وزير الاتصال يعلن أن إنشاء قنوات خاصة ملف مغلق بالنسبة للسلطات

برامج التلفزيون مستنسخة والرئيس لم يقصد فتح السمعي البصري

40 مليار سنتيم لتدريبهم ورفع تجريم الصحفيين يوم الاثنين المقبل
أكد وزير الاتصال ناصر مهل أن ملف فتح المجال السمعي البصري في الجزائر يعد ملفا مغلقا بالنسبة إلى السلطات، وغير قابل للنقاش في الوقت الحالي، وأعلن إقرار نص يتعلق برفع التجريم عن الصحفيين الاثنين المقبل، وتخصيص 40 مليار سنتيم لتدريب الصحفيين.
واستبعد وزير الاتصال ناصر مهل، أمس خلال ندوة حول واقع الإعلام والصحافة الجزائرية بمنتدى المجاهد، أي نية للسلطات للترخيص للقنوات التلفزيونية أو الإذاعية الخاصة في الوقت الحالي. وجدد وزير الاتصال موقف الحكومة الرافض لأي انفتاح يتيح إنشاء القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة في الجزائر، وأكد الوزير ''لأكون واضحا أقول إنه لن تفتح قنوات خاصة في الجزائر، ولا أحد يمكن أن يزايد علينا باسم الدفاع عن حرية التعبير والحرية''.
واعتبر مهل أن هناك قراءة خاطئة أعطيت لخطاب رئيس الجمهورية في 15 أفريل الماضي، مشيرا إلى أن الرئيس ''لم يتحدث عن فتح المجال السمعي البصري، وإنما تحدث عن فتح قنوات موضوعاتية عمومية متخصصة، بدءا من جانفي 2012، من شأنها -حسبه- أن تطور أداء التلفزيون الجزائري، وتخلق حالة من التنافس بين القنوات الرسمية، رغم اعترافه في الوقت نفسه بضحالة ما يبثه التلفزيون الجزائري، وقال ''هناك حصص مقبولة بدأت تفعل النقاش السياسي في الجزائر، لكن على العموم أنا متحفظ على برامج التلفزيون، وهناك الكثير مما يجب فعله، لا يجب أن يكون التلفزيون في رمضان فقط''، مشيرا إلى ''هناك استنساخ للبرامج بين قنوات التلفزيون الجزائري، ويجب الحد من ذلك''.
وعلى صعيد آخر، أعلن الوزير عن تشكيل لجنة قبل نهاية جويلية المقبل تتكون من مختصين لإصدار بطاقة الصحفي، مشيرا إلى أن تنظيم قطاع الصحافة لا يرتكز على جهد الحكومة والوزارة، بقدر ما يتطلب مساهمة الصحفيين والمهتمين، من أجل صياغة قانون إعلام جديد يكون عليه أكبر قدر من الإجماع ويسمح بإعادة تشكيل مجلس أخلاقيات المهنة، ووضع حد أدنى لأجور الصحفيين، ومنع تسلل من وصفهم بـ''الطرابانديست'' إلى المهنة. وأعلن وزير الاتصال استياء الحكومة للوضع المزري الذي يعيشه الصحفيون، ''هناك من يتقاضى ستة آلاف دينار، وعار علينا كحكومة وكمدراء صحف أن يبقى هذا الوضع''. وأكد أنه سيتم عرض النص الخاص برفع التجريم عن الجنح الصحفية يوم الاثنين المقبل أمام مجلس الوزراء عشية إحياء اليوم العالمي لحرية التعبير، واعتبر الوزير أن هذا القرار يدخل في إطار التهدئة، مضيفا أنه سيتم الإبقاء على الغرامات الخاصة بالجنح الصحفية، وأعلن عن تخصيص أموال صندوق مساعدة الصحافة التي بلغت 40 مليار سنتيم لتنفيذ برامج لتدريب ورسكلة الصحفيين.

الحكومة يستحيل أن تمنح الشعب الجزائري الحرية، و خصوصا حرية اللإعلام
و كيف لمن يسرق و يفسد أن يصادق على حرية تكشف و تفضح أعماله الشيطانية.

بالأمس صرح وزير آخر بأن منع أحزاب إسلامية أمر لا نقاش فيه، و اليوم يصرح هذا الوزير بأن فتح قنوات إعلامية حرة شيء غير وارد إطلاقا
إذن بالمختصر المفيد : أيها الشعب الجزائري، اقبل هذه الحكومة كما هي أو سوف أطلق عليك كلاب الجيش ليمزقوك إربا إربا
فليفرح المطبلون لهذه الحكومة بحكومتهم، و ليستمروا في الشطح على أنغام بوتفليقة فلن يحظوا بغير ذلك من الحرية
