الحمدلله رب العالمين والعاقبة للمتقين ولاعدوان إلا على الظالمين

فقد انتشر بين النساء الراكضات وراء الموضات وغرائب التقليعات واللاتي لايتنزهن أن يكن بالكافرات والفاسقات متشبهات بل سرت العدوى حتى إلى بعض الصالحات
بتشقير الحواجب تجملا وبدلا عن النمص المحرم
وقد وجد من يفتيهن بجواز ذلك وقد قال شيخ الاسلام إذا اختلف العلماء فلايكون قول بعضهم حجة على بعض إلا بالأدلة الشرعية
ومن تأمل علة النمص علم أن ذلك من أجل أنه تغيير لخلق الله وماأفظع ذلك
فإن المغير لخلق الله لم يقنع بصنعة الخالق حتى راح يعبث بصفتها بمايسمى عملية تجميل الأنف تارة والنمص تارة أخرى والحيلة بالتشقير تارة أخرى فهي غير قانعة بتلك الصنعة
الالهية للحاجبين غلظا أو تقوسا فتعبث زاعمة أنها تريد الأفضل وأنا لها ذلك
وقد قال الله عن الشيطان كاشفا خطته مع ابن آدم في اضلاله عن الرضا بصنعة ربه الذي أتقن كل شيء صنعه سبحانه
ولاآمرنهم فليغيرن خلق الله
فالتشقير للحاجبين عبث واعتراض عملي ولسان الحال أنطق من لسان المقال لصنعة الرب وخلقته فلينته النساء عنه إن كن بخلق الله قانعين ولما حرم مجتنبين ولما اشتبه تاركين في الخيرات ليرضى رب الأرض والسموات مسارعين

وقد سئل شيخنا عن ذلك صالح الفوزان حفظه الله فقال السائل :

كثيرا ما سمعنا فتوى التشقير للشعر ، بعضهم أجاز ذلك وبعضهم منعها واختلاف الفتوى فيها ، ولكن قيل لنا يا شيخ بأنه عند فحصها في المختبر وجد أنها عبارة عن سحب لون الشعر وليس طبقة على الشعر وإنما يسحب اللون فهل هذا صحيح ؟

فأجاب حفظه الله ورعاه : لا يجوز العبث بالحواجب لا بالقص ولا بالنتف ولا بالحلق ولا بتغيير لونها ، لأن هذا من تغيير خلق الله إلا إذا كان لونها مشوها خارجا عن المألوف ، فلا بأس أن يعالج بما يزيل التشويه ، وأما العبث فيها وهي سليمة فإنها تبقى على هيئتها ولا يعبث فيها لأن هذا يدخل في تغيير خلق الله من غير حاجة أو من غير ضرورة إلى ذلك ، فالشيطان حريص على أن يتلاعب ببني آدم ولهذا قال لربه عز وجل في بني آدم " ولآمرنهم فليغيرن خلق الله " فهذا من تغيير خلق الله من دون ضرورة .نعم .
