سيدي وزير التربية و الأب ابوبكر بن بوريد و أقدم وزير في الجزائر مـا بـعد الاستقلال واقد وزيرتربية فى الوطن العربى
نحن سكان ولايات الجنوب الجزائر ى .خصوصا ولايات الجنوب الكبير الحار صيفا . متعجبون من تحديد تاريخ اختبارات الفصل الثالث فى اواخر ماى و بداية شهر جوان .
سيدي الوزير .قبل تنفيذ برمجتكم .نطلب من سيادتكم الإقامة خلال شهر ماى و شهر جوان فقط في اى منطقة بالجنوب الجزائري
. و هانحن نقترح على سيادتكم بعض الولايات و بعض الدوائر و عشرة بلديات

سيدي الوزير زعم إنكم من أقدم الوزراء في العالم العربي و الجزائر لم تدرك إن الجنوب الجزائري له خصوصيا طبيعية و مناخية خصوصية
و يمثل حوالي 84 بالمائة من مساحة الجزائر التي تفوق 2مليون كلم لم تدرك إن للجنوب الجزائر
ظروف طبيعية خاصة . لا تصلح معها المكيفات التي اقتصرت على المتوسطات و الثانويا ت
و غيابها عن المدارس الابتدائية .
سيدي هل تعلم إن عدد كبير من المتمرسين بعد الرجوع إلى المؤسسات في الفترة المسائية
يدخلون المؤسسات و الدماء تنزف من أنوفهم نظرا لبعد المسافة بين السكن و المؤسسة التربوية
كيف نطلب من تلميذ عمره مابين06 سنوات و 11 سنة الدراسة و إجراء الامتحان في شهر جوان
و الحرارة تفوق 48درجة . و ننتظر منه الحضور و النجاح .
سيدي نرجوا منكم و من الأمانة العامة لوزارة التربية إرسال أبنائهم للدراسة خلال الفصل الثالث فقط
تدرك حقيقة مايعانى منه المتدرس في الولايات الجنوبية .و تدرك ان هده المكيفات .لاتجدى مع الظروف الطبعية الحارة
ارجوا من الإباء و ورؤساء جمعيات أولياء التلاميذ فى الولايات الجنوبية إثراء الموضوع و التوجه إلى النواب فى ولاياتهم و مطالبتهم .بالتدخل لدى وزارة التربية
من خلال جلسات المجلس الشعبي الوطني ودورات النواب في مجلس الأمة لولايات الجنوب و مطالبتهم بالتدخل و مسائلة السيد وزير التربية علمان ان عدد اجمالى النواب فى مجلس الشعبى الوطنى يفوق 40 نائب من الويات التى ترتفع بها الحرارة فى بداية شهر ماى

وان كنت لا انتظر من بن بوزيد شيئا لانه الف ان يجرب ما لا يجرب في المتمدرسين
من كل المراحل الدراسية الا اني ادعو الله عز وجل ان تلقى رسالتك هاته صدى لانه حقا امر غير معقول تقدم فيه امتحانات في جو يصعب حتى التنفس فيه في درجة لا يحتملها شاب بكامل قوته فما بالك بمتمدرس صغير السن
اتمنى من كل قلبي ان يسمع كل من له علاقة صوت كلماتك

مشكلة المساواة والتفاوت بين الناس في المجتمع الواحد،قضية فلسفية ليس من العدل إقامة مساواة بين تلاميذ الصحراء والشمال،في الشهادة المتوسطة والبكالوريا.
حق من حقوق أهلنا في الصحراء يجب تحقيقة في القريب العاجل،وهذا يتم بالتواصل الدائم,والمزعج للسلطات وأصحاب القرار.
الحقوق تؤخذ ولاتمنح،وقذ أخذ منكم هذا الحق حيث كانت بكالوريا الجنوب قبل بكالوريا الشمال.

ان المشكل ليس فلسفى بل هو مشكل اجتماعى .و لا يدرك خطورته الا من تعايش مع البيئة الصحراوية . و السيد الوزير و الامانة العامة تعرف الجنوب من خلال الوثائق فقط . لا يعرفون ان المكييفات تشتغل من بداية شهر ابريل .
و الوزير يبرمج الاختبارات فى اوخر ماى و بداية جوان . و الحرارة فى الظل تفوق 48 درجة و فى الشمس تفوق 57 درجة على الساعة الثانية مساءا عند العودة من المنزل نحو المدرسة للدراسة او اجراء الاختبار الثالث.
ياسيادة الوزير و طاقمه ارحمو ابنائنا .و ارسلو خبراء لدراسة الظروف الطبيعية
و الاجتماعية للمناطق الجنوبية . قبل اتخاد القرارات الارتجالية
