الحكم بسجن وزير الداخلية المصري الاسبق حبيب العادلي 12 عاما

القاهرة 5 مايو أيار (رويترز) - قضت محكمة مصرية يوم الخميس بالسجن لمدة 12 عاما على وزير الداخلية الاسبق حبيب العادلي عن تهمتي التربح وغسل الاموال وتغريمه نحو 14 مليون جنيه (2.4 مليون دولار).

والعادلي هو أول مسؤول في حكومة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك يصدر عليه حكم في قضية فساد.

وقال المستشار المحمدي قنصوه رئيس محكمة جنايات الجيزة بعد اثبات مثول العادلي في قفص الاتهام بالنداء عليه بالاسم ان المحكمة عاقبته بالسجن لمدة سبع سنوات عن تهمة التربح والسجن لمدة خمس سنوات عن تهمة غسل الاموال.

وكانت النيابة العامة أحالت العادلي للمحاكمة بعد بلاغ من وحدة غسل الاموال بالبنك المركزي عن قيام شريك في شركة مقاولات تقيم منشات لوزارة الداخلية بايداع مبلغ أربعة ملايين ونصف المليون جنيه في حساب للعادلي بأحد البنوك حين كان في منصبه.

وقال قنصوه "حكمت المحكمة على المتهم أولا بالسجن المشدد لمدة سبع سنوات وعزله من الوظيفة وتغريمه مبلغ أربعة ملايين و853 ألفا و207 جنيهات وذلك عما أسند اليه في التهمة الاولى (التربح).

"ثانيا معاقبة المتهم بالسجن لمدة خمس سنوات وتغريمه مبلغ تسعة ملايين و26 ألفا و200 جنيه ومصادرة مبلغ أربعة ملايين و513 ألفا ومئة جنيه المضبوطة وذلك عما أسند اليه في التهمة الثانية (غسل الاموال)."

ولم يبد العادلي رد فعل واضحا على الحكم.

ويحاكم العادلي جنائيا أيضا بتهم تتصل بقتل مئات المتظاهرين والشروع في قتل الوف اخرين خلال الانتفاضة الشعبية التي أسقطت مبارك في الحادي عشر من فبراير شباط.

ومبارك وابناه علاء وجمال محبوسون احتياطيا أيضا بتهم تتصل بقتل المتظاهرين والاستيلاء على المال العام. وهناك عشرات من كبار مساعدي مبارك والمسؤولون في حكومته يواجهون أحكاما في قضايا جنائية في نطاق حملة على الفساد في عهد مبارك من قبل المجلس الاعلى للقوات المسلحة الذي يدير شؤون البلاد منذ اسقاط مبارك
