مصر تفتح رفح بشكل دائم

مصر في عهد مبارك لم تكن تفتح معبر رفح إلا بشكل متقطع


أعلنت الخارجية المصرية الأحد أن مصر تعتزم فتح حدودها معقطاع غزة بشكل دائم لتخفيف معاناة الفلسطينيين تحت الحصار الإسرائيلي، لكن آليات مثل هذه الخطوة ما زالت قيد الدرس، في حين أعربت إسرائيل عن قلقها من تلك الخطوة.
وتمثل هذه المبادرة علامة أخرى على التغيير في السياسة المصرية بعد الإطاحة بالرئيس السابق حسني مبارك الذي كانت حكومته تتعاون مع إسرائيل في فرض الحصار على قطاع غزة الذي تديره حركة المقاومة الإسلامية .
ولم تكن مصر تفتح معبر رفح الحدودي في عهد مبارك إلا بشكل متقطع للسماح بدخول الغذاء والدواء أو لعبور الأفراد وأغلبهم من طالبي العلاج أو المسافرين للدراسة. واستمر هذا النظام بشكل عام منذ تنحي مبارك في 11 فيفري الماضي.
وقالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية منحة باخوم إن النية متجهة لفتح المعبر بشكل دائم لتخفيف معاناة الفلسطينيين، لكن الآليات المتعلقة بطريقة عمله ما زالت قيد الدرس.
في هذه الأثناء عبرت إسرائيل عن قلقها من قرار مصر إعادة فتح معبر رفح الحدودي مع قطاع غزة بشكل دائم.
وقال سليفان شالوم نائب رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية للإذاعة العامة الإسرائيلية إن هذا "التطور المقلق" يمكن أن يسمح بمرور "أسلحة وإرهابيين"، مشيرا إلى أن على إسرائيل أن تستعد لتغييرات كبيرة في مصر وعلى المستوى الإقليمي.

تأتي تصريحات شالوم بعد أنباء نقلتها صحيفة هآرتس الإسرائيلية عن عزم رئيس الحكومة الإسرائيلية بنيامين نتنياهو إرسال مبعوثه الخاص إسحاق مولخو إلى القاهرة لإجراء محادثات مع المسؤولين المصريين خصوصا مع وزير الخارجية ومسؤولين في الاستخبارات.


وكان وزير الخارجية المصري نبيل العربي قد صرح بأن معبر رفح بين غزة ومصر سيفتح بشكل كامل من أجل تخفيف الحصار الذي تفرضه إسرائيل على القطاع.
وقال العربي إن مصر ستتخذ خطوات هامة تساعد على تخفيف حصار قطاع غزة في الأيام القليلة المقبلة، مؤكدا أن بلاده لن تقبل ببقاء معبر رفح مغلقا. وتوقع أن تتغير الأوضاع في غزة جذريا واصفا إغلاق المعبر بأنه "أمر مشين".

وكان مسؤول إسرائيلي كبير طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه قد قال لوكالة الصحافة الفرنسية بعد تصريح العربي إن إسرائيل قلقة من التطورات في مصر ومن الأصوات التي تدعو إلى إلغاء معاهدة السلام (بين مصر وإسرائيل) والتقارب بين مصر وإيران وتحسن العلاقات بين مصر وحركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس).
وكان معبر رفح يفتح بطريقة غير منتظمة لمرور الحالات الإنسانية، وحسب اتفاق في العام 2005 تلا انسحاب إسرائيل من قطاع غزة كان من المفترض أن يبقى معبر رفح مفتوحا تحت إدارة مراقبين أوروبيين، لكن المعبر ظل مغلقا في أغلب الأوقات بسبب فرض إسرائيل لحصار خانق على غزة بعدما أسرت الفصائل الفلسطينية الجندي الإسرائيلي جلعاد شاليط.
