ما رايك في مثل هذه التصرفات لبعض المواطنين؟؟؟؟

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركااته
قليل منا من لم يشتكي من فاتورة الماء أو الكهرباء و لو مرة،، كثيراا ما يفاجا المواطن البسيط بمبالغ خيالية تكون جزافية تذهب للجزائرية للمياه او لمؤسسة سونالغاز...شخصيا احيانا كثيرة تأتي فاتورة المياء الخاصة ببيتنا تفوق 5000 دج icon36 في كل مرة نشكي لدى الجزائرية للمياه فاضطررنا لاعادة العدادtears ...عدل المشكل(المبلغ الباهض) ليظهر من جديد (علما اننا و الحمد لله نتمتع بمياه نقية و صافية 365/365 يوما عكس كثير من المناطق) في حين فيه من الجيران من يستهلك اكثر و فاتورته لا تفوق 1200 دج ...و نفس المشكل مطروح بالنسبة للكهرباء خاصة في فصل الشتاء ....فاتورتنا العادية جدا تحمل مبلغ 3000 دج ربما هو نفس المشكل الذي جعل عدداا من المواطنين يلجؤون لـــ حِيلةٍ معينة في عداد الكهرباء لخفض الإستهلاك و بالتالي المبلغ يكون اقل بكثير جدا مقارنة بـ الحالة العادية ...كما يلجأ بعض المواطنين ايضا لحيلة في عداد الماء ليستهلكون الماء بدون دفع و لا سنتيم على الاقل بالنسبة لحنفية واحدة في البيت ...sly
هي حيل لا يستطيع جميع الجزائرين تطبيقها نظرا لضمائرهم ،لإختلاف أماكن السكن و تواجد العداد و ايضا لطبيعة العمل في اجهزة العداد الجديدة و القديمة ربما ...

فما رأيكم أنتم في هتين النقطتين ؟؟؟
هل انتم ايضا ممن يعاني من قل الفواتير ؟؟؟
هل تَعتبِر هذه الطريقة نوعًا من انواعِ الغشِ و اكل الحرام و إستغلال للدولةِn_o ...أم أنك تراها طريقة عادية جدااااا وحلاًّ لمعضلة الفواتير لتخفيض المبلغ الكبير للفواتير و الذي قد يعتبر ضرائب غير مباشرة على المواطن البسيط nosweat؟؟؟

كثير هي المشاكل التى يعاني منها ذوى الدخل المحدود(الموضف بصفة عامة)منها فواتير دفع
مستحقات الكهرباء والماء والغاز والهاتف والايجار
لقد ذكرتي في موظوعك نقطتين تتعلق بالكهرباء والماء وهو امر عادي يعانى منه الكل
نسبة الى ارتفاع ثمن الوحدة الطاقوية اى الكيلو واط ساعي الذي يقدر4,17 دنار
ومتوسط الاستهلاك عند العائلة الجزائرية ارتفع بزيادة الاجهزة الكهرومنزلية مما اثر على الاستهلاك حيث انا شخصيا معدل الاستهلاك وصل الى650 كيلو واط ساعررغم استخدامى المصابيح الفلورية
هنا اشير انه يمكنكم تعويض المصابيح العادية بمصابيح فلورية لتقليص الاستهلاك وفاتورة الدفع ومراقبة العداد الكهربائي
و في ما يخص الطرق الملتوية فهي سرقة والسرقة حرام
اما في ما يخص الماء حاولي ان تعدلي كل تسرب من انابيب التوصيل والحنفيات الفاسدة
والاستعمال العقلانى للماء ومراقبة العداد كذلك وقراءة الاستهلاك بالمتر المكعب وتقديم شكوى رسمية ان كان هناك فوارق
الا اننى لم افهم في ما يخص الاعباء التى تدفع الى دواوين الترقية العقارية والتى تمثل الخدمات واى خدمات واي انارة في السلاليم واى رسوم على القمامات !!!!!!!

ببساطة هناك الكثير ممن يسرق الكهرباء و الماء و يقول لك علاه الجزائر تاعهم كامل راهم يسرقوا ..ببساطة المسؤولين السراقين الفوق أصبحوا قدوة و مطية لبعض من الطبقة الشعبية ...فهؤلاء سراقين كبار و اولائك سراقين صغار ..بالنسبة لمنظوري الشخصي أمقت الفكرة و لكن هناك ناس الله غالب عليهم والله ما يقدروا يخلصوا الفواتير ..اللي يقلقك كاين ناس لاباس بيهم ماديا و لكن كما قلت لك متاثرين بمن يسرقون الفوق
تصويب ..لو كنا نعيش في دولة الحق فالكهرباء و الغاز و المياه ندفع فيها ثمن رمزي حتى يستطيع عامة الناس التنفس

جزيل الشكر لك أخي ملولي على التدخل الكريم و النصائح الطيبة ....نعم ...الكثرين يستهون بالحنفيات الفاسدة التي تكون غالبا سببا في ارتفاع مبلغ الفاتورة ....هنا في البيت لا نعاني من هذا المشكل و لله الحمد....و صدقت ايضا في كون الاجهزة الإلكترو منزلية ساهمت نوعا ما في ارتفاع مبلغ فاتورة الكهرباء مقارنة بالسنوات الماضية ... ربما تغيير المصابيح سيكون حلااااااnosweat....
و يبقى المشكل قائم .....بين القط (الجزائرية للمياه/سونالغاز)و بين الفار المواطن البسيط الذي اصبح يلجا لكل الحيل لأن كاهله أثقلته الفواتير .....
