أعلنت سويسرا أنها جمدت حتى الآن مبلغ 830 مليون فرنك سويسري (960 مليون دولار) تعود إلى كل من الرئيس المصري المخلوع حسني مبارك (http://www.aljazeera.net/News/archive/archive?ArchiveId=1042178) والعقيد الليبي معمر القذافي (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/5564D3EE-F87C-46C7-838D-56270C53397D.htm) والرئيس التونسي المخلوع زين العابدين بن علي (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/7850C092-61CF-4F11-BA1B-DD529B3B0424.htm) أو مقربين منهم.
وقد أعلنت هذه الأرقام رئيسة الاتحاد الفدرالي السويسري ووزيرة الخارجية ميشلين كالمي راي، في زيارة لتونس بدأت الأحد الماضي لحضور المؤتمر السنوي الجهوي لسفراء سويسرا في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
وقالت كالمي راي الاثنين أمام سفراء بلادها في شمال أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط بتونس إن "الأموال التي وضعها السيد بن علي في سويسرا ليست كبيرة جدا، لم تكن لدينا علاقات طيبة مع نظامه".
وقال المتحدث باسم الخارجية السويسرية لارس نوتشل إن معظم المبلغ المذكور يعود إلى محيط مبارك، حيث جمدت له نحو 474 مليون دولار.
وقال نوتشل إنه أمكن تتبع المعاملات الخاصة بمبلغ قدره سبعون مليون دولار مرتبط بالرئيس التونسي السابق زين العابدين بن علي.
وأضاف أن سويسرا عثرت على نحو 416 مليون دولار يحتمل أن تكون أرصدة غير مشروعة مرتبطة بالزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي والمحيطين به مودعة في بنوكها.
وأكد أن "هذا المبلغ مجمد في سويسرا بعد أن أصدرت الحكومة السويسرية أوامر بمنع التصرف فيما يتصل بالأرصدة التي يحتمل أن تكون غير مشروعة في سويسرا".http://www.aljazeera.net/NEWS/KEngine/imgs/top-page.gif

وأوضح المتحدث السويسري أن تونس ومصر -اللتين أطاحت الاضطرابات برئيسيهما- على اتصال الآن بالسلطات القضائية السويسرية فيما يتعلق بطلبات رسمية من أجل المساعدة القانونية لإعادة الأموال، نافيا أن يكون مثل هذا الاتصال قد تم مع السلطات في ليبيا.
وأعلنت سويسرا من قبل أنها قررت تجميد الأرصدة المرتبطة بالزعماء الثلاثة، مما يتطلب من المؤسسات المالية والمؤسسات الأخرى أن تبلغ عن أي أرصدة يشتبه فيها.
وقال نوتشل إن المبالغ المذكورة "على حالها" وفقا للمعلومات الصادرة عن المؤسسات المالية في سويسرا، ولكنه رفض الإفصاح عن أسماء البنوك أو المناطق التي توجد بها الحسابات أو الممتلكات.
وتابع "لا نحدد أبدا المؤسسات، خاصة أن الأمر لا يتعلق بأموال فحسب بل إن هناك أصولا عقارية".
وكانت وزارة الخارجية الليبية قد نفت في السابق امتلاك القذافي حسابات مالية في سويسرا أو في أي بنوك أجنبية أخرى.
كما كانت ليبيا قد سحبت أكثر من خمسة مليارات دولار من البنوك السويسرية، على خلفية الأزمة التي أثارها قبض الشرطة السويسرية على هنيبعل نجل القذافي بتهمة إساءة معاملة اثنين من خدمه في يوليو/تموز 2008.
