مقتل سيف العرب نجل القذافي بقصف الناتو

القصف وقع الليلة الماضية في باب العزيزية بطرابلس

لقي أصغر أنجال العقيد الليبي معمر القافي سيف العرب مصرعه مع ثلاثة من أحفاد القذافي في غارة جوية لطائرات حلف شمال الأطلسي مساء أمس السبت استهدفت منطقة باب العزيزية في العاصمة طرابلس، ونجا القذافي وزوجته. وقد تراوح رد الثوار على النبأ بين التشكيك والاحتفال، وقال الناتو إنه استهدف مواقع عسكرية، وامتنعت واشنطن عن التعليق.
وقال المتحدث باسم الحكومة الليبية موسى إبراهيم إن قصفا لحلف الناتو الليلة الماضية في طرابلس أدى إلى مقتل سيف العرب (29 عاما)، النجل الأصغر للقذافي، الذي كان يدرس بألمانيا ولا يشغل منصبا رسميا ولا يحمل رتبة عسكرية.

وأضاف موسى إبراهيم أن ثلاثة من أحفاد القذافي (جميعهم أقل من 12 عاما) قتلوا أيضا في الغارة، وأن العقيد وزوجته كانا بالمنزل الذي اخترقته أربعة صواريخ، لكنهما لم يصابا بأذى.

وحسب المتحدث فإن الهجوم "دليل على حجم الإجرام الصليبي وحجم القتل والغدر غير المبرر"، وقال إن العملية محاولة لاغتيال القذافي، و"هذا أمر لا يسمح به القانون الدولي وأي عرف أو مبدأ أخلاقي".
وفور سماعهم خبر مقتل نجل القذافي احتفل الثوار في مدينة بنغازي بشرق البلاد وأطلقوا ألعابا نارية في الهواء، كما خرج الثوار في مصراتة بغرب البلاد رافعين هتافات "الله أكبر" وأطلقوا بدورهم ألعابا نارية.
لكن فريقا من المعارضين الليبيين شكك في الرواية الرسمية، واعتبر المعارض الليبي محمود شمام أن الهدف منها هو استعطاف الناس وتحويل الأنظار عن الجرائم التي يرتكبها النظام الليبي.
أما المعارض والناشط السياسي جمعة القماطي فأشار إلى أن ما ذكر "مسرحية مفبركة ومفضوحة"، وقالإن ذلك ليس جديدا على القذافي، مشيرا لما أعلنه العقيد بعد القصف الأميركي لمنزله عام 1986 عن مقتل ابنته بالتبني لتثبت الأيام بعد ذلك أنها لم تقتل.

وأكد الناتو أنه شن الغارة -التي جاءت بعد أقل من 24 ساعة من قصف مماثل في طرابلس- لكنه نفى في بيان أصدره صباح اليوم الأحد أن تكون غاراته تستهدف أفراد أسرة القذافي.
وأوضح البيان أن طائرات الحلف شنت غاراتها على منشآت عسكرية في مبنى للقيادة والسيطرة بحي باب العزيزية ،حيث يتحصن القذافي، وأضاف أنه ليس بإمكان الحلف تأكيد مقتل نجل القذافي.

ومن جهته قال قائد عمليات الناتو في ليبيا الليفتنانت جنرال تشارلز بوشار "أنا على علم بتقارير إعلامية غير مؤكدة أفادت بأن بعض أفراد عائلة القذافي قد قتلوا.. نحن نأسف لكل خسارة في الأرواح، خاصة تعرض المدنيين الأبرياء للأذى نتيجة للصراع الدائر".

وأضاف أن الناتو "يعمل على تحقيق تفويض الأمم المتحدة بوقف ومنع الهجمات ضد المدنيين بكل دقة وعناية- على عكس قوات القذافي، التي تسبب الكثير من المعاناة".

ودعا "جميع المدنيين في ليبيا إلى الابتعاد بأكبر قدر ممكن عن قوات نظام القذافي والمعدات والبنية التحتية العسكرية المعروفة للحد من أي خطر محتمل عليهم".

من جهتها امتنعت الولايات المتحدة عن التعليق عن الحادث، وقال مسؤول في الإدارة الأميركية لوكالة الصحافة الفرنسية إن هذه الإدارة ليس لديها لحد الآن المعلومات الكافية عن الموضوع.

وقد أدان الرئيس الفنزويلي هوقو شافيزمقتل سيف العرب القذافي، وتساءل كيف يمكن لبعض القادة الأوروبيين مثل قادة فرنسا وإسبانيا وإيطاليا أن يستمروا في دعم الغارات الجوية على ليبيا، وانتقد الناتو والولايات المتحدة.

ووصف شافيز –في خطاب بثه التلفزيون مساء أمس السبت- التدخل العسكري الدولي في ليبيا بأنه "جنون"، وعبر عن اقتناعه بأن القوات الدولية تلقت أمرا بقتل القذافي.

وجاءت غارة الناتو بعد ساعات من دعوة القذافي أمس السبت إلى وقف لإطلاق النار، شريطة أن يوقف الناتو ضرباته الجوية، وهو ما رفضه الثوار وحلف الناتو على حد سواء.
