السعودية تشدد القيود على وسائل الاعلام بالغرامات والاغلاق

الرياض: ذكرت مصادر اخبارية سعودية أن المملكة شددت القيود على وسائل الاعلام الجمعة، حيث هددت بفرض غرامات وبإغلاق المطبوعات التي تهدد الاستقرار او تسيء لرجال الدين.

ونجحت المملكة في درأ الاضطرابات التي عصفت بالعالم العربي فأطاحت برئيسي مصر وتونس.

وذكرت وكالة الانباء السعودية أنه "يحظر أن يُنشر بأي وسيلة كانت ما يخالف أحكام الشريعة الاسلامية أو الانظمة النافذة مما يدعو الى الاخلال بأمن البلاد أو نظامها العام أو ما يخدم مصالح أجنبية تتعارض مع المصلحة الوطنية" .

ولا تتسامح المملكة مع المعارضة وليس لديها برلمان منتخب أو احزاب سياسية.

وجاءت الضوابط التي تزيد من القيود على وسائل الاعلام في شكل تعديلات صدرت في وقت متأخر يوم الجمعة على نظام المطبوعات والنشر.

كما حظرت التعديلات "اثارة النعرات وبث الفرقة بين المواطنين...تشجيع الاجرام أو الحث عليه...وما يضر بالشأن العام في البلاد" .

ولم يستجب غالبية السعوديين لدعوة على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيسبوك للتظاهر يوم 11 مارس اذار الماضي وذلك في ظل وجود امني مكثف في شتى أنحاء المملكة.

ونظمت الاقلية الشيعية عدد من مسيرات الاحتجاج في المنطقة الشرقية الغنية بالنفط.

وطبقا لتقرير لمنظمة هيومان رايتس ووتش المعنية بحقوق الانسان اعتقلت السلطات السعودية اثنين من المدونين الشيعة من المنطقة الشرقية الاسبوع الماضي علاوة على 160 سعوديا اعتقلوا منذ فبراير شباط.

ولعب رجال الدين دورا مهما في تحريم الاحتجاجات باصدار فتاوى تقول ان المظاهرات تتنافي مع الشرع.

وفي المقابل حظرت التعديلات "التعرض أو المساس بالسمعة أو الكرامة أو التجريح أو الاساءة الشخصية الى مفتي عام المملكة أو أعضاء هيئة كبار العلماء أو رجال الدولة أو أياً من موظفيها أو أي شخص من ذوي الصفة الطبيعية أو الاعتبارية الخاصة" .

وحددت التعديلات التي نشرت الجمعة عقوبات للمخالفين لتلك النصوص بتغريمهم 500 الف ريال سعودي واغلاق المطبوعة التي نشرت المخالفة وكذا حرمان الكاتب من التعامل مع اي وسيلة اعلامية.
