دنس إمارة!

الجزائر رفضت لأمريكا طلب إقامة قاعدة "أفريكوم" وقالت: إن أمن إفريقيا ينبغي أن يصونه الأفارقة أنفسهم! وعندما تدخلت فرنسا بعسكر في موريتانيا ومالي والنيجر فيما أسماه سركوزي بمكافحة الإرهاب في الصحراء الكبرى.. هنا أيضا حذّرت الجزائر الفرنسيين من مغبة حشر الأنف العسكري الفرنسي في الدول المطلة على الصحراء الكبرى.. وحدث ما توقعته الجزائر.. بحيث أكلت فرنسا طريحة أمنية جراء تدخلها هذا.
واليوم حذّرت الجزائر أيضا فرنسا وقطر من مغبة التدخل في الشأن الليبي.. وها هي الأمور تتعقد أمنيا في ليبيا وفي دول الساحل كما توقعته الجزائر.
وسارع قادة الأركان في دول الساحل إلى الاجتماع في مالي لدراسة الوضع الجديد الذي أحدثه تدخل فرنسا وقطر والناتو في الشأن الليبي.. وما ترتب على هذا من انفلات أمني أدى إلى تدفق الأسلحة الليبية إلى دول الساحل! ما وضع أمن هذه الدول أمام حالة جديدة وخطيرة.. تكون آثارها قد ظهرت بسرعة في التفجير الذي وقع في المغرب الشقيق مؤخراً!
وإذا كانت فرنسا معروفة بأنها لا تدخل مكانا إلا وتحدث فيه حالة من اللاأمن الخطير! حدث هذا في كوسوفو وحدث في رواندا وحدث في تشاد وحدث أيضا في موريتانيا مؤخرا.. وها هو يحدث اليوم في ساحل العاج وليبيا!
لكن إذا كان هذا من خصائص الفرنسيين والحلف الأطلسي فما الذي جعل دويلة بحجم قطر تحسب نفسها مع هؤلاء الكبار الصغار وتحشر أنفها في أمن ليبيا وأمن دول الساحل بما يؤدي إلى هذه الكوارث الأمنية؟! لماذا تحولت قطر من إمارة مفعول فيها أمريكيا بقاعة عديد إلى مفعول بها في ليبيا؟! وتهدد أمن شمال إفريقيا برمته؟!
شخصيا لا أملك إجابة الآن.. لكن المؤسف أن الحكومة الجزائرية سكتت على قطر وهي تلعب مع فرنسا لعبة المساس بالأمن على حدودنا في ليبيا ودول الساحل! نحن لا نؤيد إيران في مسها بأمن الخليج.. ومنه أمن قطر.. وهذه الإمارة الأمارة با لسوء تؤيد فرنسا في مسها بأمننا في شمال إفريقيا والساحل؟! وهل من الكرامة الجزائرية أن تجلس الجزائر مع قطر في مجلس واحد يسمى الجامعة العربية وهي تتآمر مع فرنسا على أمننا في جنوب البلاد؟!
لسنا ندري ما سيكون عليه الموقف الجزائري نحو قطر في المستقبل.. لكنني أحس بالحاجة الماسة أن تقوم الجزائر بإعادة الاعتبار للسفير الجزائري الأسبق في قطر الذي أبعده بوتفليقة من وزارة الخارجية.. لأن السلطات القطرية ضبطته وهو يبول على سور قصر أمير قطر! وكتبت إمارة قطر رسالة إلى وزارة الخارجية الجزائرية تطلب منها سحب هذا السفير لأنه "دنس سور الأمير المفدى ببوليه"! واستجابت الجزائر لطلب قطر تحفظا على نظافة سور الأمير! هذا السفير المبعد هو الذي يحق له الآن أن يوضع بين يديه ملف العلاقات الجزائرية القطرية! لأنه كان بعيد النظر.. وسبق عصره بعشرية كاملة؟!
الطريف في الأمر أن ممثلة أمريكا في الأمم المتحدة قالت: إن القذافي يوزع "الفياغرا" على جنوده لتقويتهم جنسيا ضد الثوار الذين تقودهم قطر وفرنسا! ولم تقل لنا هذه الأمريكية ما إذا كانت تملك أيضا المعلومات المؤكدة التي تدل على أن فرنسا وزعت على الثوار في بن غازي العطور الباريسية المثيرة وأحمر الشفاه.. وأن الثمن دفعته جمعية الشيخة موزة للأعمال الخيرية ودعم جهود الحرية والتحرر في العالم!
لست أدري لماذا أحس بأن رأسي يحتاج إلى قذيفة من قذائف الحلف الأطلسي؟! ليرتاح من هذا الدوار الذي يلفه؟!
