السيناريوهات المتوقعة لأزمة سوريا حسب الصحافة الإسبانية

ناقشت الصحف الإسبانية اليوم مآلات الوضع في سوريا بعد "الجمعة العظيمة" وانتقدت بشدة قمع المتظاهرين سلميا، وحللت المخارج الممكنة من الأزمة اعتمادا على السيناريوهات التي حصلت في بلدان عربية أخرى.
فقد انتقدت صحيفة "الباييس" في افتتاحية خصصتها اليوم للتطورات في سوريا القمع الشديد الذي واجهت به السلطات المحتجين، ورأت أن الإصلاحات التي أعلنتها السلطات تأتي "متأخرة جدا" ولا تهدئ الغضب الشعبي الذي لم يفتأ يتصاعد، رغم أن سقوط الضحايا بدأ في منتصف مارس الماضي.
وترى الصحيفة أن رفع حالة الطوارئ ورفع المتظاهرين أيديهم لتأكيد أنهم عزل من السلاح لم يمنع الشرطة وأعوان النظام من إطلاق النار وقتل أكثر من مائة متظاهر التحقوا بمئات سبقوهم، وهو ما حدا بمجلس الأمن للدعوة إلى التحقيق في المجزرة.


وترى "الباييس" أن الثورة في سوريا تتغذى أساسا على رافد الأغلبية السُنية التي تمثل ثلثي عدد السكان البالغ 23 مليونا والتي يتعايش فيها موقفان "يبدوان ديمقراطيين" وهما الاعتقاد بأن الأقلية العلوية تختطف السلطة، وموقف "الإخوان المسلمين"، فرغم تدمير الجماعة بعد ثورة 1982، فإنه لا أحد يشك في أنها أعادت بناء نفسها وأعطتها الثورة العربية نفسا جديدا.
لكن الصحيفة تنبه إلى عدم خلو صف النظام من داعمين "ففضلا عن العلويين، توجد نسبة مماثلة من المسيحيين تشعر بأنها في حماية سلطة دمشق، التي تبدو الأكثر قربا في العالم العربي إلى نموذج الدولة العلمانية. كما توجد بورجوازية سنية توالي السلطة، إذ أن "انفتاح" عام 2000 تضمن قدرا من الليبرالية الاقتصادية والتحديث التكنولوجي اللذين ساهما في بروز طبقة موالية للنظام".
وتنبه "الباييس" إلى أن الجيش –وهو الخاضع لسيطرة العلويين- يظل العامل الحاسم في إمساك بشار الأسد بالسلطة، فلم يكن لحسني مبارك في مصر ولا لبن علي في تونس أن يسقطا لولا التدخل العسكري. ومعمر القذافي يقاوم في ليبيا لأن جزءا من العسكر يواليه.
وترى أن الثوار السوريين لن يتوقعوا قطعا حماية خارجية من الغرب على غرار الضربات الجوية التي تنفذ، ولو بشكل متقطع، في ليبيا. لتخلص إلى أن الحرب الأهلية أيضا مستحيلة نظرا لانعدام جيش شعبي. وفي مثل هذه الظروف فإن وساطة عربية هي وحدها ما يضمن وقف المذبحة "رغم أن دمشق أظهرت أنها تفضل أصوات الرصاص على أصوات الناخبين".

من جانبها رأت صحيفة "البريوديكو" في افتتاحية خصصتها للشأن السوري أن الاحتجاجات التي بدأت في 15 مارس رافعة مطالب معيشية انتهت، بعد ستة أسابيع، إلى مطالبة آلاف السوريين في شوارع مختلف المدن بنهاية النظام نفسه. ورأت أن إحدى الصور النادرة من الثورة، وهي صورة حافظ الأسد تدوسها الأقدام، تلخص التغير الذي حصل في مزاج الحراك الذي سقط فيه أكثر من ثلاثمائة قتيل.
وأرجعت الصحيفة السبب في ميل مطالب الثورة إلى التشدد شيئا فشيئا إلى "السياسة المتناقضة التي ينتهجها النظام"، مستغربة أن يقبل الأسد استقالة الحكومة وحين يعيد تشكيلها يكون الجديد الوحيد فيها هو اختفاء الوزير الإصلاحي الوحيد في الحكومة السابقة. أو أن يلغي حالة الطوارئ القائمة منذ 1963 ثم يعتقل مباشرة المعارض البارز محمود عيسى، ثم يطلق آلة القمع في الصباح التالي ضد المتظاهرين مما خلف عشرات القتلى.
وترى "البريوديكو" أن السوريين سئموا نظاما لا يرد إلا بأقسى درجات القمع ويستخدم الخطابات البائدة مدعيا تعرضه لمؤامرات أجنبية. وتحذر من أن سوريا دخلت في دوامة العنف حيث يتحول تشييع الضحايا إلى مظاهرة يؤدي قمعها إلى مزيد من الضحايا وهكذا دواليك، وفي هذا الوضع يبدو المخرج من الأزمة أمرا أكثر من صعب في وقت يساهم فيه تشتت المعارضة في تعقيد المهمة.
وتشير إلى أن نهاية للأزمة على طريقة مبارك تبدو مستبعدة فخلافا لمصر حيث تخلى الجيش عن الرئيس فإن السلطة في سوريا متماسكة. كما أن تحول الموقف إلى ما يشبه الحالة الليبية سيشعل حرائق كبيرة، لأن إيران "الصديقة الوحيدة لسوريا في المنطقة" لن تبقى مكتوفة الأيدي كما لن تبقى كذلك حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) ولا حزب الله.
أما الحل على الطريقة اليمنية، حيث سيسلم الرئيس السلطة خلال شهر مقابل حصانة قانونية وفقا للمبادرة الخليجية، فيجب أن يخرج أولا من مرحلة الأقوال إلى الأفعال ليتبين جدواه. وهو ما يعني أنه "حتى الآن، ليس أمام السوريين ورئيسهم من مخرج غير مواصلة الدوران في دوامة العنف".

أما صحيفة "آ بي ثي" وصفت مجريات "تاسع يوم من النار والدم في شوارع سوريا"، قائلة إن "الدكتاتور بشار الأسد عوّد شعبه والمجتمع الدولي على استخدام العصا الغليظة فقط لدرجة تخلى معها عن الجزرة المتمثلة في وعود فارغة بالانفتاح والإصلاح الدستوري".
ورأت الصحيفة أن الثورة في سوريا باتت أمرا لا رجعة عنه "فإما أن يسقط الأسد أو أن تتحول سوريا إلى إيران". وعرجت على هتاف السوريين واصفين الأسد بـ"الخائن والجبان"، ودعوتهم إياه إلى إرسال جنود لتحرير الجولان بل وإلى الاستقالة.
وتنبه "آ بي ثي" إلى تجاهل سلطات سوريا للانتقادات الدولية وخاصة دعوة الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما للأسد إلى وضع حد "للاستغلال البشع للقوة" ضد المتظاهرين، ورأت أن كلمات أوباما تبدو صرخة في واد أمام التساؤل المطروح عن السر في التدخل في ليبيا لمنع حصول مذابح ضد المدنيين والامتناع عن ذلك بسوريا.
