خطط حنبعل القذافي؛ نجل الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي لتفجير مطار جنيف ومنشآت هامة بسويسرا، حيث كلف أحد الندلاء العاملين في مركز استراحة الشخصيات بطرابلس وهو جزائري الجنسية ينحدر من عنابة، بالمهمة على أن يتم نسبها إلى تنظيم القاعدة.
أكد المسمى "اسكندر" بأنّ "حنبعل" نجل الزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي" كلفه بمهمة سرية في سويسرا وإيطاليا وباريس، يأمره فيها بتفجير مطار"جنيف الدولي"، وكذا أكبر منشأتين اقتصاديتين ثم نسبها إلى التنظيم الإرهابي "القاعدة"، وهو ما دفع به إلى الفرار ودخول الجزائر بتاريخ 7 مارس 2010 عبر منطقة "الدبداب"، أين أبلغ السلطات الجزائرية بكل ما جرى له بليبيا، خوفا من اتهامه بالجوسسة، ومن عنابة توجه إلى القنصلية الفرنسية هناك، وطلب منهم رقم السفارة السويسرية للإبلاغ عما جرى للمسمى " كمال مرتضى"، ليتم الإبقاء عليه داخل مقر السفارة 20 يوما بغرفة مجهزة بكل الكماليات، وكان يسأل عن تصرفات "حنبعل معمر القذافي" وتنقلاته ويعطيهم كل المعلومات بعدما وعدوه بالحماية.
وأسفرت التحقيقات الأمنية والقضائية عن المدعو "اسكندر"، على قرائن ودلائل انصبت حول متابعته من طرف السلطات القضائية الجزائرية، بجناية إجراء مخابرات مع عملاء دولة أجنبية، من شأنها الإضرار بالدبلوماسية الجزائرية وبمصالحها الإقتصادية .
وحسب معلومات ووثائق فإن "إسكندر" هو عامل بمطعم "استاكوزا" بالمنطقة السياحية بليبيا، بدأ نشاطه هناك سنة 2008، عرض عليه المشرف على المطعم، العمل في أحد مراكز الإستراحة الخاصّة بالمسمّى "حنبعل معمر القذافي"، نجل الرئيس "معمر القذافي"، وذلك تحت إشراف "مرتضى كمال " الرجل الثاني في مجلس قيادة الثورة الليبية وشقيقه "عصام"، أين كان تتوافد على هذا المركز شخصيات هامة من أصحاب النفوذ والسلطة، على غرار قائد القوات البحرية الليبية، نجل الرئيس القذافي، وكذا زعيم المخابرات الليبية "عبد الله السنوسي"، أين كانوا يلتقون في ذلك المركز أو في مراكز خاصة أخرى، ينقل إليها "اسكندر" لخدمتهم، وهو مغطى الوجه كاحتياط أمني.

وقد شهد "اسكندر" أثناء عمله وقائع خطيرة وأسرارا تمس الأمن الليبي، فضلا عن الحياة الخاصّة لقائد القوات البحرية الليبية نجل "معمر القدافي" وإخوته، منها واقعة جويلية 2008 أين وقع حادث بفندق "جنيف" بليبيا بين "حنبعل معمر القذافي" وزوجته و"مرتضى كمال"، والمسماة "صوفيا " التي تعمل كخادمة لدى زوجة نجل "معمر القذافي"، إذ قاما بضربهما وهما في حالة سكر أين كان على "اسكندر" التستر عما يجري أثناء عمله، غير أنّه وأثناء مساءلته من قبل "عصام" عن الحالة الصحية لـ"مرتضى كمال" شقيقه أفصح "اسكندر" عن الأمر وأجاب ما عرضه للضرب والتعذيب، والإهانة بتحريض من بعض المصريين عليه، أين تم ربطه بجذع الشجرة من طرف أفراد الحماية الخاصة بنجل "الرئيس معمر القذافي"، ثم سحب منه جواز سفره، ليأمره نجل الرئيس القذافي بعدم الإتصال بـ "مرتضى" أو أخيه "عصام"، وهو ما جعل اسكندر يهرب بعد أربعة أشهر عقب اتصاله بمقر السفارة الجزائرية بليبيا، وبالضبط شهر مارس 2009 ، بسبب ما حدث له وعن حجز جواز سفره، لكنه تمكن فيما بعد من استرجاع جواز سفره بواسطة المسماة "سنتيا" التي تعمل في التنظيف لدى المسمى "أحمد عبد الإسلام جلود"، ثم عاد للعمل بنفس مركز الإستراحة بعدما أقنعه المدعو "البشير خيري خالد"، هذا الذي قطع له وعودا بعدم تكرار ما وقع له من تعذيب وإهانة مستقبلا.
وفي هذا الشأن؛ كشفت التحريات مع "اسكندر" عن قيام نجل "معمر القدافي"، بالتحري عن حياة "اسكندر" بالجزائر، وذلك بدليل إحضاره ملفا يحتوي على أدق تفاصيل حياته في الجزائر، ليهديه بعدها شهرا سفر إلى مراكش، إلاّ أنّه وبعد عودته حضر حادثة تعليق فتاة من جنسية مغربية بالشجرة طيلة ثلاث أيام، وبعدها تم رميها بالرصاص بحضور "حنبعل معمر القذافي" و"أحمد عبد السلام جلود"، وهو ما أشعر "اسكندر" بالخوف ليحاول إتمام إجراءات السفر، إلا أنه لم يتمكن من ذلك كونه كان مراقبا.
وقد سمحت له حاشية "حنبعل معمر القدافي" بالسفر إلى الجزائر لزيارة عائلته بطريقة سرية، وعندما عاد إلى ليبيا تلقى اتصالا من هؤلاء وزودوه ببطاقة هوية ليبية باسم "مراد سنان"، إضافة إلى بطاقة مهنية عسكرية برتبة نقيب، وسلاح فردي قبل أن يتم تكليفه بمهمة تفجير مطار جنيف.
