما يصدر عنا ...

قد نخطي ،، ولكن دائما لدينا الأسباب التي دفعتنا إلى ذلك.. فتجدنا أبرع من يقدم الأعذار لا الإعتذار ...

نحن لا نعاني فقط من الجهل بأساليب الاعتذار ،، ولكننا نكابر ونتعالى ونعتبر الاعتذار هزيمة أو ضعف ،، إنقاص للشخصية والمقام .. وكأننا نعيش في حرب دائمة مع الغير ..

فتجد أن :-



الأم تنصح ابنتها بعدم الاعتذار لزوجها كي لا ( يكبر رأسه) ...

والأب ينصح الابن بعدم الاعتذار ،، لأن رجل البيت لا يعتذر ...

والمدير لا يعتذر للموظف لان مركزه لا يسمح له بذلك ...

والمعلمة لا تعتذر للطالبة لأن ذلك سوف ينقص من احترام الطالبات لها ...

سيدة المنزل لا تعتذر للخادمة ...

وقس على ذلك الكثير ...



اليوم نجد بينا من يدّعي التمدن والحضارة باستخدام الكلمات الأجنبية sorry في مواقف عابرة مثل الاصطدام الخفيف خلال المشي ...

ولكن عندما يظهر الموقف الذي يحتاج إلى اعتذار حقيقي نرى تجاهلا ...

أنــــا آســـف ...

كلمتان لماذا نستصعب النطق بهما ؟؟

كلمتان لو ننطقها بصدق لذاب الغضب ولداوينا قلباً مكسوراً أو كرامةً مجروحة ...

ولعادت المياه إلى مجاريها في كثير من العلاقات المتصدعة ...

كم يمر علينا من الإشكاليات التي تحل لو قدم اعتذار بسيط ،، بدل من تقديم الأعذار التي لا تراعي شعور الغير ،، أو إطلاق الاتهامات لتهروب من الموقف ،، لماذا كل ذلك ؟؟

ببساطة لأنه من الصعب علينا الاعتراف بالمسؤولية تجاه تصرفاتنا ...

لأن الغير هو من يخطي وليس نحن ... بل في كثير من الأحيان نرمي اللوم على الظروف أو على أي شماعة أخرى بشرط أن لاتكون شماعتنا ...

إن الاعتذار مهارة من مهارات الاتصال الاجتماعية ،، مكون من ثلاث نقاط أساسية ..

أولاً : أن تشعر بالندم عما صدر منك ...

ثانياً : أن تتحمل المسؤولية ...

ثالثاً : أن تكون لديك الرغبة في إصلاح الوضع ...

لا تنس أن تبتعد عن تقديم الاعتذار المزيف مثل ،، أنا آسف ولكن.................؟؟!!

وتبدأ بسرد الظروف التي جعلتك تقوم بالتصرف الذي تعرف تماماً أنه خاطىء ...

أو تقول أنا آسف لأنك لم تسمعني جيداً ،، هنا ترد الخطأ على المتلقي وتشككه بسمعه ...

مايجب أن تفعله هو أن تقدم الاعتذار بنية صادقة معترفاً بالأذى الذي وقع على الآخر ...

وياحبذا لو قدمت نوعا من الترضية ،، ويجب أن يكون الصوت معبراً وكذلك تعبير الوجه ...

هناك نقطه مهمة يجب الانتباه لها .. ألا وهي أنك بتقديم الاعتذار لا يعني بالضرورة أن يتقبله الآخر ...

أنت قمت بذلك لأنك قررت تحمل مسؤولية تصرفك ... المهم عليك أن تتوقع عند تقديم الاعتذار أن المتلقي قد يحتاج إلى وقت لتقبل أعذارك وأحياناً أخرى قد يرفض اعتذارك وهذا لايخلي مسؤوليتك تجاه القيام بالتصرف السليم نحو الآخر ...


أخيراً


من يريد أن يصبح وحيداً فليتكبر وليتجبر وليعش في مركز الحياة الذي لا يراه سواه ...

ومن يريد العيش مع الناس يرتقي بهم .. لا عليهم .. فليتعلم فن الاعتذار.

لكن اعطيك مثال عن الاخطاء على النت مثلا

هل كلمة انا اسف تكفي لمن اخترق جهازك

و هل هذه الكلمة كافية لمن اخترق هوتميلك

و هل هذه الكلمة كافية لمن تجسس عليك عبر كامرا جهازك

مثل هذه الاعمال الشيطانية

و خاصة التجسس على المسلمين

حتى يسامح صاحبها لابد من فقي عينيه
او شنقه
