اعلمي أن من اغتابك فقد أهدى لك حسناته .. وحطّ من سيئاتك وجعلك مشهورة ..
وهذه نعمة .
لا تيعشي في المثاليات بل عيشي واقعك .. فأنت تريدين من الناس مالا يستطيعونه ..
عيشي حياة البساطة !! وإياك والرفاهية والإسراف والبذخ ..
فكلما ترفه الجسم تعقدت الروح .
انظري إلى من هو دونك .. ولا تنظري الى من هو فوقك
في الجسم والصورة والمال والبيت والوظيفة والذرية ..
لتعلمي أنك فوق ملايين الناس .
زوري المستشفى لتعرفي نعمة العافية ..
والسجن لتعرفي نعمة الحرية ..
و المستشفى العقلي لتعرفي نعمة العقل ..
لأنك في نعم لا تدرين بها !

والسعيدة من غضت بصرها وخافت ربها .
أعلمي ان ما أصابك لم يكن ليخطئك .. وما أخطئك لم يكن ليصيبك ..
جفَّ القلم بما أنتي لاقٍية ولا حيلة لك في القضاء .
إذا غضب أحد الزوجين فليصمت الآخر .. وليقبل كل منهما الآخر على ما فيه ..
فإنه لن يخلو أحد من عيب.
من عنده بيت ليس عنده سيارة .. ومن عنده زوجة ليس عنده وظيفة ..
ومن عنده شهية قد لا يجد الطعام .. ومن عنده المأكولات منع من الأكل .!
إن وقعت عليك مصيبة أو شدة فافرحي بكل يوم يمر ..
لأنه يخفف منها وينقص من عمرها ..
لا تظني أن الحياة كمُلت لأحد ..
لأن للشدة عمراً كعمر الإنسان لاتتعداه..
من أصبح منكم آمناً في سربه معافى في جسده ..
عنده قوت يومه وليلته..
فكأنما حيزت له الدنيا بحذافيرها
.
الطعام سعادة يوم .. والسفر سعادة أسبوع ..
والزواج سعادة شهر .. والمال سعادة سنة ..
والإيمان سعادة العمر كله !
بينك وبين الأثرياء يوم واحد ..
أما أمس فلا يجدون لذته .. وغد فليس لِي ولا لهم ..
وإنما لهم يوم واحد فما أقله من زمن .
رزقك أَعرَف بمكانك منك بمكانه .. وهو يطاردك مطاردة الظل ..
ولن تموت حتى تستوفي رزقك .!
لماذا تفكرين في المفقود ولا تشكرين الموجود ..
وتنسين النعمة الحاضرة .. وتتحسرين على النعمة الغائبة ..
وتحسدين الناس وتغفلين عما لديك .!
إذا زارتك شدة فاعلمي أنها سحابة صيف عن قليل تنقشع ..
ولا يخيفك رعدها ولا يرهبك برقها ..
فربما كانت محملة بالغيث .
الأعمى يتمنى أن يشاهد العالم .. والأصم يتمنى سماع الأصوات ..
والمُقعد يتمنى المشي خطوات .. والأبكم يتمنى أن يقول كلمات ..
وأنت تشاهدين وتسمعين وتمشيين وتتكلمين .!!!
ينبغى أن يكون لك حد من المطالب الدنيوية تنتهى إليه ..
أما فتح الشهية على مصراعيها فهذا شقاء .!
تظن من تقطع يومها كلّه في اللعب أو اللهو أنها سوف تكون سعيدة
وما علمت أنها سوف تدفع الثمن هماً متصلاً وكدراً دائماً ..
في تظييع وقتها وعدم الاستفادة منه فيما يرضي ربها
