يجب ان يكون اعضاء الحكومة مستقلين عن احزاب التحالف
اقالة اويحيى مستبعد ،كذلك بلخادم و حراوبية و بن بوزيد و....لأنهم ينتمون إلى احزاب الاحتلاف الحاكم و لذلك فهم يعبثون فسادا في وزاراتهم حتى يبررو وجودهم، الحل من بوتفليقة او من الجيش،لأن الوضع لا يبشر بالخير و حزب فرنسا بدا ينشد نشيد فرنسا و الفاهم يفهم

الشعب مارسوا عليه جميع انواع التهميش و الإقصاء و أستغبوه و حقروه و جعلوا منه غير قادر على إدارة شؤونه حتى فقد كل رغبة في الممارسة الفعلية و أصبحت تظهر بعض الفئات تطالب بحقوقها بطريقة عنيفة ...و هذه هي الطامة الكبرى لما يفقد الشعب حس المسؤولية و حس القرار و حس المشاركة ...السلطة عندنا تعاني الأن من مشكلة عويصة حتى لو بحثت و عزمت نيتها على إشراك الشعب مشاركة حقيقية فيجب عليها أن تمنح له وقت طويل لكي يعالج نفسه من ترسبات و تراكمات السنوات الماضية .. و كما قال اخونا فارس فرقوا بين اللوبية و العدس

لاتفهمون شيئا وتحشرون أنفسكم في مسائل أكبر من واجبكم المهني في الشيته ومسح الحذاء فقط للوزير الأول وإياكم التدخل في عمل أو مناقشة حكومة أويحيى أو حكومة بوتفليقة الفاشلة


وإن لم يتدخل الرئيس بوتفليقة في تعديل حكومي قبل نهاية شهر ماي 2011

سيتطور المطلب الشعبي إلى أبعد من ذلك والفاهم يفهم

النظام ليس أويحيى .. النظام مجموعة من الممارسات والأطر التي لها سياقها التاريخي ومبرّراتها الواقعية .. لست هنا بصدد تحليل ظاهرة الإنحراف والإنجراف نحو تقديس السلطة والإستئثار بالحكم تحت ضغط الشهوة وحبّ التسيّد والسيطرة ولست هنا بصدد تحليل ظاهرة قفز ثلّة من الناس إلى سدّة الحكم والقبض على أجهزة السلطة ورهن الدولة بيد من حديد .. الامر الذي أحبّ التنبيه عليه هو أنّ معاييرنا أهل الإسلام هي غير معايير الديمقراطية والدكتاتورية .. معاييرنا أشرف وأروع !
علّمنا التاريخ أنّ العدل سياج الملك وأنّ القناعة كنز لا يفنى فجاء الإسلام فصاغ الجميع في بوتقة واحدة من القيم الخلقية والغايات الربّانية فصارت الوسيلة رهن الغاية فلا يتوصل إلى الغايات المشروعة إلاّ بالوسائل المشروعة وصارت القيم والأخلاق تمدّ أهل الإسلام بالقوة الدافعة ومبرّر الوجود فالعلاقة بين التوحيد والإيمان والسلوك كلّ ذلك صار مميّزا للمسلم عن غيره وللمسلمين في مظهرهم الإجتماعي والسياسي عن غيرهم من الأمم وظهرت مذاهب جديدة في السياسة والإقتصاد والعلاقات الدولية تستمد منطلقاتها ووسائلها وأهدافها من مجموع المنظومات الفكرية لدين الإسلام العظيم فصارت الأمة شامة بين الامم يقرّر قاض مغمور في قرية مجهولة خروج جيش الخلافة من مدينة فتحها الجند بدّمائهم وتضحياتهم فيأمر القاضي الجند بالخروج فيمتثل الجيش عن آخره فيقف أهل تلك المدن المفتوحة موقف المشدوهين فقد اعتادوا من سير الفاتحين غير ما يرونه الآن من هؤلاء فالهدف هو إرضاء الله ورضاه في طاعته هذا هو ما تمثّله كلمة (طرّ) في تعقيب الأخ محرز أو هذا ما فهمته منهّا .. فقد صرنا في هذه الأيام على مذهب (الطريّة) في العقائد والاحكام وصار مذهبنا في السياسة الغلبة للأفسق .. فأنّى تنصرون ؟!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ماذا فعل أويحي للذين يطالبون برحيله؟
لم نرى منه غير التفاني في العمل وحب الجزائر.
ألم يقل عنه رئيس الجمهورية نفسه أن أويحي يدخل لمكتبه على الساعة08صباحا ولا يخرج إلابعد الثامنة ليلا.وهذا بشاهدة الجميع.كلنا كرهتموننا في أويحي سابقا لكن بعد سماعنا لأحاديثه وحكما عقولنا للحكم على تجربته وجدناه رجل دولة بمعنى الكلمة الجزائر في حاجة إليه

اولا ان منصب الوزير الاول هو منصب صوري لا يمثل النظام لان كما معلوم وحسب الدستور تسمية الوزير الاول تختلف عن تسمية رئيس الحكومة واويحى لا يملك من الصلاحيات التي تخوله ان ياخذ قرارات مصيرية .
وثانيا كنت اتمنى ان تقدم لنا التبريرات المقنعة لاقالته وليس طرح الامر بهذا الشكل البسيط والسطحي .
