بلخادم يجدد تمسك بلاده بمطلب اعتراف فرنسا بجرائمها في الجزائر


جدد وزير الدولة الجزائري عبد العزيز بلخادم الممثل الشخصي للرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة تمسك بلاده بمطالبة فرنسا بالاعتراف بجرائمها في الجزائر إبان فترة الاحتلال التي استمرت 132 عاما (1830-1962).

وقال بلخادم لمناسبة إحياء ذكرى مجازر 8 مايو 1945 التي راح ضحيتها 45 ألف جزائري بعد تعرضهم للقتل على يد الجيش والشرطة الفرنسية لمطالبتهم بالاستقلال "إننا سنبقى دائما عند مطلبنا هذا والأعمال الإجرامية التي قامت بها فرنسا الاستعمارية تستدعي طبيعتها اقتياد مقترفيها مباشرة إلى محكمة العدل الدولية".

واعتبر أن "فرنسا ستعترف بذلك عاجلا أم آجلا" مشيرا إلى موقف فرنسا بشأن ما يعرف بالإبادة الجماعية للأرمن.

وقال بلخادم "إن الذكريات والأحاسيس ما زالت حية من خلال الشهادات الحية للضحايا في التقارير الدولية وخاصة تلك التي وضعتها بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة والتي تؤكد قذارة ممارسات الاحتلال الفرنسي".

وأوضح أن "فرنسا قامت طوال احتلالها للجزائر بتجهيل أهلها" لكنه أكد أن "الجزائر يمكن لها أن تقلب الصفحة ولكنها لا يمكن لها بحال من الأحوال تمزيقها".

من جهته، قال وزير المجاهدين الجزائر (قدامى المحاربين) محمد الشريف عباس "إن ما حدث بالجرائم ضد الإنسانية وإنها لا يمكن أن تسقط بالتقادم".

وأضاف عباس أن تنظيمات المجتمع المدني بكل أطيافه "متمسكة بقانون تجريم الاستعمار وإن هذا المطلب تجتمع حوله كل القوى الحية في البلاد"

لا أدري لماذا أشعر أن حكومتنا ليس لديها رغبة صادقة في إدانة فرنسا و انتزاع حقوق ضحايانا منها، كل سنة تتكرر مثل هذه التصريحات و لكن من دون أي أثر

إنّ مسألة اعتراف فرنسا بجرائمها المُقترفة في الجزائر...يعدّ من المسائل التي تكتسي الطابع السياسي الخالص....لذلك يعرف هذا الملف الشائك الشدّ و الجذب و نلاحظ خطاب الحزم و الجزم لدى مسؤولينا حينما يخاطبون الرأي العام المحلي (مثل المناسبة التي تحدث فيها عبد العزيز بلخادم)...ولكن حين يجدّ الجدّ و تأتي ساعة الفصل تلاحظ الليونة و التساهل في التعامل مع الدولة الفرنسية بدليل ما عرفة ملف قانون تجريم الإستعمار الفرنسي من مآل.
و هذا ما يدفع إلى التساؤل إن كان جيل نوفمبر قادرًا على تحقيق هذا الغرض .
إن الحرب التحريرية مازالت تلفها الكثير من علامات الغموض بخصوص مسارها و مازالت الكثير من النقاط تحتاج إلى أن يسلّط عليها الضوء ... لذلك لا يجرؤ بلخادم و غير بلخادم على تخطي عتبة الخطب الإستهلاكية و الكلام الذي لا طائل من وراءه...و إلا ماذا يمنع الدولة الجزائرية من أن تفتح الملف رسميا و دون لفّ أو دوران؟

أظن أن مسألة الضغط على فرنسا للاعتراف بجرائمها في الجزائر و أيضا تعويض ضحايا التجارب النووية ينبغي أن يخرج من يد حزب الأفلان و وزارة المجاهدين إلى أيدي الشعب الجزائري صاحب الحق نفسه
و ذلك بالتحرك الجاد لمطالبة فرنسا، سواء عن طريق الاحتجاجات أمام السفارة الفرنسية، أو الضغط عليها اقتصاديا بمختلف الوسائل المتاحة، و أيضا عن طريق العمل الحزبي و الجمعوي و هيئات حقوق الإنسان
المشكلة أن الحراك السياسي في الجزائر ما زال بطيئا جدا و دون المستوى
أما الأفلان فلا يمكنه صنع شيء في الحقيقة، خصوصا إذا عرفنا أن فيه رموزا يأكلون من تعاملهم مع فرنسا و لا يستطيعون تجاوز مصالحهم

من كان بيته من زجاج عليه الاّ يرمي الناس بالحجر...لنتصالح مع تاريخنا و لنعد الإعتبار لمن عانوا ظًلم ذوي القربى وبعد ذلك سيكون لكل حادث حديث.

ثم ان فرنسا بامكانها ان تقلب داخل الجزائر رأسا على عقب كونها تملك ارشيف و تاريخ الجزائر ( بمن فيهم سيرة و رموز الثورة جميعا ) و بامكانها العبث فيه ... لادخالنا مرحلة الاتهامات و التشنيع وو و هناك قصة تدور هاته الايام لا اظنكم تجهلونها ...

هناك قصة تدور هاته الايام لا اظنكم تجهلونها ...


لعلك تشير إلى الحديث الذي يدور حول إمكانية تدخل الناتو في الجزائر، و خلق بلبلة جديدة لتقسيم المنطقة من جديد، و البعض أيضا يتحدث عن مؤامرات من قبل بعض رجال الجيش و المخابرات بالتواطؤ مع الجيش العسكري، كما تسرب عن الوزير التونسي السابق الراجحي

على العموم، ينبغي دراسة ما يدور في المنطقة بحيطة و حذر كبيرين، و استشراف المستقبل بقراءة سياسية جادة و واعية، و في هذا الإطار يؤسفني فعلا أن أقول أن مثقفونا و سياسيونا لم يقوموا بالدور اللازم في تثقيف الشعب الجزائري بهذا الخصوص
يعني نحن نحتاج إلى ندوات تحسيسية، و برامج إعلامية تستضيف المحللين ليوجهوا الناس و يشردوهم إلى الدور الذي ينبغي أن نقوم به كشعب تجاه ما يحدث، و أن نفوت الفرصة على كل من يريد جر بلادنا إلى مغامرات خطيرة
