بريطانيا تطرد سفير ليبيا

قررت بريطانيا الأحد طرد السفير الليبي المعتمد لديها عقب الهجمات التي تعرضت لها السفارة البريطانية في طرابلس، بينما يتأهب موظفو الأمم المتحدة الدوليون لمغادرة العاصمة الليبية بسبب الاضطرابات هناك.
فقد أكد وزير الخارجية البريطاني وليام هيغ تقارير تفيد بتعرض مجمع سفارة بلاده في طرابلس للتدمير، قائلا إن بعثات دبلوماسية تابعة لدول أخرى في العاصمة الليبية هوجمت بدورها.
وقال "نتيجة لذلك، فقد اتخذت قرارا بطرد السفير الليبي، فهو شخص غير مرغوب فيه بموجب البند التاسع من اتفاقية فيينا بشأن العلاقات الدبلوماسية وأمامه 24 ساعة لمغادرة البلاد".
ويأتي قرار الطرد بعد سلسلة من الهجمات على المقار الدبلوماسية الغربية والدولية في طرابلس الأحد في أعقاب هجوم صاروخي شنه حلف شمال الأطلسي ، قالت الحكومة الليبية إنه أسفر عن مقتل سيف العرب أصغر أنجال العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي ،وثلاثة من أحفاده.
وأعلنت الأمم المتحدة اليوم الأحد على الفور أنها قررت سحب موظفيها الدوليين العاملين في طرابلس من ليبيا بعد الأضرار التي لحقت بمكاتبها خلال ما يبدو أنها هجمات انتقامية.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية ستيفاني بنكر إن موظفي الأمم المتحدة يستعدون لمغادرة طرابلس، معللة ذلك باضطراب الأوضاع فيها.
من جانبه قال وزير الداخلية الإيطالي روبيرتو ماروني إن التهديدات التي أطلقها العقيد معمر القذافي بالانتقام من إيطاليا ينبغي "أخذها على محمل الجد"، مشيرا أيضا إلى الخشية من حصول تدفق ضخم من النازحين الأفارقة الوافدين من ليبيا.
وقال ماروني في زيارة إلى شمال البلاد "إن كلمات القذافي تؤكد ضرورة مراقبة الوضع، هذا ما نفعله وكثفنا المراقبة على أراضينا كافة".
وردا على سؤال عن تهديدات القذافي السبت "بنقل المعركة إلى إيطاليا"، اعتبر ماروني أن "من الضروري عدم التقليل من أهميتها" موضحا أنها ليست مجرد "دعاية".
ورأى ماروني أن إعلان النظام الليبي في ليلة الأحد عن مقتل نجل القذافي قد "يضاعف غضب القذافي".
وكانت تقارير إعلامية أفادت بأن أنصار القذافي أضرموا النار في بعض السفارات الغربية بالعاصمة طرابلس عقب إعلان السلطات الليبية مقتل سيف العرب القذافي في غارة لحلف الناتو مساء السبت.
وذكرت صحيفة "برنيق" المقربة من الثوار الليبيين والصادرة في مدينة بنغازي شرقي ليبيا أن أتباع القذافي أحرقوا مقر السفارة الأميركية في طرابلس بعد الغارة الجوية.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مصادر وصفتها بالموثوقة أن المتظاهرين أحرقوا العلم الأميركي، وكذلك صور الرئيس الأميركي باراك أوباما أمام السفارة وأطلقوا زخات من الرصاص في الهواء.
