حملة لإزالة تمثال المرأة العارية من عين الفوارة

وهذه مقتطفات من الصفحة على الفيس بوك يقول أصحاب الصفحة:

إن فرنسا الاستعمارية لم تزين وسط مدينة سطيف بتمثال عار من أجل سواد عيوننا، وهي التي كانت تسعى إلى طمس معالم الشخصية الجزائرية و تشريد الشعب الجزائري، ولم تنصب هذا التمثال بالقرب من مسجد العتيق صدفة، فبعض المصادر التاريخية تقول أن فرنسا وضعت تمثال عين الفوارة في ذلك المكان بالذات ردا على بناء مسجد "العتيق" بما يشكل تحديا صارخا لمشاعر المسلمين، وإلا لماذا لم تبن مصنعا أو مدرسة، بدل أن تنصب تمثال امرأة عارية بالقرب من المسجد؟!!
