تشكيك برواية مقتل ابن القذافي

أعلنت السلطات الليبية ليلة الأحد مقتل سيف العرب أصغر أبناء العقيدمعمر القذافي وثلاثة من أحفاده في قصف جوي استهدف "منزلا" في طرابلس, لكنها لم تقدم أي دليل على ذلك, وهو ما أثار شكوكا قوية بشأن صحة هذا الخبر.
وكان إبراهيم موسى الناطق باسم حكومة القذافي قد قال في مؤتمر صحفي إن القذافي وزوجته (صفية فركاش) كانا مع سيف العرب والأطفال الثلاثة في المنزل المفترض الذي استهدف بعدة صواريخ لم ينفجر أحدها.
وأضاف أن القذافي نجا هو وزوجته من القصف رغم أنه ألحق دمارا كبيرا بالمبنى المستهدف ولم يصابا بأذى, وعدّ الهجوم محاولة لاغتيال العقيد الليبي.
وصحب مسؤولون في نظام القذافي صحفيين أجانب إلى الموقع الذي ضربته طائرات حلف شمال الأطلسي , وتظاهر موالون للقذافي أمام مقره في باب العزيزية.
وقد بدا أن الرواية التي قدمها نظام القذافي مريبة, ودفعت أكثر من طرف إلى التشكيك فيها. فالنظام ادعى أن القذافي وزوجته كانا في المنزل المفترض مع ابنهما سيف العرب لكنهما لم يصابا مع أن حجم الدمار يوحي بأنه من الصعب نجاة أي أحد كان في هذا المنزل.
ويقول تقرير لمعهد ستراتفور الأميركي للدراسات الاستخبارية إن ادعاء مقتل سيف العرب دون غيره من إخوته الذين يعدون من ركائز النظام مثل سيف الإسلام, أو يقودون كتائب عسكرية وأجهزة أمنية مثل خميس والمعتصم وهنيبعل أثار شكوكا حول الرواية.
فسيف العرب الذي قال المتحدث باسم الحكومة الليبية موسى إبراهيم إنه في التاسعة والعشرين, ليس معروفا لدى الليبيين حيث لا يظهر في الإعلام, ويبدو أنه الأقل تأثيرا بين إخوته.
ومما يعزز هذه الشكوك تأكيد الحلف الأطلسي أن ما استهدفه ليلة الأحد في طرابلس لم يكن منزلا بل مقر قيادة تابعا للنظام. وبينما قالت واشنطن ولندن إنه ليس هناك ما يؤكد مقتل سيف العرب, شكك المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي بدوره في رواية النظام الليبي.
وبالنسبة إلى المجلس, فإن الإعلان لا يعدو أن يكون دعاية من قبل النظام لاستعطاف الرأي العام العالمي.
ويقول ستراتفور إن القذافي يسعى بكل الوسائل إلى تجييش الرأي العالم العالمي ضد الضربات الأطلسية التي تهدف بصور غير معلنة إلى إسقاط نظامه.
ويلاحظ في هذا الإطار أنه مع الجمود الميداني ربما يكون القذافي فقد الأمل في استعادة مدن الشرق في هذه المرحلة على الأقل, بيد أنه لم تصدر عنه بعد أي إشارة على استعداده للرحيل إلى المنفى.
ووفقا لهذا التحليل الاستخباري, ستزيد فرص العقيد الليبي في الاحتفاظ بطرابلس والحزام المحيط بها, وبجزء من الشرق طالما ظل على قيد الحياة.
ويقول القذافي إنه يسلح أتباعه, وهي رسالة منه للتحالف الدولي بأن كلفة تدخل بري محتمل ستكون عالية, ويأمل في الوقت نفسه أن يقوض سقوط محتمل لضحايا مدنيين بالقصف الجوي الدعم الدولي للعمليات الأطلسية.
