كلفت بالبحث عن شباب كفئ لتقلد مناصب مغرية بحثت ليل نهار استخدمت كل التقنيات المعروفة في تسيير الموارد البشرية من وجدتهم اغلبهم قال لي ان الأجر ضعيف وهو يفضل البقاء بطالا او يستفيد من عقود التشغيل من غير ان يعمل احسن
نشرت اشهارات للتوضيف على صفحات الويب لكن لافائدة حتي اصبح لدي اعتقاد راسخ

كاين فئة لا خدمة لا صدمة , لابس غير الماركة , دخانه وقهوته وحتى سيارة

هذي الفئة ما تحوسش على الخدمة وما تفكرش فيها

كاين فئة يسمح في أرضه وفلاحته من اجل منصب بواب في أي مؤسسة عمومية

هذي الفئة شخصيا ما نعرفش وين نصنفها

وكاين فئة عايشت المر والحلو معهم سنوات طوال , وين ما كاين الكونكور دزاير بومرداس عين تموشنت بلعباس ..إلخ..رانا تم , بيع بورطابلك , تسلف دراهم , اخدم منافري ولاَّ الجرنيط المهم دبر فيها الحبات باه تفوت الكونكور , المبيت ما تعيفش (الحمَّام , الجامعة , أوتال بورخية , باطيمات نصف مبنية..)

هذي الفئة اسميها الفئة المحتاجة فعلا وإن شاء الله تستحق

ربما علينا استقدام عمالة أجنبية ؟
اعتقد ان الشباب اليوم يجد في عرضه للسلع المختلفة و البريكولاج مداخيلا أوفر من الوظائف المستقرة لكنه ربح آني لا يحقق ضمانا للحقوق المهنية و الانسانية على المدى البعيد عكس المهنة المستقرة لانه يتم بطريقة موازية
رغم هذا تجده يشتكي من البطالة و اذا رضيت المرأة بهذه الوظيفة التي رفضها يعتبرها مزاحمة له؟ انها المفارقة.

اولا الأجرة ليست يعني بالمستوى العالي لكون المؤسسة ليست في وضعية جد جيدة لكن الوضيفة قارة محترمة غير متعبة وهي رتبة مهندس دولة .
حتى اننا لم نشترط الخبرة المهنية الطويلة العريضة . السن اخترت لهم الشباب ما بين 25 و 35 سنة لأيماني الشديد بهذه الفئة وقدرتها على ارجاع المؤسسات الى سابق عهدها
على كل تمكننا من توضيف مهندسين لكن بعد عناء شديد .

اوافقك الرأي بشدة فيما تقول مشكلة هذه البلاد هي ان الفلاح يريد ان يصبح المدير الأمر الناهي والجامعي لم يجد مكانا له
لقد عشت تلك الفترة تعبت كثيرا لكن مشكلة الشباب الجزائري هو انه من شدة كسله لا يبحدث الا عن الوضائف التي يعرضها الوضيف العمومي لأنها وضائف قارة تشجع الكسل وتقتل الحماس والإبداع لماذا لا يجرب شبابنا مؤسسات القطاع الإقتصادي بشقيه العمومي والخاص الفرص فيه متاحة وتجد نفسك حرا تستغل كل طاقاتك في التسيير

انا اقول لابد ان نطرد العمالة من بلادنا ونوقف عقود التشغيل لأنها سبب كل هذا في الوقت الحالي.

شخصيا لا احبذ منح الأولية للمرأة في التوضيف لأني مؤمن بأننا لسنا مثل الغرب لنا تقاليدنا وعاداتنا وما الوضعية البائسة التي نعيش الا نتاج تطبيق المساوات على طريقة بريجيت باردو و كونداليزا ...ارتفاع العنوسة والعزوف عن الزواج الفاحشة احد اسبابها هو هذا
وشخصيا لاحضت ان في بعض المؤسسات يفضلون تشغيل الفتيات بسبب خوفهن الزائد وخضوعهن التام عكس الرجل دائما نيفو في السماء لا يخشي احدا .بالإضافة الى قبولهن بالاجر الزهيد من الدنانير

لكن ما اعجبني في الفتيات هو انهن متحمسات رأيت الكثيرات يأتين بحثا عن العمل في كل مكان يخرجن للمؤسسات طلبا للتوضيف
(ارجو ان لا تعتبري موقفي تحيزا انما هو نابع من قناعة خاصة وهي محاولة مساعدة الشباب على بناء انفسهم وإكمال نصف دينهم لنقضي قليلا على مشاكل العنوسة وتوابعها)

واقعيا المشكل ليس في المناصب التقنية حيث انها صارت مطلوبة جدا جدا خاصة في الأونة الاخيرة مع مشاريع الرئيس وقانون الصفقات العمومية

لهذا نجد البطالة غير متفشية بين المهندسين
والعكس صحيح حيث نجدها متفشية بنسب كبيرة بين حملة الليسانس من علوم اجتماعية وقانونية وعلوم التسيير

حسب آخر الإحصائيات المقدّمة من وزارة التشغيل فإنّ نسبة البطالة بالجزائرْ لا تتعدىّ 12بالمئة,في حين أنّ النسبة الحقيقيّة قد تتجاوز
هذا الرّقم بكثير .

(بين قوسينْ:يبق ما يتقاضاه المهندس في الوظيف العمومي بعيد جدّاً عنْ كلّ التّطلعاتْ,ما يجعلْه أحياناً كغيره مضطر لإختيارْ بعض الحلولْ رغم أنّها لا توفّر الكثيرْ من الضّمانات المطلوبه .)
