مظاهرات بسوريا واستقالات من البعث

استقال نحو 230 من أعضاء حزب البعث الحاكم في سوريا، بمحافظة درعا ومدينة بانياس الساحلية، احتجاجا على تعاطي السلطات مع المظاهرات، في حين تواصلت المسيرات والاحتجاجات التضامنية مع مدينة درعا الخاضعة لحصار أمني، بينما دعا ناشطون عبر الإنترنت إلى مظاهرات حاشدة غدا في "جمعة غضب".
وعلل بيان وقعه مائتا عضو من درعا والمناطق المجاورة لها استقالتهم بـ"الموقف السلبي لقيادة حزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي تجاه الأحداث في سوريا عموما وفي درعا خصوصا وبعد مقتل المئات وجرح الآلاف على أيدي القوى الأمنية المختلفة وعدم اتخاذ قيادة الحزب أي موقف إيجابي وفعال وعدم التعاطي مع هموم الجماهير نهائيا".
ويضاف المستقيلون من درعا إلى 28 عضوا آخر استقالوا من حزب البعث بمدينة بانياس الساحلية، احتجاجا في بيان لهم على "ممارسات الأجهزة الأمنية" و"عمليات التعذيب والقتل".
وخص هؤلاء بالذكر ما حصل في قرية البيضا الواقعة في بانياس، والذي "ناقض كل القيم والأعراف الإنسانية ويناقض شعارات الحزب التي نادى بها".
ولم تكن الاستقالة من حزب البعث -الذي يحكم سوريا منذ انقلاب عام 1963- أمرا يمكن تصوره قبل اندلاع الاحتجاجات الحالية المطالبة بالحرية.

في الأثناء، شهدت عدة مناطق في سوريا، منها مدينة حمص وسط البلاد وبلدة سقبا بمحافظة ريف دمشق وبلدة طفس بمحافظة درعا، مسيرات واحتجاجات تضامنا مع مدينة درعا التي تخضع لحصار أمني.
فقد خرج مئات السوريين في مدينة حمص بمظاهرة سلمية تطالب بإسقاط النظام, وهتف المتظاهرون باسم ما سموها ثورة الشباب في سوريا.
وفي بلدة سقبا بمحافظة ريف دمشق خرج الآلاف مساء الأربعاء في مسيرة شيعوا خلالها جثمان شاب قتل في الاحتجاجات الأخيرة. ووفقا لموقع شبكة شام الذي نشر صور المسيرة فإن القتيل يدعى محمد ضبيان. وردد المشيعون شعارات تنادي بالحرية لسوريا وإسقاط النظام.
وفي بلدة طفس في محافظة درعا خرج الآلاف بينهم أطفال ونساء في مظاهرة تضامن مع أهالي مدينة درعا مطالبين بفك الحصار المضروب عليها من قبل الأمن منذ ثلاثة أيام. وردد المشاركون في المظاهرة التي خرجت أمس وبثت صورها على مواقع الإنترنت شعارات تطالب بإسقاط النظام.
وتحدثت منظمة "سواسية" السورية لحقوق الإنسان عن 35 مدنيا قتلوا في درعا منذ فجر الاثنين، وقالت إن المياه والاتصالات لا تزال مقطوعة عن المدينة، وإن مخزون حليب الأطفال وعبوات الدم في المستشفيات قد تراجع.
أما في ضاحية دوما شمالي دمشق وفي مدينة بانياس، فتحدثت وكالات الأنباء عن تعزيزات أمنية أرسلت إلى المنطقتين. وقال شاهد عيان إن حافلات بيضا حملت مئات الجنود بكامل عدتهم القتالية إلى دوما.
وأضاف الشاهد أنه رأى بضع شاحنات مجهزة برشاشات ثقيلة، وأفرادا من الشرطة السرية بملابس مدنية يحملون بنادق هجومية.
أما في بانياس فانتشر الأمن في التلال المحيطة بها، في حين تحاصر قوات أمنية كبيرة حمص شمال دمشق.
وأكدت منظمة "سواسية" أن 453 مدنيا على الأقل قتلوا منذ بدء المظاهرات قبل نحو ستة أسابيع، وقالت إن خمسمائة ناشط قد اعتقلوا.
كما قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان، إن عدد القتلى الذين سقطوا منذ بداية الاحتجاجات الشهر الماضي، بلغ 453، وأضاف أن السلطات السورية اعتقلت نحو ألف وسبعمائة معظمهم من درعا.
وأعلنت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان اعتقال أحد نشطائها البارزين والرئيس السابق لفرعها في سوريا، راسم الأتاسي، أمس الأربعاء في مدينة حمص شمال دمشق.
وفي تطور متصل قال ناشطون سوريون -في الداخل والمغترب- في بيان أطلقوا عليه المبادرة الوطنية للتغيير "إن سوريا اليوم أمام خيارين اثنين لا ثالث لهما، إما أن يقود النظام الحاكم نفسه مرحلة التحول الآمن باتجاه التحول الديمقراطي، أو أن تقود مرحلة الاحتجاجات الشعبية إلى ثورة شعبية تسقط النظام".
وأضاف البيان أن الإصلاح السياسي الجذري يبدأ من كتابة دستور ديمقراطي جديد يضمن الحقوق الأساسية للمواطنين، ويؤكد على الفصل التام بين السلطات الثلاث، التشريعية والقضائية والتنفيذية، ويتم بموجبه رفع حالة الطوارئ، وإلغاء جميع المحاكم الاستثنائية والميدانية، وعلى رأسها محكمة أمن الدولة، وإطلاق جميع المعتقلين السياسيين، وإصدار قانون عصري للأحزاب السياسية.
وأفاد البيان بأن 150 ناشطا من داخل سوريا وقعوا على المبادرة مع التحفظ على ذكر أسمائهم لأسباب أمنية، إضافة إلى ناشطين بالولايات المتحدة وأوروبا، مثل نجيب الغضبان وأسامة المنجد.
وتشهد سوريا منذ الشهر الماضي موجة من المظاهرات المطالبة بالحرية والمناهضة للنظام، وقد سقط خلالها أكثر من أربعمائة قتيل وفق منظمات حقوق الإنسان.
