http://www.aps.dz/imgweb/billet-banque-algerie.jpg عرض الورقة النقدية الجديدة من فئة 2000 دينار بالجزائر الجزائر - قام بنك الجزائر يوم الاثنين بعرض الورقة النقدية الجديدة من فئة 2000 دينار حيث يرتقب الشروع في تداولها ابتداء من يوم الخميس المقبل و ذلك من اجل "السماح للمواطن بمعاينتها". و تسمح الورقة النقدية التي يغلب عليها اللونين الأزرق و الأخضر و تحتوي علامة مائية برؤية صورة الأمير عبد القادر من خلال الضوء كما تتضمن خيط سلامة زيادة على عناصر تامين جديدة على غرار خلفية الأمان على وجه و ظهر الورقة النقدية. و قد تم استعمال الطرق العلمية و التكنولوجية و التطور الداخلي كموضوع عام للورقة البنكية. و كان مجلس النقد و القرض المجتمع في دورة عادية بتاريخ 24 مارس الأخير قد قام بإصدار القانون المتضمن إنشاء هذه الورقة النقدية الجديدة.

قامت دار العملات التابعة لبنك الجزائر اليوم الاثنين بعرض الورقة النقدية الجديدة من فئة 2000 دج أمام الصحافة و التي يرتقب الشروع في تداولها ابتداء من يوم الخميس المقبل المصادف ل28 افريل.
و قد تم استعمال الطرق العلمية و التكنولوجية و التطور الداخلي كموضوع عام للورقة البنكية.
و يوجد على وجه الورقة النقدية صورتين واحدة لأستاذ جامعي يلقي محاضرة في مدرج و الأخرى لمجموعة من الباحثين في أحد المخابر.
أما ظهر الورقة البنكية فيعكس قطاعات هامة أخرى من تنمية الجزائر على غرار الفلاحة ممثلة بنخلة و شجرة زيتون و التطور العمراني ممثلا بعمارة و الموارد المائية ممثلة بحيز مائي.
و تسمح الورقة النقدية التي يغلب عليها اللونين الأزرق و الأخضر و تحتوي علامة مائية برؤية صورة الأمير عبد القادر من خلال الضوء كما تتضمن فتيلة سلامة زيادة على عناصر تامين جديدة على غرار خلفية الأمان على وجه و ظهر الورقة النقدية.
في هذا الصدد أكد المدير العام لمؤسسة الإصدار حملات عبد العزيز أن "الورقة النقدية تتوفر على العناصر الأكثر تقدما في مجال التصميم و النجاعة و الأمان".
و كان مجلس النقد و القرض المجتمع في دورة عادية بتاريخ 24 مارس الأخير قد قام بإصدار القانون المتضمن إنشاء هذه الورقة النقدية الجديدة بقيمة 2000 دينار جزائري.
كما صادق المجلس خلال ذات الاجتماع على القانون المتضمن إصدار و تداول هذه الورقة النقدية الجديدة.
و أوضح المستشار و رئيس مشروع بدار العملات محرز زعيبة أن "الورقة البنكية الجديدة التي سيتم تداولها مع الأوراق البنكية الأخرى المتداولة حاليا ستساهم في تجديد الأوراق النقدية و وفرتها الكافية".
كما ترمي ورقة 2000 دج بشكل أساسي إلى إثراء مجموعة الأوراق النقدية في الجزائر التي تنتقل بذلك إلى خمس فئات من الأوراق (100 دج و 200 دج و 500 دج و 1000 دج و 2000 دج) و تحديثها حيث أن المجموعة الحالية تعود إلى سنوات ال90 علاوة على توفير ورقة نقدية "تتماشى" مع التطورات التكنولوجية في هذا المجال.
أما الدافع الآخر من إصدار هذه الورقة النقدية -حسب المصدر ذاته- فيتمثل في تعزيز مكافحة تزوير العملات من اجل "أن يكون لنا سبق على المزورين".
و عن التأثير الذي يمكن أن يكون لإصدار هذه الورقة النقدية على الكتلة النقدية للجزائر أوضح السيد منصوري رياض مختص في الاقتصاد ببنك الجزائر انه "لن يكون هناك اثر على هذه الكتلة و لا على الأسعار عند الاستهلاك".
كما أشار إلى أن "الأمر يتعلق ببساطة بتوفير إمكانية الحصول على مبلغ 10000 دج بخمس ورقات نقدية من فئة 2000 دج عوض عشر ورقات من فئة 1000 دج أو 50 من فئة 200 دج إلا أن القدرة الشرائية لهذه القيمة ستظل نفسها".
