تعريف معنى شوكة الكعب

هى عبارة عن شوكة عظمية تظهر في الكعب


أسبابها

زيادة الوزن مما يسبب ضغط على القدمين

* إرتداء أحذية ( الكعب العالي )غير مناسبة لمقاس القدمين فتكون ضيقة

وغير مريحة للقدم

*من العادات الخاطئة المشي حافي القدمين طول الوقت حتى داخل المنزل

غير محبب على أرضية خشنة أو صلبة

*قصر أو قلة مرونة عضلات الساق الخلفية وهذا يرجع إلى عدم ممارسة

الرياضة والتمارين الرياضية

*زيادة تسطح ( تفلطح ) القدم أو ضعف الهيكل المثبت لقوس القدم الطبيعي


أعراضها

* يعاني المصاب بشوكة الكعب من ألم في عقب القدم و خاصة عند المشي

على ارضية صلبة، محدثاً صعوبة في المشي كما يكون هناك إيلام

عند الضغط على أسفل الكعب اثناء الفحص الطبي

* وهناك بعض حالات لايشعر فيها المريض بآلالام الكعب والبعض الأخر

يشعر بآلام شديدة خاصة عند إرتداء أحذية ضيقة أو غير مريحة للقدم

أو عند المشي بهرولة


الوقاية

يمكن الوقاية من تكوّن ( شوكة الكعب ) بالإقلال قدر الإمكان من الأسباب

التي يعتقد انها تزيد من فرصة حدوثها

* كما يُنصح بلبس الاحذية اللينة و المريحة و الابتعاد عن الأحذية ذات

الكعوب العالية والضيقة وممارسة الرياضة والتمارين الرياضية بشكل عام

وعلى وجه الخصوص في هذا الشأن

العلاج

* الراحة حتى يخف الضغط على الكعب

* تقليل الحركة والأنشطة

* تخفيف أو إنقاص الوزن من العوامل الرئيسية في حل المشكلة

على المدى البعيد والتقليل من فرصة تكرارها

* استخدام أحذية مريحة مزودة بدعامة لقوس القدم ووسادة للكعب لتخفيف

الضغط

* استخدام بعض أنواع الأجهزة التقويمية التي تضاف إلى الحذاء لزيادة

قوس القدم للأشخاص الذين يعانون من تسطح القدم

* تمارين شد أو إطالة عضلة الساق الخلفية تمرين وهو صعود السلم لمدة

دقائق ببطء مع مراعاة وضع القدم عند الصعود بتركيز على أصابع القدم

أي الجزء الأمامي من القدم بحيث أن الجزء الخلفي من القدم يكون

غير مثبت على السلالم وتكرار نفس الشيء مع كل قدم لمدة دقائق

بمعنى عمل التمرين مرتين صعودا

* وضع واقيات للكعب داخل الحذاء لتقليل الضغط على أسفل الكعب

و تكون على شكل حدوة الحصان وهى تباع ومتوفرة في الصيدليات

وتوضع داخل الأحذية عند منطقة الكعب ومن ثم يمكن إرتداء الحذاء

بشرط أن يكون مريح وغير ضيق

* يمكن استعمال كمادات من الماء البارد او الثلج موضعياً لتخفيف الالم

في حالة كونه شديداً، و ذلك لمدة ربع ساعة مرتين الى ثلاث مرات يومياً

* استعمال مسكنات للألم مثل الاسبرين او الايبيروفين مع مراعاة

أنه يجب تناول الطعام قبل أخذ الأيبيبروفين حتى لايسبب مشاكل

للمعدة في حال كانت المعدة خاوية وهو مسكن ومضاد للإلتهابات

* تجنب الوقوف الطويل و المشي عند زيادة حدة الألم

* يحتاج بعض المصابين الى حقن موضعية في المنطقة الملتهبة

لتخفيف حدة الالتهاب ومن ثم تقليل الالم

* يحتاج عدد قليل من المرضى المصابين بشوكة الكعب لإزالتها جراحياً في

حالة عدم استجابتها لطرق العلاج السابقة
