منتصر الزيات : على السعودية طلب دفن بن لادن على أراضيها

قال منتصر الزيات، محامي الجماعات الإسلامية بمصر، إن على المملكة العربية السعودية طلب جثة زعيم تنظيم القاعدة أسامة بن لادن من الولايات المتحدة ليدفن على أرضها وفقاً للشرعية الإسلامية، على اعتبار أنه مواطن سعودي.

وأعلن الرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما مقتل زعيم القاعدة اسامة بن لادن في باكستان فجر الاثنين، على أيدي قوة خاصة أمريكية بالتعاون مع الاستخبارات الباكستانية. وتردد أن الولايات المتحدة ستدفن بن لادن في البحر لصعوبة دفنه على سطح الأرض خوفاً من تحول قبره لمزار.

وأضاف الزيات – في مداخلة هاتفية مع فضائية ''الجزيرة'' – أن هذا الطلب سيحقق المصداقية للمملكة العربية السعودية وأثر طيب أيضاً، مشيراً إلى أن خوف الولايات المتحدة بأن يتحول قبر بن لادن إلى مزار يأتي إليه الناس من كافة أنحاء الأرض كما تعتقد الولايات المتحدة، لا أساس له من الصحة حيث أن السعودية تحرم بناء المقابر العالية أو الأضرحة.

وأكد الزيات أن ''محاكمة بن لادن يوم استشهاده؛ فإكرام الميت دفنه''، ملفتاً إلى أنه لو تمت محاكمة بن لادن شعبياً فسينصف، فهو لم يبدأ العنف، على حد قول الزيات.

وأوضح محامي الجماعات الإسلامية بمصر أن أسامة بن لادن كان حالة احتجاجية غاضبة، من تدخل الولايات المتحدة في البلاد العربية والإسلامية، مشيراً إلى أن الحروب التي تخوضها الولايات المتحدة والغرب حولت تلك الحالة إلى أعمال عسكرية عنيفة.
