الرئيس بوتفليقة: إنشاء لجنة ذات الاختصاص للنهوض بمشروع مراجعة الدستور

أعلن رئيس الجمهورية عبد العزيز بوتفليقة يوم الاثنين بالجزائر العاصمة انه سيعين لجنة ذات الاختصاص لتنهض بمشروع مراجعة الدستور.

وقال الرئيس بوتفليقة في كلمة خلال ترؤسه لاجتماع مجلس الوزراء أنه "وفيما يخص بالذات إعداد مشروع مراجعة الدستور سأعين لجنة ذات الاختصاص لتنهض بهذه المهمة وتكون هي التي سيرفع إليها ما سيصدر عن الأحزاب والشخصيات من عروض واقتراحات". "وحالما تفرغ هذه اللجنة من عملها -يقول الرئيس بوتفليقة- ستقدم لي مشروع المراجعة الدستورية الذي تصوغه ثم تحال صيغة هذا المشروع النهائية على البرلمان وفقا لما ينص عليه الدستور". وفي هذا السياق قال الرئيس بوتفليقة بأنه "لو يتبين ان مشروع المراجعة الدستورية معمق فسيناط الشعب بعد البرلمان بالبت في أمره بمطلق سيادته من خلال استفتاء شفاف".
كما أكد أنه "لا يسوغ لاي تعديل دستور المساس بالطابع الجمهوري للدولة والنظام الديمقراطي القائم على التعددية الحزبية والاسلام من حيث هو دين الدولة والعربية من حيث هي اللغة الوطنية الرسمية والحريات الأساسية وحقوق الانسان والمواطن وسلامة التراب الوطني ووحدته وكذا العلم الوطني والنشيد الوطني بصفتهما رمزين للثورة والجمهورية". وفي المقام الاول أجزم مرة اخرى ان الاصلاحات السياسية ستكون عمبقة ومراعية للمبادئ الاساسية وثوابت الهوية الوطنية ألا وهي الاسلام والعروبة والامازيغية المنصوص عليها في الدستور الحالي.
