الشيخ علي بن حاج : بن لادن مات شهيدًا

أكد الرجل الثاني في الجبهة الإسلامية للإنقاذ في الجزائر الشيخ علي بن حاج أن زعيم تنظيم "القاعدة" أسامة بن لادن يصنف ضمن الشهداء، لأنه قتل على يد الأمريكيين. وقلل من أهمية مقتله في الحد من مخاطر التطرف والعنف في العالم العربي والإسلامي، الذي قال بأن سببه "كامن في طغيان وظلم الأنظمة الحاكمة في بلاد العرب والمسلمين".

وأوضح بن حاج في تصريحات صحفية" أن خلافه الفكري والسياسي مع زعيم تنظيم القاعدة أسامة بن لادن لا يمنعه من قول الحق، وقال: "لقد مات أسامة بن لادن شهيدا، فقد قتله الأمريكيون وقد ذهب إلى بلاد المسلمين ليدافع عن إخوانه. وليس معنى ذلك انني أوافقه في جميع أفكاره ومنطلقاته. فأنا لا أوافقه في كثير من المسائل الفكرية وفي التعامل مع الأحداث، لكن هذا لا يمنعني أن أقول بأنه استشهد على يد الأمريكيين، فأمريكا هي التي تمارس الإرهاب في أفغانستان والعراق".

وأكد بن حاج أن التصفيات الجسدية والقتل لا يحلان مشكل الإرهاب والتطرف في العالم العربي، وقال: "أسباب العنف مازالت قائمة ما دامت الحريات غير متوفرة، فأسباب العنف لا تزول بقتل شخص أو عدة أشخاص، فابن لادن لم تفسح له بلاده المجال ليعبر عن رأيه، ولذلك من تسبب في العنف هو الأنظمة الحاكمة وليس الأفراد، ومن هنا نحن نرى أن إزالة العنف لا تتم عبر التصفيات الجسدية وإنما بإعطاء الشعوب حقها في اختيار حكامها".

وأضاف: "لقد كان ابن لادن في السعودية وكان مرحبا به عندما قاوم الاتحاد السوفييتي، ولكنه عندما طالب بخروج الجيوش الأجنبية من الجزيرة العربية أصبح إرهابيًا، وأعتقد أنه لو فتحت السعودية له مجال التعبير عن رأيه لما انتهى به الأمر إلى ما هو واقع. ومن هنا أعتقد جازما أن مفجر الإرهاب في العالم العربي هو هذه الأنظمة الاستبدادية التي هناك من يواجهها وهناك من يصبر إلى حين".

ورفض بن حاج الحديث عن وجود أي علاقة للعنف الذي يجتاح الجزائر وبين تنظيم القاعدة، وقال: "من الصعوبة الربط بين قتل بن لادن وتراجع العنف في الجزائر، فالجزائر لها حالة خاصة، لأن بداية العمل المسلح كانت ردة فعل على عنف السلطة، والقضية كانت مرتبطة بمشكل سياسي ومازالت السلطات الرسمية تتجاهل هذا المشمل. وأعتقد أن أي إنسان له دراية بالتاريخ يعرف هذا الوضع في الجزائر".

وأضاف: "حتى أيام الثورة الجزائرية كان الفرنسيون عندما يقتلون مقاوما كانوا يتحدثون عن أثر ذلك في نهاية العنف، لكن قضية العنف لا يمكن التعامل معها بالقتل وإنما باقتلاع الجذور السياسية التي تولد هذا العنف، وهذه الجذور تكمن في الاستبداد والطغيان ومصادرة حقوق الشعوب في اختيار حكوماتها".
