أويحيى يطالب بتحرير قطاع السمعي البصري من سيطرة السلطة


الجزائر: في تطور لافت لموقفه من المشهد الإعلامي، دعا أمين عام التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي أحمد أويحيى، إلى تحرير قطاع السمعي البصري من قبضة السلطة، وتمكين الجزائريين من هذا الصنف من الإعلام الموصوف بـ "الثقيل"، مما يعني أن السلطة تكون قد حسمت أمرها في قضية ظلت تشكل الشغل الشاغل للشركاء السياسيين والإعلاميين.

وقال أويحيى وفي رسالة قرأها نيابة عنه الناطق باسم الحزب ميلود شرفي، بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لحرية التعبير المصادف للثالث من ماي من كل سنة: "نضم صوتنا في التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي إلى كل الأصوات التي تطالب بفتح المجال السمع البصري، وتحرير هذا القطاع في كنف حرية التعبير ".

وذكرت جريدة "الشروق" الجزائرية ان هذا الانشغال الذي يشكل في الأيام الأخيرة، محور النقاش الدائر على مستوى الأسرة الصحفية بشأن حقوق وواجبات هذه الفئة، التي قررت تنظيم يوم احتجاجي اليوم بساحة حرية التعبير بشارع حسيبة بالعاصمة.

ويعتقد التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي أن فتح المجال السمعي البصري أمام القطاع الخاص "حتمية لمواكبة التحولات العملاقة التي تشهدها الساحة الإعلامية"، غير أنه يرهن هذا الانفتاح بشرط أن يكون في إطار شراكة بين القطاعين العمومي والخاص، كما يشترط قبل كل ذلك تحقيق "الشروع التدريجي في خلق التنوع الذي سيوصل إلى فتح المجال السمعي البصري".

انقلاب موقف التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي إلى مطالب بتحرير قطاع السمعي البصري، بعد أن كان من أشد المتحفظين على هذا المسعى، جاء بعد أن تيقن أمينه العام، الذي لم يغادر منصب المسؤولية في الجهاز التنفيذي، منذ أزيد من عقد ونصف من الزمن، بأن سيادة واستقرار البلاد باتت تحت رحمة قنوات أجنبية أزاحت اليتيمة من قاموس الجزائريين، بسبب رداءة منتوجها وانحراف رسالتها الإعلامية.

وعبر أويحيى عن هذا التخوف من خلال حديثه عما وصفه "تكالب بعض منابر الإعلام الأجنبية خصوصا الفضائية منها، التي تبث الشائعات والأخبار المغلوطة، والتي تسعى بعضها في الظرف الحالي إلى توريط الجزائر في قضايا تعاملت معها وفق سياستها الدائمة والثابتة وعدم التدخل في الشئون الداخلية للدول".
