مرحبا اود اليوم ان الفت انتباهكم الى شروط التوضيف حسب اهم مديرية في الجزائر الا وهي مديرية العامة للوضيفة العمومية
مسابقات التوظيف في الوظيفة العمومية

بموجب المادة 74 من القانون الأساسي العام للوظيفة العمومية، «فإن التوظيف يخضع إلى مبدأ المساواة في الالتحاق بالوظائف العمومية»
يتم التوظيف في الوظيفة العمومية عن طريق المسابقة، تحدد السن الدنيا للإلتحاق بوظيفة عمومية بثماني عشرة (18) سنة كاملة.
الشروط العامة للتوظيف :


أن يكون المتر شح لوظيفة عمومية جزائري الجنسية ؛
أن يكون متمتعا بحقوقه المدنية ؛
أن لا تحمل شهادة سوابقه القضائية ملاحظات تتنافى وممارسة الوظيفة المراد الإلتحاق بها ؛
إثبات الشهادات أو الإجازات أو مستوى التكوين المطلوب ؛
أن تتوفر فيه شروط السن و القدرة البدنية و الذهنية و كذا المؤهلات المطلوبة للإلتحاق بالوظيفة العمومية المراد شغلها ؛
يمكن أن يتوقف الإلتحاق ببعض أسلاك الموظفين على إجراء فحص طبي أو بسيكوتقني.

الا تعتقدون ان هناك خلل ام سهو فلم يشترطو ابدا الوضعية إتجاه الخدمة الوطنية "زعما عملا بمبدا المسااوة
لكن في راض الواقع لا يوجد اي شاب لم يتم قهره بالوضعية إتجاه الخدمة الوطنية

هي شروط عامّة أي للذكور و الاناث.. لعله هناك شروط أخرى معيّنة لكلا الجنسين..و الله أعلم

وهل يعقل هذا يا اخت بالمناسبة هذا قانون ولا يمكن الغائه او تعديله الا بقانون اخر
اما عن قوانين لكلا الجنسين فهذا إقرار بعدم المساوات .
اذا كان ما تقولين فحقوق الشباب تذهب مع تأدية واجب مقدس لحماية البلاد لأنه المفروض ان يكون العكس تماما حيث لابد ان يأخذو الأولوية .لكنهم يحرمون من التوضيف رغم ان شروط الوضيف العمومي التي نشاهد هنا لا تشترط الخدمة الوطنية . وهذه مغالطة تضييع للحقوق
