آلاف المغاربة يتخلون عن الجنسية وينزحون إلى الجزائر

شرع الآلاف من سكان منطقة محاميد الغزلان في المغرب، الواقعة على الشريط الحدودي قبالة تراب ولاية بشار، في عملية نزوح جماعي نحو الجزائر، بعدما أعلنوا تخليهم عن الجنسية المغربية، قبل أن تحاصرهم مركبات تابعة للجيش والدرك المغربيين، على بعد أمتار من الحدود مع الجزائر.

وحسب ما توفر من معلومات، فإن النازحين المغاربة سبق وأن دعوا الحكومة والقصر الملكي المغربي إلى الاستجابة لجملة من المطالب الاجتماعية والسياسية التي رفعوها، كمحاربة الفساد وإحقاق العدالة الاجتماعية والتوازن الجهوي في العملية التنموية، قبل أن تلتحق بالمبادرة مجموعة من الحقوقيين ومعتقلين سياسيين سابقين انتقلوا إلى منطقة محاميد الغزلان، لمؤازرة المحتجين. وحسب صور ولقطات فيديو، تحصلت ''النهار'' على نسخ منها، فإن مئات العائلات المشكلة من نساء وعجائز وشيوخ وشباب وحتى من الأطفال، انطلقوا أول أمس من منطقة محاميد الغزلان التابعة لإقليم زاكورة، الواقعة مباشرة على الجهة المقابلة لولاية بشار، رافعين لافتات ومرددين شعارات يعلنون من خلالها عن تخليهم عن الجنسية المغربية، ولجوئهم إلى الجزائر لاحتضانهم.

وأفادت آخر الأنباء من المنطقة الحدودية التي يتواجد بها المغاربة النازحون الذين أطلقوا على أنفسهم تسمية ''مجموعة الرحيل''، أن مركبات مدرعة من الجيش والدرك الملكي المغربي، حاصرت منطقة ''لعريبية''، وتحديدا في الموقع الذي يتواجد به النازحون، بغرض منعهم من مواصلة المسيرة، والحول دون لجوئهم إلى التراب الجزائري.

وصورت المعطيات الواردة من الشريط الحدودي بين الجزائر والمغرب، أن الوضع تميز حتى مساء أمس، بتوتر كبير، طغت على مشهده الرئيسي حالة الاستنفار والطوارئ القصوى التي دخلت فيها قوات كبيرة من الأمن والجيش المغربي، لتفادي الوقوع في مأزق سياسي والتستر على فضيحة غير محمودة العواقب. ولقيت عملية الرحيل لمئات العائلات المغربية واللجوء إلى الجزائر تعاطفا ومساندة كبيرين من لدن منظمات حقوقية مغربية وحركات اجتماعية. وفي هذا الإطار، قالت ''حركة ٠٢ فيفري'' التي تقود الاحتجاجات المطالبة بالإصلاح وبتغيير النظام في المغرب أنها تساند بشكل مطلق عملية النزوح، التي لم يتم التراجع عنها لحد كتابة هذه السطور، حيث بلغت ''قافلة الرحيل'' نقطة لا تبعد عن التراب الجزائري سوى بعشرات الأمتار، قبل أن يشرع الجيش المغربي مرفوقا بقوات من الدرك الملكي في عملية إنزال مكثف لمحاصرة النازحين ومنعهم من دخول التراب الجزائري، فيما شرع المئات من سكان المناطق المحاذية في تنظيم مسيرات تضامنية للحاق بالنازحين وفك الحصار عنهم.

وكان مئات العناصر من عملية النزوح الجماعي قد أقدموا، قبل أيام، على تسليمهم بطاقات هوياتهم إلى مسؤول مغربي في إقليم زاكورة، معلنين في نفس الوقت تخليهم عن الجنسية المغربية.

أقر زيادات في أجور القطاعين العام والخاص

محمد السادس يخصص 5 ملايير دولار لإسكات الشعب المغربي

وافقت الحكومة المغربية على زيادة أجور العاملين في الحكومة والقطاع العام على مدى ثلاث سنوات بتكلفة 5 مليارات دولار في استجابة لمطالب نقابات العمال مع تزايد ضغوط الإصلاحات في المنطقة. وذكر التلفزيون المغربي، أن الوزير الأول عباس الفاسي وقّع مسودة اتفاق مع النقابات المغربية حول صفقة الرواتب ووضع حد أدنى للأجور. وتأتي هذه الخطوة من جانب حكومة الملك محمد السادس بتقديم المنح المالية للمواطنين تفاديا لاضطرابات شعبية كما حدث في دول عربية أخرى، إضافة إلى إقدام الآلاف من المغاربة على الخروج يوم الأحد الماضي في مسيرات مطالبة بالإصلاح في البلاد. ونقلت وكالة ''رويترز''، عن مصطفى خلفي، رئيس تحرير صحيفة التجديد الناطقة بلسان حزب المعارضة الرئيسي والمقربة من إحدى النقابات التي شاركت في الاتفاق، أن هذا اتفاق غاية في الكرم.وقدر كلفة اتفاق الأجور بنحو 43 مليار درهم مغربي على مدى ثلاث سنوات، مشيرا إلى أن التمويل سيأتي من خفض إنفاق كل وزارات وإدارات الحكومة بنسبة 10 في المائة.

وذكر التلفزيون الرسمي أيضا، أن العاملين في القطاع العام سيحصلون على زيادة بمقدار 600 درهم شهريا بدءا من أول ماي، أما الحد الأدنى لمعاش التقاعد للقطاع العام والخاص فسيرتفع بنسبة 70 في المائة إلى ألف درهم شهريا، كما سيرتفع الحد الأدنى للأجور في القطاع الخاص بنسبة 10 في المئة من جويلية إلى أوت وبنسبة 5 في المئة في 2012
